Central and Eas.ern *** us.d inventory data from726 permanent s.mple plots.from mixed beech and s.ruce acros. the Carpathian *** us.d nonlinear regres.ion to analys. the s.atial variability in fores. biomas.,s.ructure,and genus.level divers.ty and how they interact with plot-level tree age,dis.urbances.temperature and *** found that the combined effects.of genus.and s.ructural indices.were important for addres.ing the variability in biomas. acros. different s.atial *** proces.es.in dis.urbance regimes.and uneven tree age s.pport fores. hete rogeneity and the accumulation of live and dead biomas. through the natural regeneration,growth and decay of the fores. *** complexities.in bas.l area index,s.pporte d by genus.level abundance,pos.tively influence total biomas. s.ocks.which was.modulated by tree age and *** fores.s.s.owed higher tree dens.ty and bas.l area than mixed beech fores.s.though mixed beech s.ill contributes.s.gnificantly to biomas. acros. *** heterogeneity was.s.rongly influenced by complexities.in fores. compos.tion(tree genus.divers.ty,s.ructure).We addres.ed the importance of primary fores.s.as.s.able carbon s.ores.achieved through s.ructure and *** s.ch ecos.s.ems.is.critical for ens.ring the s.ability of the primary fores.,carbon s.ore and biodivers.ty into the future.

Different Baffle des.gns.us.ble in cylindrical and elliptical s.orage tanks.carried by trucks.often us.d for trans.orting inflammable liquid materials.in Cameroon are inves.igated to evaluate their s.fes. fluid s.os.ing damping res.ons. during emergency braking where the magnitude of s.os.ing waves.are the greates.. The uncontrolled fluid s.os.ing creates.thrus. on the walls.of the tanks.us.ally felt externally on the truck carrying the tank and capable of hindering driver’s.effort to maintain s.eer ability and improve on s.fety during critical braking moments. The s.udy firs. pas.es.through COMs.L, to expos. the s.fes. margin of each Baffle type at ins.antaneous.fluid pres.ure wave propagation initiated at a s.ngle phas. to reflect s.os.ing in the s.orage tank during an emergency braking by the truck carrying the tank. The vivid res.lts.can be s.en in the domain of Acous.ic Is.-s.rface Pres.ure res.ons.;but als. acous.ic Pres.ure and s.und pres.ure res.ons. are s.en automatically. s.condly, through an experimental finding in which fluid is.forced to pas. through each Baffle and the res.s.ance to fluid flow is.a meas.red as.it’s.the Baffle’s.damping ability. Either, the fluid is.los. through the Baffle and by determination of the s.rface load exerted on each Baffle due to the reaction of the res.dual fluid acting on the s.rface of each Baffle after s.me of it is.Los., the individual s.os.ing damping abilities.are expos.d. By comparing the Experimental outcome with the computational res.ons. obtained, an ideal Baffle des.gn is.propos.d for cylindrical and elliptical tanks.and cons.dered to res.ond to abrupt braking more effciently. The application of the Baffle des.gns.with an average multiple holes.rather than the us.al face centered proved to be more effcient in fluid s.os.ing as.they provide a more uniformly dis.ributed damping pres.ure during fluid s.os.ing in the tank thereby reducing the magnitude of forward thrus. that can be created by the conventional Baffle

Extending the ionic conductivity is.the pre-requis.te of electrolytes.in fuel cell technology for high-electrochemical *** this.regard,the introduction of s.miconductor-oxide materials.and the approach of heteros.ructure formation by modulating energy bands.to enhance ionic conduction acting as.an electrolyte in fuel ***(n-type;s.O_(2))plays.a key role by introducing into p-type s.Fe_(0.2)Ti_(0.8)O_(3-δ)(s.T)s.miconductor perovs.ite materials.to cons.ruct p-n heterojunction for high ionic ***,two different compos.tes.of s.T and s.O_(2)are cons.ructed by gluing p-and n-type s.T-s.O_(2),where the optimal compos.tion of s.T-s.O_(2)(6∶4)heteros.ructure electrolyte-bas.d fuel cell achieved excellent ionic conductivity 0.24 s.cm^(-1)with power-output of 1004 mW cm^(-2)and high OCV 1.12 V at a low operational temperature of 500℃.The high power-output and s.gnificant ionic conductivity with durable operation of 54 h are accredited to s.T-s.O_(2)heterojunction formation including interfacial conduction as.is.ed by a built-in electric field in fuel cell ***,the fuel convers.on efficiency and cons.derable Faradaic efficiency reveal the compatibility of s.T-s.O_(2)heteros.ructure electrolyte and ruled-out s.ort-circuiting ***,the firs. principle calculation provides.s.fficient information on s.ructure optimization and energy-band s.ructure modulation of s.T-s.O_(2).This.s.rategy will provide new ins.ght into s.miconductor-bas.d fuel cell technology to des.gn novel electrolytes.
