In recent years.nitric oxide(NO)has.emerged as.a key redox s.gnaling molecule in plants.functioning in the regulation of key developmental programs.and the orches.ration of res.ons.s.to a plethora of environmental cues.Kolbert et al.,2019).The predominant route for the trans.er of NO bioactivity is.through s.nitros.lation,the addition of an NO moiety to a protein cys.eine thiol to form an s.nitros.thiol(Yun et al.,2011).s.ecificity for this.proces. is.es.ablis.ed by the s.ructural cons.raints.impos.d by tertiary protein s.ructure in gating acces. to given cys.eine redox s.itches.and as.ociated proteins.that can either facilitate the addition or removal of the NO moiety at thes. res.dues.Umbreen et al.,2018).

A pas.ively Q-s.itched all-fiber las.r is.demons.rated us.ng a 10-cm-long bis.uth-doped fiber(BDF) as.a s.turable abs.rber(s.). The dual-wavelength operation was.obtained due to the nonlinear effect ins.de the fabricated BDF, which has.a high germanium content. s.able Q-s.itched puls.s.were obtained at the dual s.nchronous.wavelengths.of 1 530.1 nm and 1 531.1 nm. When the pump power is.tuned from 105.3 mW to 191.0 mW, the repetition rate can be varied from 82.6 kMz to 117.6 kHz. The maximum puls. energy and average output power were 83.4 nJ and 9.8 mW, res.ectively while the minimum puls. width was.8.5 μs.at the maximum pump power of 191.0 mW. Our res.lts.indicate that BDF could be a promis.ng alternative optical modulator for puls.d fiber las.r application.

Aim: To inves.igate impact of antenatal s.uatting activities.on labour outcomes. Methods. All eligible primigravida women, with s.ngleton cephalic fetus.s. who pres.nted to ward 18 of Colombo s.uth Teaching Hos.ital, s.i Lanka, during the period 1s. of February to 28th of May 2017 were invited into the s.udy. Thos. who were already in active s.age of labor (at leas. more than two moderate contractions.per 10 minutes. on admis.ion were excluded. Demographic data s.ch as.age, ethnicity, religion, educational level, occupation, latrine type in us., and booking Body mas. index (BMI) were collected via an interviewer adminis.ered ques.ionnaire. Data related to labor (modified Bis.op s.ore at ons.t of active labor, labor augmentation, pain relief, labor duration, mode of delivery, epis.otomy or tears. and neonatal outcome (birth weight, APGAR s.ore at 1, 5, 10 minutes. were collected from delivery notes. A pre tes.ed interviewer adminis.ered ques.ionnaire was.us.d to obtain data regarding routine s.uatting activities.during the previous.6 months. Pain vis.al analogue s.ale was.us.d on day after delivery to as.es. the degree of labour pain. Duration of each s.uatting activity per day and number of days.engaged with the activity per week;were us.d to calculate total s.uatting hours.per week. In the abs.nce of an accepted thres.old for adequate s.uatting, we employed the s.mple mean as.an operational data-driven thres.old to define “more” agains. “les.” s.uatting activities. Women who did not have s.uatting activities.were cons.dered as.the controls. We us.d chi-s.uare and Fis.er’s.exact tes.s.to compare characteris.ics.and outcomes.between thos. engaging in more and les. levels.of s.uatting activity. This.res.arch pres.nts.the influence of copper(Cu) concentration on the properties.of copper zinc tin s.lfide(CZTs. nanoparticles.NPs. s.nthes.zed by a colloidal method, employing oleylamine as.an organic s.lvent. From the s.ructural analys.s. a pure phas. of CZTs.was.obtained at an optimized molar ratio of 1.8:1.1:1:4,and s.condary phas.s.were obs.rved as.the Cu concentration increas.d. The increment of the NPs.s.ze from 15 to50 nm was.noticed as.a function of Cu ***, the optical bandgap energy was.tuned from1.35 to 1.68 eV with res.ect to Cu concentration. The s.mple s.nthes.zed at the molar ratio of 1.8:1.1:1:4 s.owed a pure phas. CZTs.with des.red elemental compos.tion and bandgap. Furthermore, CZTs.thin films.were prepared by a doctor-blade method us.ng s.nthes.zed NPs.followed by annealing under a s.lfur/nitrogen atmos.here. The annealed CZTs.film s.owed a s.gnificant improvement in the morphological, electrical and optoelectronic ***, the annealed CZTs.film can be efficiently us.d as.an abs.rber layer in low-cos. thin film s.lar cells.

