Introduction: Ba.gla.es. ha.0}experienced rema.ka.le growth in RMG over the pa.0} 25 yea.s. With the knitwea. indus.ry providing more tha. 4 million direct jobs. providing better occupa.iona. hea.th a.d s.fety of workers.rema.ns.a.cha.lenge. a.m of the s.udy: The a.m of the s.udy wa.0}to a.a.yze the dis.a.0} burden of a.RMG fa.tory, a.d to highlight occupa.iona. hea.th ris.s. Methods. a.cros.-s.ctiona. s.udy des.gn wa.0}employed for this.a.a.ys.s. a.17-month da.a.entry (Ja.ua.y 2020 - Ma. 2021) wa.0}ga.hered from the fa.tory in-hous. clinic. The s.cio-demogra.hic a.d clinica. dia.nos.s.entries.of 8421 entries.were a.a.yzed. Res.lt: The popula.ion of the fa.tory workers.is.5370, where 40% (2148) a.e fema.e workers.a.d 60% (3222) a.e ma.e workers. The mea. a.e of res.ondents.is.30 yea.s. with a.s. of ±7 yea.s. a.ong the chief compla.nts. the mos. common wa.0}vomiting (14%;2262) fever (14%;2247), runny nos. (11%;1842), cough (9%;1465), a.d loos. motion (8%;1364). In the dia.nos.s.ca.egories. ga.0}rointes.ina. dis.a.0}s.were more predomina.tly dia.nos.d (35%;2978), followed by vira. fever (21%;1772), neurologica. dis.a.0}s.(16.5%;1389) a.d mus.ulos.eleta. dis.rders.(9%;768). The a.era.e cos. of medicine for ea.h res.ondent is.BDT 36. The fa.tory covered cos.s.of a.l medica.ion for 99% (8380) of res.ondents. Only 0.5% (37) wa.0}referred to a.tertia.y hos.ita. for further eva.ua.ion. Conclus.on: Ga.ments.workers.s.ffer mos.ly from long-term occupa.iona. hea.th ha.a.ds. Fa.tory owners.a.d policy ma.ers.ca. contribute in va.ious.wa.s.to improving prima.y hea.thca.e options.for workers.
