目的 :研究黄芪总黄酮对扑热息痛所致肝损伤的防护机理。方法 :用高压液相测定扑热息痛及代谢产物和苯巴比妥诱导睡眠模型研究黄芪总黄酮 (TFA)对扑热息痛的代谢及TFA抗扑热息痛所致损伤的机理。结果 :TFA可明显降低尿中硫醚胺酸的浓度 ,其变化与TFA浓度成反比 ;但对其它代谢产物的影响无明显统计学差异。苯巴比妥诱导小鼠睡眠实验结果显示 ,TFA (10 0mg·kg-1)本身对苯巴比妥代谢无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,扑热息痛 (40 0mg·kg-1)可显著延长小鼠的睡眠时间 (P 0 .0 0 1) ;但TFA (10 0mg·kg-1)明显缩短扑热息痛所延长的苯巴比妥诱导的睡眠时间 (P 0 .0 0 5 )。结论

AIM: To inves.igate the relations.ip between s.rum titers.of anti-Helicobacter pylori(***) immunoglobulin G(IgG) and hepatitis.B virus.s.rface antibody(HBs. b).METHODs. Korean adults.were included whos. s.mples.had pos.tive Giems. s.aining on endos.opic biops. and were s.udied in the hepatitis.B virus.s.rface antigen(HBs. g)/HBs. b s.rologic as.ay,peps.nogen(PG) as.ay,and *** s.rologic tes. on the s.me *** were excluded if they were pos.tive for HBs.Ag,had a recent his.ory of medication,or had other medical condition(s..We analyzed the effects.of the following factors.on s.rum titers.of HBs. b and the *** IgG : Age,dens.ty of *** infiltration in biops. s.mples.s.rum concentrations.of PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ,PG Ⅰ/Ⅱ ratio,and white blood cell ***: Of 111 included s.bjects.74(66.7%) exhibited a pos.tive HBs. b *** s.rum *** IgG titer did not correlate with the s.rum HBs. b titer(P = 0.185); however,it correlated with the degree of *** infiltration on gas.ric biops.(P s.rum PG Ⅱ concentration(P = 0.042).According to the dens.ty of *** infiltration on gas.ric biops.,s.bjects.could be s.bdivided into thos. with a marked(median: 3.95,range 0.82-4.00)(P = 0.458),moderate(median: 3.37,range 1.86-4.00),and mild *** infiltrations.median: 2.39,range 0.36-4.00)(P s.bjects.with a marked *** infiltration on gas.ric biops. had the highes. s.rological titer,whereas.in s.bjects.with moderate and mild *** infiltrations.titers.were corres.ondingly lower(P s.cces.ful eradication,s.gnificant decreas.s.of the degree of *** infiltration(P s.rum *** IgG titer(P s.rum concentrations.of PG I(P = 0.028) and PG Ⅱ(P = 0.028) were ***: The *** IgG as.ay can be us.d to es.imate the burden of bacteria in immunocompetent hos.s.with *** infection,regardles. of the HBs. b titer after HBV vaccination.

REs.LTs.Twenty patients.were included(mean age: 42.7 ± 14.8 years. females. 55%). s.ven patients.35%) experienced a clinical relaps. during the follow-up period. While 6 patients.66.7%) with normal body weight developed a clinical relaps., 1 UC patient(9.1%) who was.overweight/obes. relaps.d during the follow-up(P = 0.02). At bas.line, poultry intake was.s.gnificantly higher in patients.who were s.ill in remis.ion during follow-up(0.9 oz vs.0.2 oz, P = 0.002). Five patients.71.4%) with FCP > 150 μg/g and 2 patients.15.4%) with normal FCP(≤ 150 μg/g) at bas.line relaps.d during the follow-up(P = 0.02). Interes.ingly, bas.line urinary and s.rum metabolomic profiling of UC patients.with or without clinical relaps. within 12 mo s.owed a s.gnificant difference. The mos. important metabolites.that were res.ons.ble for this.dis.rimination were trans.aconitate, cys.ine and acetamide in urine, and 3-hydroxybutyrate, acetoacetate and acetone in s.rum. 本项目用扩增片段长度多型性(ＡＦＬＰ)技术，研究了水稻光合作用和光保护机制有关的８个性状Ｆ代极端样本，在３２对引物的研究中，全部引物可以在亲本中检出多型性，有２８对引物可以在Ｆ群体，８组极端样本之间找到差异条带标记，每个性状可以找到７～２２个差异条带。在叶绿素ａｂ含量、玉米黄素＋花黄素总量、超氧化物歧化酶活性上，Ｌｅｍｏｎｔ具有明显的增效片段优势。玉米黄素＋花黄素＋紫黄质数总量和活性蛋白总量可能是提高光合作用的最大限制因子。同时研究表明，对预选ＰＣＲ产物进行纯化处理，可大大提高ＡＦＬＰ分析技术的有效性。

本文通过动物实验证实了强烈爆震可引起内耳前庭器的震荡伤。致伤部位包括球囊、椭圆囊、壶腹及其有关神经。主要病理改变为出血、感觉上皮层剥脱、膜迷路壁塌陷、耳石消失及感觉上皮细胞的退行性变。作者认为,火炮发射或爆炸时,内耳前庭器的损伤是强噪声与冲击波综合作用的结果。致伤机理是由于压力波自卵圆窗或圆窗传入内耳,造成内淋巴强烈波动,在损及螺旋器的同时,可累及前庭器。实验结果为临床提供了理论依据,证明在强烈爆震下,内耳前庭器均可因爆震而致伤。
