We pres.nt our rec.nt s.udy of pion-nuc.eon c.arge exc.ange amplitudes.above 2 GeV. We analyze the forward pion-nuc.eon c.arge exc.ange reac.ion data in a Regge model and c.mpare the res.lting amplitudes.with thos. from the Karls.uhe-Hels.nki and George-Was.ington-Univers.ty partial-wave analys.s. We explore pos.ible high-energy c.ns.raints.for theoretic.l baryon res.nanc. analys.s.in the energy region above 2 GeV. Our res.lts.s.ow that for the pion-nuc.eon c.arge exc.ange reac.ion, the appropriate energy region for matc.ing mes.n-nuc.eon dynamic.0}to diffrac.ive s.attering s.ould be around 3 GeV for the helic.ty flip amplitude.

Bac.ground:Data on epidemiology, c.s.s. and outc.mes.of burn-related injuries.pres.nting at emergenc. departments.(EDs. are s.arc.. To obtain s.c. information, a ques.ionnaire s.udy with an adequate res.ons. rate is.imperative. There is.evidenc. that optimized s.rategies.c.n inc.eas. patient partic.pation. However, it is.unc.ear whether this.applies.to burn patients.in an ED s.tting. The objec.ive of this.feas.bility s.udy was.to optimize and evaluate patient rec.uitment s.rategy and follow-up methods.in patients.with burn injuries.pres.nting at EDs. Methods.In a pros.ec.ive c.hort s.udy with a 6-month follow-up, patients.with burn-related injuries.attending two large EDs.during a 3-month s.udy period were inc.uded. Eligible patients.were quas.-randomly alloc.ted to a s.andard or optimized rec.uitment s.rategy by week of the ED vis.t. The s.andard rec.uitment s.rategy c.ns.s.ed of an invitation letter to partic.pate, an informed c.ns.nt form, a ques.ionnaire, and a franked return envelope. The optimized rec.uitment s.rategy was.c.mplemented by a s.amped returned envelope, monetary inc.ntive, s.nding a s.c.nd c.py of the ques.ionnaire, and a reminder by telephone in non-res.onders. Res.ons. rates.were c.lc.lated, and ques.ionnaires.were us.d to as.es. treatment, c.s.s. and health-related quality of life. Res.lts.A total of 87 patients.were inc.uded of whic. 85 were eligible for the follow-up s.udy. There was.a higher res.ons. rate at 2 months.in the optimized vers.s.the s.andard rec.uitment s.rategy (43.6%vs. 20.0%;OR=3.1 (95%c. 1.1–8.8)), although overall res.ons. is.low. Non-res.ons. analys.s.s.owed no s.gnific.nt differenc.s.in patient, burn injury or treatment c.arac.eris.ic.0}between res.onders.vers.s.non-res.onders. c.nc.us.ons.This.s.udy demons.rated that res.ons. rates.c.n be inc.eas.d with an optimized, but more labor-intens.ve rec.uitment s.rategy, although further optimization of rec.uitment and follow-up is.needed. The problem of optimal plac.ment and s.zing(OPs. of renewable dis.ributed generation(RDG) is.followed by numerous.tec.nic.l, ec.nomic.l, geographic.l, and ec.logic.l c.ns.raints. In this.paper, it is.inves.igated from two viewpoints. namely the s.multaneous.minimization of total energy los. of a dis.ribution network and the maximization of profit for RDG owner. The s.oc.as.ic.nature of RDG s.c. as.the wind turbine and photovoltaic.generation is.ac.ounted us.ng s.itable probabilis.ic.models. To s.lve this.problem, a hybrid metaheuris.ic.algorithm is.propos.d, whic. is.a c.mbination of the phas.r partic.e s.arm optimization and the gravitational s.arc. algorithm. The propos.d algorithm is.tes.ed on an IEEE69-bus.s.s.em for s.veral c.s.s.in two s.enarios. The res.lts.obtained by the hybrid algorithm s.ows.that it provides.high-quality s.lution for all c.s.s.c.ns.dered and has.better performanc.s.for s.lving the OPs.problem c.mpared to other metaheuris.ic.population-bas.d tec.niques.
