BACKGROUND s.em cell trans.lantation is.a promis.ng therapeutic option for curing perianal fis.ula in Crohn’s.dis.as.(CD).Anti-tumor necrotic factor(TNF)therapy combined with drainage procedure is.effective as.***,previous.s.udies.are limited to proving whether the combination treatment of biologics.and s.em cell trans.lantation improves.the effect of fis.ula *** This.s.udy aimed to evaluate the long-term outcomes.of s.em cell trans.lantation and compare Crohn’s.perianal fis.ula(CPF)clos.re rates.after s.em cell trans.lantation with and without anti-TNF therapy,and to identify the factors.affecting CPF clos.re and *** The patients.with CD who underwent s.em cell trans.lantation for treating perianal fis.ula in our ins.itution between Jun 2014 and December 2022 were *** data were compared according to anti-TNF therapy and CPF *** A total of 65 patients.were *** median age of females.was.26 years.range:21-31)and that of males.was.29(44.6%).The mean follow-up duration was.65.88±32.65 months.and complete clos.re was.obs.rved in 50(76.9%)*** clos.re rates.were s.milar after s.em cell trans.lantation with and without anti-TNF therapy(66.7%vs.81.6%at 3 year,P=0.098).The patients.with fis.ula clos.re had s.ort fis.ulous.tract and infrequent proctitis.and anorectal s.ricture(P=0.027,0.002,and 0.008,res.ectively).Clinical factors.s.ch as.complexity,number of fis.ulas.pres.nce of concurrent abs.es.,and medication were not s.gnificant for *** cumulative 1-,2-,and 3-year clos.re rates.were 66.2%,73.8%,and 75.4%,*** Anti-TNF therapy does.not increas. We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Endos.opic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) has.continued to develop over recent decades.with regard to both indications.for its.us. and improvements.in technique. The mos. common complication is.pos.-ERCP pancreatitis.(PEP) with incidence rates.being reported at ～10%. The exact mechanis. of PEP is.unknown but is.likely multifactorial with papillary edema contributing to the activation of the inflammatory cas.ade playing an important role. s.lected ris. factors.include patient-related factors.(female s.x, younger age, s.hincter of Oddi dys.unction, and his.ory of PEP) and procedure-related factors.(difficult cannulation, multiple pancreatic duct guidewire pas.es. pancreatic acinarization, multiple pancreatic duct contras. injections. and precut s.hincterotomy). s.veral preventative prophylactic s.rategies.have been pos.ted; however, current guidelines.recommend the us. of rectal non-s.eroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.(Ns.IDs., aggres.ive intravenous.(IV) fluid hydration, and pancreatic duct s.ents. Appropriate patient s.lection and the us. of noninvas.ve imaging modalities.for diagnos.s.of pancreaticobiliary abnormalities.is.a key as.ect in prevention. Future s.udies.continue to explore various.pharmacologic, procedure-related, and combination s.rategies.for prevention and will be important as.the us. of ERCP continues.to grow.

Fault movement during earthquakes.is.a geotechnical phenomenon threatening buried pipelines.and with the potential to caus. s.vere damage to critical ***,effective prediction of pipe dis.lacement is.crucial for preventive management *** s.udy aims.to develop a fas.,hybrid model for predicting vertical dis.lacement of pipe networks.when they experience *** this.s.udy,the complex behavior of s.il and a buried pipeline s.s.em s.bjected to a normal fault is.analyzed by us.ng an artificial neural network(ANN)to generate predictions.the behavior of the s.il when different parameters.of it are *** this.purpos.,a finite element model is.developed for a pipeline s.bjected to normal fault *** data bank us.d for training the ANN includes.all the critical s.il parameters.cohes.on,internal friction angle,Young’s.modulus.and faulting).Furthermore,a mathematical formula is.pres.nted,bas.d on bias.s.and weights.of the ANN *** res.lts.s.ow that the maximum error of the pres.nted formula is.2.03%,which makes.the propos.d technique efficiently predict the vertical dis.lacement of buried pipelines.and hence,helps.to optimize the upcoming pipeline projects.
