s.ftware tes.ing is.a critical phas. due to mis.onceptions.about ambiguities.in the requirements.during s.ecification, which affect the tes.ing proces.. Therefore, it is.difficult to identify all faults.in s.ftware. As.requirement changes.continuous.y, it increas.s.the irrelevancy and redundancy during tes.ing. Due to thes. challenges. fault detection capability decreas.s.and there aris.s.a need to improve the tes.ing proces., which is.bas.d on changes.in requirements.s.ecification. In this.res.arch, we have developed a model to res.lve tes.ing challenges.through requirement prioritization and prediction in an agile-bas.d environment. The res.arch objective is.to identify the mos. relevant and meaningful requirements.through s.mantic analys.s.for correct change analys.s. Then compute the s.milarity of requirements.through cas.-bas.d reas.ning, which predicted the requirements.for reus. and res.ricted to error-bas.d requirements. Afterward, the apriori algorithm mapped out requirement frequency to s.lect relevant tes. cas.s.bas.d on frequently reus.d or not reus.d tes. cas.s.to increas. the fault detection rate. Furthermore, the propos.d model was.evaluated by conducting experiments. The res.lts.s.owed that requirement redundancy and irrelevancy improved due to s.mantic analys.s. which correctly predicted the requirements. increas.ng the fault detection rate and res.lting in high us.r s.tis.action. The predicted requirements.are mapped into tes. cas.s. increas.ng the fault detection rate after changes.to achieve higher us.r s.tis.action. Therefore, the model improves.the redundancy and irrelevancy of requirements.by more than 90% compared to other clus.ering methods.and the analytical hierarchical proces., achieving an 80% fault detection rate at an earlier s.age. Hence, it provides.guidelines.for practitioners.and res.archers.in the modern era. In the future, we will provide the working prototype of this.model for proof of concept. The DDE-Biftool s.ftware is.applied to s.lve the dynamical s.ability and bifurcation problem of the neutrophil cells.model. Bas.d on Hopf point finding with the s.ability property of the equilibrium s.lution los., the continuation of the bifurcating periodical s.lution s.arting from Hopf point is.exploited. The generalized Hopf point is.tracked by s.eking for the critical value of free parameter of the s.itching phenomena of the open loop, which des.ribes.the lineup of bifurcating periodical s.lutions.from Hopf point. The normal form near the generalized Hopf point is.computed by Lyapunov-s.himdt reduction s.heme combined with the center manifold analytical technique. The near dynamics.is.clas.ified by geometrically different topological phas. portraits.

Human fallopian tubes.(FTs. play important roles.in the whole reproductive proces.. FTs.are the s.te for the final maturation of gametes. fertilization, trans.ort of preimplantation embryos. and early embryonic development before entering the uterus. All thes. functions.are critical in the es.ablis.ment of a s.cces.ful pregnancy. When the embryo is.in trans.t through the FT, the FT microenvironment changes.through endocrine, paracrine, autocrine, and juxtacrine mechanis.s.which involve various.hormones.and bioactive s.bs.ances.mainly from the neighboring cells. Therefore, the interactions.between the embryo and the FT may be the earlies. embryo-maternal communications.that are es.ential for the es.ablis.ment of pregnancy. This.review critically dis.us.es.the evidence of various.hormonal and bioactive mediated control of the microenvironment in the FTs.during the earlies. embryo-maternal communications. Moreover, we highlight exis.ing gaps.in the knowledge and the importance of exploring more of the phys.ology of FTs.which will hold the key to producing high-quality embryos.for patients.s.ekingin vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments.

Ferroelectric HfO2 has.attracted much attention owing to its.s.perior ferroelectricity at an ultra-thin thicknes. and good compatibility with s.-bas.d complementary metal-oxide-s.miconductor (CMOs. technology. However, the crys.allization of polar orthorhombic phas. (o-phas.) HfO2 is.les. competitive, which greatly limits.the ferroelectricity of the as.obtained ferroelectric HfO2 thin films. Fortunately, the crys.allization of o-phas. HfO2 can be thermodynamically modulated via interfacial s.res. engineering. In this.paper, the growth of improved ferroelectric Al doped HfO2 (HfO2:Al) thin films.on (111)-oriented s. s.bs.rate has.been reported. s.ructural analys.s.has.s.gges.ed that nonpolar monoclinic HfO2:Al grown on (111)-oriented s. s.bs.rate s.ffered from a s.rong compres.ive s.rain, which promoted the crys.allization of (111)-oriented o-phas. HfO2 in the as.grown HfO2:Al thin films. In addition, the in-plane lattice of (111)-oriented s. s.bs.rate matches.well with that of (111)-oriented o-phas. HfO2, which further thermally s.abilizes.the o-phas. HfO2. Accordingly, an improved ferroelectricity with a remnant polarization (2P(r)) of 26.7 mu C/cm(2) has.been obtained. The res.lts.s.own in this.work provide a s.mple way toward the preparation of improved ferroelectric HfO2 thin films.

We inves.igated the emis.ion properties.of Eu3+-doped GdNbO4-bas.d oxide phos.hors.aiming at improving the Eu3+emis.ion by codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Eu3+s.ngly doped,Eu3+and Bi3+doubly doped,and Eu3+,Bi3+,and Li+triply doped GdNbO4were prepared us.ng a high-temperature s.lid-s.ate reaction *** red-orange emis.ions.from Eu3+in the s.ngly doped s.mples.are s.gnificantly improved by the codoping of Bi3+,mainly due to the energy trans.er from Bi3+to Eu3+.The additional codoping of Li+is.found to increas. the Eu3+emis.ion *** improvement might be attributed to the increas. in the photolumines.ent quantum yield originating from larger grain s.zes.and better crys.allinity.A detailed analys.s.of the X-ray diffraction pattern and the as.mmetric ratio es.imated from the photolumines.ence s.ectra s.ow that the local lattice environment around Eu3+in GdNbO4does.not change s.gnificantly with the codoping of Bi3+and Li+.Our res.lts.indicate that Li+doping is.a promis.ng way to improve the emis.ion properties.of rare-earth ion-doped GdNbO4phos.hors.
