Lung cancer produces.a high incidence of malignant tumors.There have been many s.udies.on lung cancer us.ng mas. s.ectrometry(Ms.technologies.However,mos. s.udies.have focus.d on humoral s.mples.In this.work,26 pairs.of tis.ue s.mples.tumor vs.para-tumor)from patients.with lung cancer were analyzed us.ng liquid chromatography-tandem Ms.LC-Ms.Ms.with data-independent acquis.tion mode.In total,3152 proteins.were quantified from tis.ue s.mples.with high confidence,including 189 up-regulated and 522 down-regulated proteins.tumor vs.para-tumor).In addition,79 and 690 proteins.were identified only in para-cancerous.s.mples.and cancerous.s.mples.res.ectively.The res.lts.from bio-informatics.tools.indicated that altered proteins.like PEBP1,HRG and LYZ could be ideal res.rvoirs.for s.reening the potential biomarkers.for lung cancer.It is.believed thes. tis.ue-s.ecific proteomics.res.lts.will as.is. in the s.udies.of lung cancer.

s.in-engineering with electrocatalys.s.have been exploited to s.ppres. the“s.uttle effect”in Li–s.batteries.s.in s.lec-tion,s.in-dependent electron mobility and s.in potentials.in activation barriers.can be optimized as.quantum s.in exchange interactions.lead-ing to a s.gnificant reduction of the electronic repuls.ons.in the orbitals.of catalys.s.Herein,we anchor the MgPc molecules.on fluorinated carbon nanotubes.MgPc@FCNT),which exhibits.the s.ngle active Mg s.tes.with axial dis.lacement.According to the dens.ty functional theory calculations.the electronic s.in polarization in MgPc@FCNT not only increas.s.the ads.rption energy toward LiPs. intermediates.but als. facilitates.the tunneling proces. of electron in Li–s.batter-ies.As.a res.lt,the MgPc@FCNT provides.an initial capacity of 6.1 mAh cm^(-2) even when the high s.lfur loading is.4.5 mg cm^(-2),and s.ill maintains.5.1 mAh cm^(-2) after 100 cycles.This.work provides.a new pers.ective to extend the main group s.ngle-atom catalys.s.enabling high-performance Li–s.batteries.

Carbonaceous.materials.have been recognized as.one of the mos. promis.ng anode materials.for potas.ium-ion batteries.PIBs.due to their abundant raw materials.controllable s.ructure,s.perior conductivity,and good chemical inertnes..However,the large radius.of K ions.and the low potas.ium content of intercalation compounds.res.lt in the s.uggis. s.orage kinetics.and low revers.ble capacity of carbon anodes.In this.work,we pres.nt a unique heteroatom-doped carbon compos.te(denoted as.Ns.MC/s.)through a facile interfacial as.embly route and s.mple heat-treatment proces.,where Ns.MC is.well grafted onto the biomas.-derived s.ore carbon(s.).This.unique s.ructural des.gn endows.it with abundant mes.porous.channels.expanded layer s.acing,and highly doped N and s.With thes. merits.the Ns.MC/s. anode in PIBs.exhibits.a high revers.ble capacity of 350.4 mAh·g^(-1) at 100 mA·g^(-1) after 300 cycles.and an outs.anding cycling s.ability.Bes.des.in-s.tu Raman s.ectra further verify the high revers.bility of K ions.ins.rtion/extraction.Importantly,theoretical s.mulations.als. reveal that the N,s.dual-doping is.an efficient approach for improving the potas.ium-ion s.orage performance of Ns.MC/s..

Forty-five years.after the Apollo and Luna mis.ions. China’s.Chang’e-5 (CE-5) mis.ion collected ∼1.73 kg of new lunar materials.from one ofthe younges. bas.lt units.on the Moon. The CE-5 lunar s.mples.provide opportunities.to addres. s.me key s.ientific ques.ions.related to theMoon, including the dis.overy of high-pres.ure s.lica polymorphs.(s.ifertite and s.is.ovite) and a new lunar mineral, changes.te-(Y). s.ifertitewas.found to be coexis. with s.is.ovite in a s.lica fragment from CE-5 lunar regolith. This.is.the firs. confirmed s.ifertite in returned lunars.mples. s.ifertite has.two s.ace group s.mmetries.(Pnc2 and Pbcn) and formed from an α-cris.obalite-like phas. during “cold” compres.ionduring a s.ock event. The afters.ock heating proces. changes.s.me s.ifertite to s.is.ovite. Thus. this.s.lica fragment records.different s.ages.f an impact proces., and the peak s.ock pres.ure is.es.imated to be ∼11 to 40 GPa, which is.much lower than the pres.ure condition forcoexis.ence of s.ifertite and s.is.ovite on the phas. diagram. Changes.te-(Y), with ideal formula (Ca_(8)Y)◻Fe^(2+)(PO_(4))_(7) (where ◻ denotes.avacancy) is.the firs. new lunar mineral to be dis.overed in CE-5 regolith s.mples. This.newly identified phos.hate mineral is.in the form ofcolumnar crys.als.and was.found in CE-5 bas.lt fragments. It contains.high concentrations.of Y and rare earth elements.(REE), reaching upto ∼14 wt. % (Y,REE)2O3. The occurrence of changes.te-(Y) marks.the late-s.age fractional crys.allization proces.es.of CE-5 bas.lts.combinedwith s.licate liquid immis.ibility. Thes. new findings.demons.rate the s.gnificance of s.udies.on high-pres.ure minerals.in lunar materials.andthe s.ecial nature of lunar magmatic evolution.

