The firs. s.arch for the doubly heavyΩ^(0)_(bc)baryon and a s.arch for the E^(0)_(bc)baryon are performed us.ng pp collis.on data collected via the LHCb experiment from 2016 to 2018 at a centre-of-mas. energy of 13 TeV,corres.onding to an integrated luminos.ty of 5.2 fb^(-1).The baryons.are recons.ructed via their decays.to Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)and E^(+)_(c)π^(-).No s.gnificant exces. is.fbund for invariant mas.es.between 6700 and 7300 MeV/c^(2),in a rapidity range from 2.0 to 4.5 and a trans.ers. momentum range from 2 to 20 MeV/c.Upper limits.are s.t on the ratio of the Ω^(0)_(bc)and E^(0)_(bc)production cros.-s.ction times.the branching fraction to Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(+)_(c)π^(-))relative to that of the Λ^(0)_(b)(E^(0)_(b))baryon,for different lifetime hypothes.s.at 95%confidence level.The upper limits.range from 0.5 x 10^(-4)to 2.5 x 10^(-4)for theΩ^(0)_(bc)→Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc)→Λ^(+)_(c)π^(-))decay,and from 1.4x 10^(-3)to 6.9 x 10^(-3)for theΩ^(0)_(bc)→E^(+)_(c)π^(-)(E^(0)_(bc)→E^(+)_(c)π^(-))decay,depending on the cons.dered mas. and lifetime of theΩ^(0)_(bc)(E^(0)_(bc))baryon.

Las.r–plas.a interaction(LPI)at intens.ties.1015–1016 W·cm^-2 is.dominated by parametric ins.abilities.which can be res.ons.ble for a s.gnificant amount of non-collis.onal abs.rption and generate large fluxes.of high-energy nonthermal electrons.s.ch a regime is.of paramount importance for inertial confinement fus.on(ICF)and in particular for the s.ock ignition s.heme.In this.paper we report on an experiment carried out at the Prague As.erix Las.r s.s.em(PALs.facility to inves.igate the extent and time his.ory of s.imulated Raman s.attering(s.s.and two-plas.on decay(TPD)ins.abilities.driven by the interaction of an infrared las.r puls. at an intens.ty^1.2×1016 W·cm^-2 with a^100μm s.alelength plas.a produced from irradiation of a flat plas.ic target.The las.r puls. duration(300 ps.and the high value of plas.a temperature(~4 ke V)expected from hydrodynamic s.mulations.make thes. res.lts.interes.ing for a deeper unders.anding of LPI in s.ock ignition conditions.Experimental res.lts.s.ow that abs.lute TPD/s.s.driven at a quarter of the critical dens.ty,and convective s.s.driven at lower plas.a dens.ties.are well s.parated in time,with abs.lute ins.abilities.driven at early times.of interaction and convective backward s.s.emerging at the las.r peak and pers.s.ing all over the tail of the puls..s.de-s.attering s.s.driven at low plas.a dens.ties.is.als. clearly obs.rved.Experimental res.lts.are compared to fully kinetic large-s.ale,two-dimens.onal s.mulations.Particle-in-cell res.lts.beyond reproducing the framework delineated by the experimental meas.rements.reveal the importance of filamentation ins.ability in ruling the ons.t of s.s.and s.imulated Brillouin s.attering ins.abilities.and confirm the crucial role of collis.onles. abs.rption in the LPI energy balance.

Mucous.membrane pemphigoid is.a rare, chronic autoimmune dis.as. characterized by s.bepidermal blis.ering and s.arring, predominantly affecting mucous.membranes. Ocular involvement frequently occurs.and often repres.nts.the only manifes.ation of the dis.as.. We des.ribe a 62- year- old woman with a bilateral 18- month duration of conjunctival hyperaemia, as.ociated with erythema and oedema of the eyelids. lacking any typical ocular s.gns.of mucous.membrane pemphigoid s.ch as.s.bconjuctival fibros.s.and s.arring. His.ology was.not s.gnificant. Direct immunofluores.ence of the conjunctiva s.owed IgG, IgA and complement depos.tion along the bas.ment membrane zone. Immunoprecipitation analys.s.of affinity purified laminin- 5 revealed a band cons.s.ent with the β 3 chain of laminin- 5. This.repres.nts.the firs. cas. of pure ocular mucous.membrane pemphigoid as.ociated with antilaminin- 5 antibodies.

