目的　观察头穴电针加穴位注射对血管性痴呆的疗效。方法　患者 60例 ,随机分为针灸组和对照组各 3 0例 ,观察治疗前后智力评分及血液流变学变化。结果　针灸组治疗后 ,患者长谷川痴呆修改量表评分与治疗前相比 ,差别有显著意义 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;治疗后全血高切、低切粘度、红细胞压积比治疗前明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ;两组治疗后长谷川痴呆修改量表评分及低切粘度比较 ,差别有显著意义 (均 P<0 .0 5 )。结论　针灸组治疗血管性痴呆疗效优于西药组 ;其机理可能是通过提高大脑皮层兴奋性 ,降低血粘度 ,改善微循环 ,从而改善脑血液循环 ,促进衰退神经元的能量代谢。
