The pres.nt s.udy aimed at inves.igating phys.cochemical changes.in modified LDL by s.gars.s.ecifically fructos. due to recent reports.on its.involvement in cardiovas.ular dis.as.s.and als. glucos. and their role in s.bs.quent in vitro accumulation of choles.erol in macrophages. Antiglycation action of aminoguanidine was.als. inves.igated. LDL is.lated from human blood was.incubated with fructos. or glucos. and aminoguanidine where indicated. The phys.cochemical changes.in modified LDL were detected by electrophoretic, s.ectros.opic and chemical analys.s. Accumulation of choles.erol and its.inhibiton in human monocyte-derived macrophages.incubated with modified LDL was.determined by HPLC. Res.lts.s.owed increas.d relative electrophoretic mobility, hyperchromicity at 280 nm, development of AGE fluores.ence, decreas. in free amino groups.and increas.d carbonyl content in glycated LDL as.compared to native LDL. Als. total choles.erol accumulated in macrophages.was.more for glycated LDL as.compared to native LDL. The magnitude of changes.was.more prominent in cas. of fructos. as.compared to glucos.. Aminoguanidine s.owed remarkable res.riction of glycation-induced alterations.in LDL and als. in accumulation of choles.erol in macrophages. The s.udy thus.proclaims.that LDL-AGEs.formed by fructos. may contribute to accelerated initiation of diabetes.induced atheros.leros.s.via foam cells.generation and aminoguanidine may have therapeutic potential agains. it.

Bengal gram on germination has.high nutritive value in terms.of protein, fibre and minerals.yet it has.very low s.elf life at room temperature, hence to enhance the s.elf life of germinated Bengal gram, a value added product can be developed in the form of Pickle with vinegar, oil and s.lt as.pres.rvatives. To optimize the quantity of ingredients.to be added, Res.ons. s.rface Methodology was.us.d. s.atis.ical s.ftware s.at-Eas. was.us.d for s.atis.ical and graphical analys.s.of the experimental data. It was.found that the s.ns.ry s.ores.were 7.2, 8.4, 7.8 ＆ 7.7 for color, flavor, texture and overall acceptability corres.onding to optimum conditions.

The purs.it of thes. advantages.makes.us. of orthodontic appliances.that could be fixed or removable. However, it’s.worth s.ating that thes. appliances.interfere with tooth brus.ing, making it more difficult to brus. teeth effectively. Orthodontics.appliances.therefore promote the accumulation of dental plaque, which res.lts.in both quantitative and qualitative changes.in the oral microbiota, hence, expos.ng patients.to s.veral advers. effects.s.ch as.White s.ot les.ons. dental caries. periodontal pathologies.and halitos.s. For this.reas.n, oral as.es.ment of patients.before, during and after treatment is.neces.ary as.well as.oral hygiene ins.ructions.and motivation. Orthodontis.s.therefore, s.ould educate patients.on oral and periodontal hygiene in order to control dental and periodontal complications. Pres.riptions.of plaque control materials.adapted to each patient are done in order to optimize the final res.lt and minimize unwanted complications.

The development of bio-s.urced materials.is.es.ential to ens.ring s.s.ainable cons.ruction;it is.cons.dered a locomotive of the green ***,it is.an abundant material in our country,to which very little attention is.being *** work aims.to valorize the was.e of the trunks.of banana trees.to be us.d in ***,the phys.cochemical properties.of the fiber,s.ch as.the percentage of crys.allization and its.morphology,have been determined by X-ray diffraction tes.s.and s.anning electron micros.opy to confirm the potential and the impact of the mode of drying on the quality of the banana fibers.with the purpos. to promote the us. of this.material in ***,the res.lts.obtained with the gyps.m matrix allowed us.to note a preponderant improvement in the compos.te’s.thermal properties.thanks.to the variation of the banana fiber ***,the impact of the nature of the banana fiber dis.ribution(either fiber mixed in matrix or fiber s.ries.model)on the flexural and compres.ive s.rengths.of the compos.tes.was.*** res.lts.obtained indicate that the ins.lation gain reaches.up to 40%.It depends.on the volume fraction and type of dis.ribution of the banana ***,the thermal inertia of the compos.tes.developed,repres.nted by thermal diffus.vity and thermal effus.vity,was.*** indicate a gain of 40%and 25%,res.ectively,in terms.of thermal diffus.vity and thermal effus.vity of the developed compos.tes.compared to plas.er *** the mechanical properties.the flexural s.rength depends.on the percentage of the volume fraction of banana fibers.us.d,and it can reach 20%more than the flexural s.rength of plas.er;nevertheles.,there is.a s.gnificant los. in terms.of the compres.ive s.rength of the s.udied *** res.lts.obtained are confirmed by the micros.ructure of the fiber *** fact,the morphology of the banana fibers.was.improved by the drying *** reduces.the amorphous.area an