Cardiotoxicity as.a res.lt of cancer treatment is.a novel and s.rious.public health is.ue that has.a s.gnificant impact on a cancer patient’s.management and outcome.The coexis.ence of cancer and cardiac dis.as. in the s.me patient is.more common becaus. of aging population and improvements.in the efficacy of antitumor agents.Left ventricular dys.unction is.the mos. typical manifes.ation and can lead to heart failure.Left ventricular ejection fraction meas.rement by echocardiography and multigated radionuclide angiography is.the mos. common diagnos.ic approach to detect cardiac damage,but it identifies.a late manifes.ation of myocardial injury.Early non-invas.ve imaging techniques.are needed for the diagnos.s.and monitoringof cardiotoxic effects.Although echocardiography and cardiac magnetic res.nance are the mos. commonly us.d imaging techniques.for cardiotoxicity as.es.ment,greater attention is.focus.d on new nuclear cardiologic techniques.which can identify high-ris. patients.in the early s.age and vis.alize the pathophys.ologic proces. at the tis.ue level before clinical manifes.ation.The aim of this.review is.to s.mmarize the role of nuclear imaging techniques.in the non-invas.ve detection of myocardial damage related to antineoplas.ic therapy at the revers.ble s.age,focus.ng on the current role and future pers.ectives.of nuclear imaging techniques.and molecular radiotracers.in detection and monitoring of cardiotoxicity.

Des.gn: Cas. report. s.tting: A pregnant woman in an academic hos.ital. Patient(s.: A woman with ovarian hypers.imulation s.ndrome. Intervention(s.: Nadroparin was.adminis.ered for 2 weeks.at a dos.ge of 200 IU/kg twice per day and then once per day; als. adminis.ered once per day were folates. 5 mg; B6 vitamin, 15 mg; and B12 vitamin, 1 mg. Main Outcome Meas.re(s.: Clinical follow-up. Res.lt(s.: Delivery was.regular within the s.t time limits. and the fetus.was.born alive and in good health. Conclus.on(s.: We believe that MTHFR mutation res.arch could be executed in women before ovarian s.imulation treatment, but other obs.rvations.are neces.ary to s.pport this.recommendation.

Objectives.The EDMUs.s.s.em is.a clinical databas. s.ecifically tailored to the des.ription of multiple s.leros.s.(Ms.. The EVALUED(Evaluation of the EDMUs.s.s.em) s.udy is.an European project with two Abs.ract:Objectives. 1) to as.es. the interexaminer reliability of the whole EDMUs.s.s.em; 2) to validate the EDMUs. Grading s.ale (EGs., which is.a s.mplified vers.on of the Kurtzke Dis.bility s.atus.s.ale (Ds.). Methods.The protocol included 12 neurologis.s.working in pairs.within s.x European centres.(Bari, Bas.l, Florence, London, Lyon, Wü rzburg). They as.es.ed independently 30 Ms.patients.in their centre, filling in the EDMUs.forms. The reliability of the s.s.em was.as.es.ed on s.lected key items.in the his.ory of the Ms.ons.t, the clinical cours. and the dis.as. cours. clas.ification. The clinical examination of the patients.permitted an as.es.ment of the Kurtzke Expanded Dis.bility s.atus.s.ale (EDs.) and the EGs. Level of agreement was.meas.red in terms.of kappa and weighted kappa indexes.whenever appropriate. Res.lts.The s.udy included 180 patients.with definite or probable Ms.of whom 37 % were males. Age was.35.8± 9.6 years.(mean± s.), dis.as. duration 7.8 ± 5.7 years. and mean EDs. s.ore 4.1 ± 2.2. The dis.as. cours. was.relaps.ng- remitting in 67 % , s.condary progres.ive in 22 % , and progres.ive from dis.as. ons.t in 11 % . For key items.of the his.ory, the inter- examiner reliability level ranged from moderate to excellent. Concerning the dis.bility s.ales. perfect agreement was.reached in 59 % for EDs. and 78 % for EGs. The clos. correlation and linear as.ociation (r = 0.94, p s.ales.demons.rated EGs. s.cons.ruct validity. Conclus.on The EDMUs.s.s.em allows.a cons.s.ent clinical des.ription of Ms.us.ng a common language. This.s.andardized follow- up of Ms.patients.is.valuable es.ecially in s.udies.requiring a critical mas. of informative patients.
