BACKGROUND s.em cell trans.lantation is.a promis.ng th.rapeutic option for curing perianal fis.ula in Croh.’s.dis.as.(CD).Anti-tumor necrotic factor(TNF)th.rapy combined with.drainage procedure is.effective as.***,previous.s.udies.are limited to proving wh.th.r th. combination treatment of biologics.and s.em cell trans.lantation improves.th. effect of fis.ula *** Th.s.s.udy aimed to evaluate th. long-term outcomes.of s.em cell trans.lantation and compare Croh.’s.perianal fis.ula(CPF)clos.re rates.after s.em cell trans.lantation with.and with.ut anti-TNF th.rapy,and to identify th. factors.affecting CPF clos.re and *** Th. patients.with.CD wh. underwent s.em cell trans.lantation for treating perianal fis.ula in our ins.itution between Jun 2014 and December 2022 were *** data were compared according to anti-TNF th.rapy and CPF *** A total of 65 patients.were *** median age of females.was.26 years.range:21-31)and th.t of males.was.29(44.6%).Th. mean follow-up duration was.65.88±32.65 month.0}and complete clos.re was.obs.rved in 50(76.9%)*** clos.re rates.were s.milar after s.em cell trans.lantation with.and with.ut anti-TNF th.rapy(66.7%vs.81.6%at 3 year,P=0.098).Th. patients.with.fis.ula clos.re h.d s.ort fis.ulous.tract and infrequent proctitis.and anorectal s.ricture(P=0.027,0.002,and 0.008,res.ectively).Clinical factors.s.ch.as.complexity,number of fis.ulas.pres.nce of concurrent abs.es.,and medication were not s.gnificant for *** cumulative 1-,2-,and 3-year clos.re rates.were 66.2%,73.8%,and 75.4%,*** Anti-TNF th.rapy does.not increas.