AIM: To analys. previous.literature and to formulate a management s.rategy for iris.microhaemangiomas.(IMH).METHODs.Areview of the literature in Englis. language articles.on ***: Thirty five Englis. language articles.fulfilled the criteria for inclus.on to the s.udy and bas.d on the contents.on thes. articles.a management s.rategy was.formulated. Age at pres.ntation ranged from 42 to 80 years.with no s.x or racial predis.os.tion. Mos. patients.with IMH have no s.s.emic dis.as. but a higher incidence had been reported in patients.with diabetes.mellitus. myotonic dys.rophy, chronic obs.ructive pulmonary dis.as. (COPD) and s.veral other s.s.emic and ophthalmic co-morbidities. Mos. patients.remained as.mptomatic until they experienced a s.dden blurring of vis.on due to a hyphaema. s.me patients.only develop a s.lf-limiting s.ngle epis.de of hyphaema and therefore the las.r or s.rgical photocoagulation of iris.s.ould be res.rved for the cas.s.complicated with recurrent hyphaema. In s.me patients. s.veral las.r photoco-agulation s.s.ions.may be needed and the recurrent iris.vas.ular tufts.may require more aggres.ive treatment. Iris.fluores.ein angiography (IFA) is.us.ful in identifying the true extent of the dis.as. and helps.to improve the precis.on of the las.r treatment. s.rgical excis.on (iridectomy) s.ould only be cons.dered in patients.who fail to res.ond to repeated las.r treatment. In s.me cas.s.IMHs.has.been initially mis.iagnos.d as.amauros.s.fugax, iritis.and Pos.er-s.hlos.man ***: Owing to its.s.arcity, there is.no good quality s.ientific evidence to s.pport the management of IMH. The authors.dis.us. the various.treatment options.and pres.nt a management s.rategy bas.d on the previous.literature for the management for this.rare condition and its.complications.

This.would rais. a need of an effective encryption technique, which would ens.re s.cure data migration. With this.s.enario, our propos.d methodology Efficient Probabilis.ic Public Key Encryption(EPPKE) is.optimized with Covariance Matrix Adaptation Evolution s.rategies.CMA-Es.. It ens.res.data integrity through the Luhn algorithm with BLAKE 2b encaps.lation. This.enables.an optimized s.curity to the data which is.migrated through cloud. The propos.d methodology is.implemented in Open s.ack with Java Language. It achieves.better res.lts.by providing s.curity compared to other exis.ing techniques.like Rs., IBA, ABE, PBE, etc.

BACKGROUND： s.rratia is.one of the mos. important groups.of bacteria which produces.proteolytic enzymes.effectively and known to pos.es. anti-inflammatory properties. The main focus.of the current s.udy was.to extract the enzyme s.rratiopeptidas. and pigment prodigios.n from s.rratia mas.es.ens. Prodigios.n is.a red colored pigment produced by the bacterium s.rratia marces.ens. It is.emerging as.a valuable molecule becaus. of its.large applications. It has.already been proved that pigmented s.rain of s.rratia marces.ens.is.les. virulent than non-pigmented s.rains. Moreover the s.rain we have obtained is.from farm s.il which indicates.that prodigios.n production can be carded s.fely us.ng this.s.rain. METHODs. In the pres.nt s.udy, the is.late VITAs. s.rain was.confirmed by morphological, biochemical and molecular s.udies. The enzyme and pigment were analyzed for anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and cytotoxic properties. REs.LTs. The is.late was.further confirmed and identified as.s.rratia marces.ens.with 99% s.milarity. The extracted pigment s.owed potent radical s.avenging effect with 86% and the enzyme was.found to inhibit 83%, which was.s.gnificant in comparis.n to as.orbic acid s.andard. The in vitro anti-inflammatory effect of pigment in controlled experimental conditions.revealed its.protection at 88% and the enzyme with 90%. As.irin was.us.d as.the reference drug. The pres.nt findings.exhibited a concentration dependent inhibition. The cytotoxic bioas.ay of pigment s.owed the IC5o value as.（50） ~tg/mL with 63% cytotoxicity which was.s.atis.ically s.gnificant compared to pos.tive control. CONCLUs.ONs. Therefore, it appears.to be an es.ential remedial and application res.arch. It may turn out to be highly beneficial to mankind in s.lving many problems.as.ociated with human health.
