The device is.energized by a.low-cos. Neon power s.pply of (10 kV, 30 ma. a.d 20 kHz) a.d the dis.ha.ge ta.es.pla.e by us.ng N2 ga.0}with different flow ra.es.from 3 to 25 L/min a.d input volta.e of 6 kV. Dia.nos.ic techniques.s.ch a.0}volta.e divider, Lis.a.ous.figure, ima.e proces.ing a.d thermometer a.e us.d.
