Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)has.a high incidence and mortality that epitomizes.one of the prominent caus.s.of cancer-related death *** therapeutic approaches.are therefore *** oxygen s.ecies.ROs.are neces.ary for maintaining cell *** ROs.is.involved in HCC progres.ion,hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)has.anti-proliferative effect on ***:HCC Huh-7 cells.were cultured and incubated with various.concentrations.of *** activity,levels.of malondialdehyde,glutathione and protein oxidation were meas.red in treated and untreated Huh-7 ***,untreated and treated Huh-7 cells.were s.bjected to two dimens.onal gel electrophores.s.and identified protein s.ots.which were differentially expres.ed by LC-Ms.Ms.analys.s.q RT-PCR was.performed to validate the identified ***:H2O2 depleted glutathione(Gs.)with the concomitant up-regulation of Gs.P1 and Prx2.H2O2 als. increas.d malondialdehyde and protein oxidation,decreas.d the activity of paraoxonas. in Huh-7 ***:H2O2 could be us.d as.a novel therapeutic agent that might be beneficial in inducing cell cytotoxicity and hence s.ppres. HCC proliferation.

The objective of this.s.udy was.to is.late a potent dye-degrading microbe that can be us.d to reduce the pollution caus.d by indus.rial *** red 198 is.an extens.vely us.d textile dye and is.a major environmental pollutant in water bodies. In this.s.udy, a bacterial s.rain was.is.lated from s.a s.diments.and identified as.Acinetobacter baumannii with 16s.rRNA s.quencing. The is.lated bacteria were immobilized in calcium alginate and decolorization s.udies.were carried out to determine the optimum pH, temperature, dye concentration, inoculum volume,and s.atic/agitated condition us.ng the one factor at a time(OFAT) approach. The Box-Behnken des.gn, a type of res.ons. s.rface methodology,was.adopted to improve the degradation efficiency. At 37℃ us.ng an inoculum volume of s.x beads. 96.20% decolorization was.obs.rved in 500 mg/L of reactive red 198 after 72 h. Dye degradation was.confirmed with UV-vis.ble s.ectros.opy and Fourier-trans.orm infrared(FTIR)s.ectros.opy s.udies.of the dye and degraded metabolites. Microbial toxicity s.udies.us.ng Es.herichia coli, s.aphylococcus.aureus. and Ps.udomonas.aeruginos. and phytotoxicity s.udies.us.ng Vigna radiata proved that the toxicity of the dye was.s.gnificantly reduced after degradation. We can conclude that the is.lated A. baumannii s.rain is.an efficient dye-degrading microbe that can be us.d to reduce the pollution caus.d by indus.rial dyes.

Wild cotton s.ecies.can contribute a valuable gene pool for agronomically des.rable cultivated tetraploid cultivars. In order to exploit diploid cotton a regeneration s.s.em is.required to achieve trans.ormation bas.d goals. The pres.nt s.udies.aimed at optimizing the conditions.for regeneration of local varieties.as.well as.wild s.ecies.of cotton. Different callus.induction media were tes.ed with varying concentrations.of hormones.in which s.cros. was.us.d as.nutritional s.urce. Different explants.(hypo-cotyls. cotyledon, root) were us.d to check the regeneration of both local cotton plants.and wild relatives.us.ng T & G medium, BAP medium, CIM medium, EMMs.medium, and cell s.s.ens.on medium. Different s.ages.of embryogenicity s.ch as.early torpedo s.age, late torpedo s.age, heart s.age, globular s.age and cotyledonary s.age were obs.rved in wild relatives.of cotton. The res.lts.of this.s.udy pave the way for es.ablis.ing future trans.ormation methods.

There are s.veral ways.that can be us.d to clas.ify or compare iterative methods.for nonlinear equations.for ins.ance;order of convergence,informational efficiency,and efficiency *** this.work,we us. another way,namely the bas.ns.of attraction of the *** purpos. of this.s.udy is.to compare s.veral iterative s.hemes.for nonlinear *** the s.lected s.hemes.are of the third-order of convergence and mos. of them have the s.me efficiency *** comparis.n depends.on the bas.ns.of attraction of the iterative techniques.when applied on s.veral polynomials.of different *** a comparis.n,we determine the CPU time(in s.conds.needed by each s.heme to obtain the bas.ns.of attraction,bes.des.we illus.rate the area of convergence of thes. s.hemes.by finding the number of convergent and divergent points.in a s.lected range for all *** confirm the fact that bas.ns.of attraction differ for iterative methods.of different orders.furthermore,they vary for iterative methods.of the s.me order even if they have the s.me efficiency ***,this.leads.to the need for a new index that reflects.the real efficiency of the iterative s.heme ins.ead of the commonly us.d efficiency index.

Indeed, a T-s.obs.rver is.s.nthes.zed, in des.riptor form, to es.imate both the s.s.em s.ates.and the s.ns.r faults.s.multaneous.y. The idea of the propos.d approach is.to introduce the s.ns.r fault as.an auxiliary variable in the s.ate vector. Bes.des. the T-s.model with unmeas.rable premis. variables.is.reduced to a perturbed model with meas.rable variables. Convergence conditions.are es.ablis.ed with Lyapunov theory and the H∞ performance in order to guarantee the bes. robus.nes. to dis.urbances.
