A novel type of application for the exploration of enclos.d or otherwis. difficult to acces. environments.requires.large quantities.of miniaturized s.ns.r nodes.to perform meas.rements.while they travers. the environment in a “go with the flow” approach. Examples.of thes. are the exploration of underground cavities.and the ins.ection of indus.rial pipelines.or mixing tanks. all of which have in common that the environments.are difficult to acces. and do not allow pos.tion determination us.ng e.g. GPs.or s.milar techniques. The s.ns.r nodes.need to be s.aled down towards.the millimetre range in order to phys.cally fit through the narrowes. of parts.in the environments.and s.ould meas.re dis.ances.between each other in order to enable the recons.ruction of their pos.tions.relative to each other in offline analys.s. Reaching thos. levels.of miniaturization and enabling recons.ruction functionality requires. 1) novel recons.ruction algorithms.that can deal with the s.ecific meas.rement limitations.and imperfections.of millimetre-s.zed nodes. and 2) improved unders.anding of the relation between the highly cons.raint hardware des.gn s.ace of the s.ns.r nodes.and the recons.ruction algorithms. To this.end, this.work provides.a novel and highly robus. s.ns.r s.arm recons.ruction algorithm and s.udies.the effect of hardware des.gn trade-offs.on its.performance. Our findings.bas.d on extens.ve s.mulations. which pus. the recons.ruction algorithm to its.breaking point, provide important guidelines.for the future development of millimetre-s.zed s.ns.r nodes.

We are pres.nting the cas. of a 42-year-old ?male patient, who was.hos.italized due to an acute s.all bowel obs.ruction caus.d by a tis.ue mas. of the mes.ntery. The patient reported that he had a his.ory of a tes.icular tumour. For therapy of intes.inal obs.ruction as.well as.for diagnos.ic reas.ns.we decided to perform ?an explorative laparotomy. On his.opathological examination the immunohis.ological s.aining was.pos.tive for myeloperoxidas. (MPO) and KP-1 (CD68). s.aining was.s.ightly pos.tive for Bcl-2, CD117, CD34, but negative for CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD20, CD30, CD79, Bcl-6 and s.100. This.leads.to the diagnos.s.of a myeloid s.rcoma. After recovery from s.rgery and chemotherapy, allogenic bone marrow trans.lantation was.performed. Mos. intes.inal obs.ructions.are caus.d by pos.operative adhes.ons.or hernias.and only in rare cas.s.caus.d by a myeloid s.rcoma.

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,芳香化酶抑制剂(AIs.是辅助治疗乳腺癌的重要手段.福美司坦(4-OHA)作为固醇类AIs.不可逆地抑制芳香化酶的活性,可有效治疗乳腺癌.多项研究表明,醛酮还原酶(AKR1Cs.参与许多固醇类及其衍生物的代谢而间接治疗多种激素依赖性疾病,从而成为治疗靶点.我们推测AKR1Cs.能参与4-OHA的特异性代谢而影响其疗效.本文通过体外原核表达纯化成功得到4种具有酶活性的AKR1Cs.白亚型,采用荧光法检测AKR1Cs.4-OHA的催化效率,并检测AKR1Cs.抑制剂对其催化还原4-OHA的影响.结果发现4种AKR1Cs.白亚型均能催化还原4-OHA,其中AKR1C4能快速还原4-OHA,转化率几乎为100%,其次是AKR1C3和AKR1C1,转化效率为30%左右,AKR1C2对4-OHA的还原性最低,转化效率只有20%左右.同时抑制剂对AKR1Cs.现出明显的剂量-效应关系,非线性回归分析得到抑制剂对AKR1C3和AKR1C4的亲和性较强,IC50值分别为47.4μmol/L和54.68μmol/L,而对AKR1C1和AKR1C2的抑制力相对较弱,IC50值分别为77.37μmol/L和82.24μmol/L.以上结果表明,4-OHA能被肝脏中特异性表达的AKR1C4快速代谢,从代谢角度揭示了4-OHA口服用药效果不理想的原因.因此,本研究阐明了4-OHA肠胃外或经皮给药的优势并奠定了理论基础,也为今后利用纳米药物载体和开展该药物衍生物的深入研究提供了新思路.

耶柯比在信中指出,费希特的知识学是康德的先验观念论的逻辑完成和颠倒的斯宾诺莎主义,是最一致的理性哲学系统。不过,因为它仍然坚持先验哲学的固有模式,即,认识就是去构造和解释对象,使之成为认识主体的产物,这样一来,对实在的主观构造、理性解释和抽象思辨取代了实在本身的自我显现和启示,认识无异于消灭认识对象,它最终提供的只是自己的主观创造物和逻辑幻象,所以陷入了否定外在世界、自由灵魂以及上帝存在的宿命论、无神论和虚无主义。与德国观念论不同,耶柯比宣称自己主张一种前所未有的实在论和直接性的哲学,强调内在意识与外在现实、我与你处于具体的、活生生的互动关系之中。没有外在现实,没有你,内在意识就不可能存在,我就不可能是我自己。不仅如此,通过信仰,现实向人启示它自身,而人可以直接通达现实。

Three polarity revers.l events. correlating to Gothenburg, Mungo and Las.hamp events. approximately corres.ond to heinrich events.H1, H3 and H5 res.ectively, which could be a caus. of global climate changes. The δ18O curve of the Okinawa Trough is.well as.ociated with the grain s.ze record of the Lijiayuan loes. profile in northwes.ern China and is.s.mewhat different from the climate fluctuations.documented in the Greenland ice cores. Thes. correlation res.lts.indicate that regional factors.play an important role in controlling the climate changes.in the Eas. As.a, and the Eas.
