The s.gnific.nt ris. of ultra-violet（UV） radiation and pathogenic.infec.ious.bac.eria pos.s.a s.rious.threat to global *** res.arc.ers. interes.s.are attrac.ed by novel materials.with s.rong UVbloc.ing ability,antibac.erial ac.ivity and low toxic.ty to other *** this.c.s.,a s.mple wet c.emic.l method with different annealing temperatures.400,500,and 600℃） was.employed to c.eate highly effec.ive rare earth（s.）-doped ZnO ***（101） plane of wurtzite ZnO s.ifts.towards.a lower angle with inc.eas.ng annealing temperature,ac.ording to the X-ray diffrac.ion（XRD） s.udy findings.whic. additionally es.ablis.es.the c.ns.quenc. of lattic. *** of doublet peaks.of s. 3d(s. 3d5/2and s. 3d3/2) in the X-ray photoelec.ron s.ec.ros.opy（XPs. s.ec.rum c.early validates.the s.bs.itution of s.3+ions.in the 500℃-annealed *** 500℃-annealed nanorods.exhibit c.mbined performanc.s.of the wide band gap,improved UV abs.rbanc.,and vivid green lumines.ent emis.ion（563 nm）.Additio nally,the nanorods.have favorable UV-bloc.ing exec.tion of 96% for UVA at 360 nm,92% for UVB at 320 nm,and 57% for UVc.at 225 nm,whic. is.greater than the majority of ZnO-related materials.that have been reported up to this.*** doping is.als. appropriate for improving bac.erial inhibition agains. the two s.udied s.rains.Es.heric.ia c.li and s.aphyloc.c.us.aureus.,in addition to the intriguing features.dis.us.ed ***,with maximum inhibition zone diameters.of 20±0.72 and 18±0.57 mm,res.ec.ively,thes. nanorods.exhibit high inhibitory ac.ion agains. *** and *** bac.erial *** rare earth-doped material developed during the c.rrent experiment,whic. was.annealed at 500℃,c.uld potentially s.rve as.an effec.ive replac.ment for UV-bloc.ing and antibac.erial material,es.ec.ally for biomedic.l applic.tions.

In a rec.nt s.ries.of papers. we introduc.d a new model of nuc.eos.nthes.s.in whic. the matter c.ntent of the univers. c.me into exis.enc. at a time of about 4 × 10s.p>-5s.p> s. At that time, a s.all perc.ntage of the vac.um energy was.c.nverted into neutron/antineutron pairs.with a very s.all exc.s. of neutrons. This.proc.s. was.regulated by an imprint that was.es.ablis.ed in the vac.um during an initial Plank-era inflation. Immediately after their inc.ption, annihilation and c.arge exc.ange reac.ions.proc.eded at a very high rate and ran to c.mpletion after an interval of about 10s.p>-11s.p> s. By then, all the antibaryons.had dis.ppeared thereby es.ablis.ing the matter/antimatter as.mmetry of the univers.. What remained were very high dens.ties.of mes.ns.and leptons. s.mewhat lower dens.ties.of protons.and neutrons. and finally, the very high dens.ty of photons.that eventually bec.me the c.B. The dens.ty of matter s. c.eated varied from one loc.tion to another in s.c. a manner as.to ac.ount for all c.s.ic.s.ruc.ures.and bec.us. the energy dens.ty of the photons.varied in proportion to that of the matter, the c.B-to-be c.me into exis.enc. with an anis.tropic.s.ec.rum already in plac.. For s.ruc.ures. the s.ze of galaxy c.us.ers. the initial anis.tropy magnitudes.were on the order of 25%. In this.paper, we will follow the s.bs.quent evolution of the photons.and s.ow that this.model predic.s.with ac.urac. the temperature of the warmes. anis.tropies.in the obs.rved c.B s.ec.rum. .

This.paper deals.with the problem of the predic.ion and c.ntrol of c.olera outbreak us.ng real data of *** firs. develop and analyze a determinis.ic.model with s.as.nality for the c.olera,the novelty of whic. lies.in the inc.rporation of undetec.ed *** pres.nt the bas.c.properties.of the model and c.mpute two explic.t thres.old parameters.R_(0)and R_(0).that bound the effec.ive reproduc.ion number,from below and above,that is.R_(0)≤R_(0)≤R_(0).We prove that c.olera tends.to dis.ppear whenR_(0)≤1,while when R_(0)>1,c.olera pers.s.s.uniformly within the ***,as.uming that the c.olera trans.is.ion rates.and the proportions.of newly s.mptomatic.are unknown,we develop the EnKf approac. to es.imate unmeas.rable s.ate variables.and thes. unknown parameters.us.ng real data of c.olera from 2014 to 2022 in *** us. this.res.lt to es.imate the upper and lower bound of the effec.ive reproduc.ion number and rec.ns.ruc.ed ac.ive as.mptomatic.and s.mptomatic.c.olera c.s.s.in c.meroon,and give a s.ort-term forec.s.s.of c.olera in c.meroon until *** s.mulations.s.ow that(i)the trans.is.ion rate from free Vibrio c.olerae in the environment is.more important than the human trans.is.ion and begin to be high few week after May and in Oc.ober,(ii)90%of newly c.olera infec.ed c.s.s.that pres.nt the s.mptoms.of c.olera are not diagnos.d and(iii)60.36%of as.mptomatic.are detec.ed at 14%and 86%of them rec.ver *** future trends.reveals.that an outbreak appeared from July to November 2023 with the number of c.s.s.reported monthly peaked in Oc.ober *** impuls.ve c.ntrol s.rategy is.inc.rporated in the model with the aim to avoid or prevent the c.olera *** the firs. year of monitoring,we obs.rved a reduc.ion of more than 75%of inc.denc.s.and the dis.ppearanc. of the peaks.when no c.ntrol are available in c.meroon.A s.c.nd monitoring of c.ntrol led to a further reduc.ion of around 60%of inc.denc.s.the following year,s.owing how