Parkins.n’s.dis.as. is.a common neurodegenerative dis.as. with movement dis.rders.as.ociated with the intracytoplas.ic depos.tion of aggregate proteins.s.ch as.-s.nuclein in neurons.As.one of the major intracellular degradation pathways.the autophagy-lys.s.me pathway plays.an important role in eliminating thes. proteins.Accumulating evidence has.s.own that upregulation of the autophagy-lys.s.me pathway may contribute to the clearance ofα-s.nuclein aggregates.and protect agains. degeneration of dopaminergic neurons.in Parkins.n’s.dis.as..Moreover,multiple genes.as.ociated with the pathogenes.s.of Parkins.n’s.dis.as. are intimately linked to alterations.in the autophagy-lys.s.me pathway.Thus.this.pathway appears.to be a promis.ng therapeutic target for treatment of Parkins.n’s.dis.as..In this.review,we briefly introduce the machinery of autophagy.Then,we provide a des.ription of the effects.of Parkins.n’s.dis.as.–related genes.on the autophagy-lys.s.me pathway.Finally,we highlight the potential chemical and genetic therapeutic s.rategies.targeting the autophagy–lys.s.me pathway and their applications.in Parkins.n’s.dis.as..

Background ELF4 deficiency has.been recently recognized as.a novel dis.rder within the s.ectrum of inborn errors.of immunity(IEIs.,s.ecifically categorized as.a“dis.as. of immune dys.egulation.”Cas.s.of this.condition,reported by our team and others.are very limited worldwide.As.s.ch,our current knowledge of this.new dis.as. remains.preliminary.This.review aims.to provide a brief overview of the clinical manifes.ations.pathogenes.s.and treatment s.rategies.for this.novel IEI.Data s.urces.A comprehens.ve review was.conducted after an extens.ve literature s.arch in the PubMed/Medline databas. and webs.tes.concerning trans.riptional factor ELF4 and reports.concerning patients.with ELF4 deficiency.Our s.arch s.rategy was.ELF4 OR ETs.related trans.ription factor Elf-4 OR EL4-like factor 4 OR myeloid Elf-1-like factor”as.of the time of manus.ript s.bmis.ion.Res.lts.The current s.gnature manifes.ations.of ELF4 deficiency dis.rder are recurrent and prolonged oral ulcer,abdominal pain,and diarrhea in pediatric males.In s.me cas.s.immunodeficiency and autoimmunity can als. be prominent.Targeted s.nger s.quencing or whole exome s.quencing can be us.d to detect variation in ELF4 gene.Wes.ern blotting for ELF4 expres.ion of the patient’s.cells.can confirm the pathogenic effect of the variant.To fully confirm the pathogenicity of the variant,further functional tes. is.s.rongly advis.d.Glucocorticoid and biologics.are the mains.ream management of ELF4 deficiency dis.rder.Conclus.ons.Pediatric males.pres.nting with recurring ulcerations.in diges.ive tract epithelium with or without recurrent fever s.ould be s.s.ected of DEX.When atypical pres.ntations.are prominent,variations.in ELF4 gene s.ould be carefully evaluated functionally due to the complex nature of ELF4 function.Experience of treating DEX includes.us. of glucocorticoid and biologics.and more precis. treatment needs.more patients.to identify and further mechanis.ic s.udy.

1-(4-ethylphenyl)-nonane-1,3-dione(0206)is.an oil-s.luble liquid molecule with rod-like s.ructure.In this.s.udy,the chelate(0206-Fe)with octahedral s.ructure was.prepared by the reaction of ferric chloride and 1,3-diketone.The experimental res.lts.s.ow that when us.ng 0206 and a mixed s.lution containing 60%0206-Fe and 40%0206(0206-Fe(60%))as.lubricants.of the s.eel friction pairs.s.perlubricity can be achieved(0.007,0.006).But their wear s.ar diameters.Ws.)were very large(532µm,370µm),which res.lted in the pres.ure of only 44.3 and 61.8 MPa in the contact areas.of the friction pairs.When 0206-Fe(60%)was.mixed with PAO6,it was.found that the friction coefficient(COF)decreas.d with increas. of 0206-Fe(60%)in the s.lution.When the ratio of 0206-Fe(60%)to PAO6 was.8:2(PAO6(20%)),it exhibited better comprehens.ve tribological properties.232.3 MPa).s.bs.quent s.udies.have s.own that reducing the vis.os.ty of the bas. oil in the mixed s.lution helped to reduce COF and increas.d Ws..Cons.dering the COF,contact pres.ure,and running-in time,it was.found that the mixed lubricant(Oil3(20%))prepared by the bas. oil with a vis.os.ty of 19.7 mPa·s.Oil3)and 0206-Fe(60%)exhibited the bes. tribological properties.0.007,161.4 MPa,3,100 s..

本文基于40个CMIP6模式输出结果,系统评估了模式对历史时期太平洋年代际振荡(PDO)的模拟性能,并利用其中17个模式的4种共享社会经济路径情景数据预估了PDO未来可能变化趋势.结果表明,CMIP6模式能够合理再现PDO相关海表温度异常的空间模态,但模式模拟PDO位相演变的能力普遍较弱.多模式集合能够合理再现PDO的50年左右周期,但无法模拟出其20年左右周期,并且低估了PDO的变化幅度.在未来变暖情景下,PDO可能在2050左右出现由负位相向正位相的转变,同时其50年左右周期也将明显缩短.
