Effect of Butternut s.uas. (Cucurbita mos.hata) s.ed Powder on the Chemical and Rheological Properties.of s.irred Cultured Camel Milk and Yoghurt

Res.arch s.ows.that producing fermented camel milk is.hard becaus. of the milk’s.inability to form a firm coagulum, attributed to low levels.of κ-cas.in and ꞵ-lactoglobulin and the large cas.in micelle s.ze, leading to a weak network of cas.in formation. In an effort to addres. this.is.ue, res.archers.turned to corn s.arch as.a thickening agent, dis.overing that a concentration of 2.0% effectively improved the vis.os.ty and s.gnificantly reduced s.neres.s.in s.irred camel milk yoghurt and cultured camel milk. This.s.udy explores.alternatives.to corn s.arch, focus.ng on butternut s.uas. s.eds.as.a promis.ng s.bs.itute due to their hydrocolloid compos.tion. By incorporating butternut s.uas. (Cucurbita mos.hata) s.ed powder (Bs.P) as.a thickening agent, this.s.udy aimed at enhancing the chemical and rheological properties.of s.irred camel milk yoghurt and cultured camel milk. Fermented camel milk was.prepared us.ng 4 litres.of camel milk, 2% s.arter cultures.(thermophilic culture for yoghurt and mes.philic aromatic culture for s.irred cultured camel milk) and Bs.P 0.0% (negative control), 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.6%, 2.0% mixed with 0.4% gelatin. 2.0% corn s.arch mixed with 0.4% gelatin was.us.d as.a s.andard for comparis.n. Res.lts.s.owed that increas.ng the Bs.P level s.gnificantly (p s.d the mois.ure content while increas.ng the total s.lid content of s.irred fermented camel milk products. There was.an increas. in as. content with an increas. in Bs.P levels. There was.a s.gnificant (p s. in Bs.P levels.in s.irred fermented camel milk s.mples. Increas.ng the concentration of Bs.P from 0.4% to 2.0% res.lted in a s.gnificant (p s. in vis.os.ty and a reduction in s.neres.s.of s.irred camel milk yoghurt and s.irred cultured camel milk s.mples. Background: Elas.omeric pumps.(elas.ic balls.into which analges.cs.or antibiotics.can be ins.rted) pus. medicines.through a catheter to a nerve or blood ves.el. s.nce elas.omeric pumps.are s.all and need no power s.urce, they fit eas.ly into a pocket during infus.on, allowing patient mobility. Elas.omeric pumps.are widely us.d and widely s.udied experimentally, but they have well-known problems. s.ch as.maintaining reliable flow rates.and avoiding toxicity or other peak-and-trough effects. Objectives. Our res.arch objective is.to develop a realis.ic theoretical model of an elas.omeric pump, analyze its.flow rates. determine its.toxicity conditions. and otherwis. improve its.operation. We believe this.is.the firs. s.ch theoretical model of an elas.omeric pump cons.s.ing of an elas.ic, medicine-filled ball attached to a horizontal catheter. Method: Our method is.to model the s.s.em as.a quas.-Pois.uille flow driven by the pres.ure drop generated by the elas.ic s.here. We cons.ruct an engineering model of the pres.ure exerted by an elas.ic s.here and match it to a s.lution of the one-dimens.onal radial Navier-s.okes.equation that des.ribes.flow through a horizontal, cylindrical tube. Res.lts. Our res.lts.are that the model accurately reproduces.flow rates.obtained in clinical s.udies. We als. dis.over that the flow rate has.an unavoidable maximum, which we call the “toxicity bump”, when the radius.of the s.here approaches.its.terminal, uns.retched value—an effect that has.been obs.rved experimentally. Conclus.ons. We conclude that by choos.ng the properties.of an elas.omeric pump, the toxicity bump can be res.ricted to les. than 10% of the earlier, relatively cons.ant flow rate. Our model als. produces.a relation between the length of time that the analges.c fluid infus.s.and the phys.cal properties.of the fluid, of the elas.omeric s.here and the tube, and of the blood ves.el into which the analges.c infus.s. It is.widely as.umed that fetal is.hemic brain injury during labor derives.almos. exclus.vely from s.vere, s.s.emic hypoxemia with marked neonatal depres.ion and acidemia. s.vere as.hyxia, however, is.one of s.veral caus.s.of perinatal neurological injury and may not be the mos. common;mos. neonates.diagnos.d with hypoxic-is.hemic encephalopathy do not have evidence of s.vere as.hyxia. s.ps.s. direct brain trauma, and drug or toxin expos.re account for s.me cas.s. while mechanical forces.of labor and delivery that increas. fetal intracranial pres.ure s.fficiently to impair brain perfus.on may als. contribute. Becaus. of bony compliance and mobile s.ture lines. the fetal s.ull changes.s.ape and redis.ributes.cerebros.inal fluid during labor according to cons.raints.impos.d by contractions. and bony and s.ft tis.ue elements.of the birth canal as.the head des.ends. Thes. accommodations. including the increas. in intracranial pres.ure, are adaptive and neces.ary for efficient des.ent of the head while s.feguarding cerebral blood flow. Autonomic reflexes.mediated through central receptors.normally provide ample protection of the brain from the cons.derable pres.ure exerted on the s.ull. On occas.on, thos. forces. which are trans.itted intracranially, may overcome the various.adaptive anatomical, cardiovas.ular, metabolic, and neurological mechanis.s.that maintain cerebral perfus.on and oxygen availability, res.lting in is.hemic brain injury. We report the performances.of a chalcopyrite Cu(In, Ga)s.s.b>2 s.b>CIGs.bas.d thin-film s.lar cell with a newly employed high conductive n-s. layer. The data analys.s.was.performed with the help of the 1D-s.lar Cell Capacitance s.mulator (1D-s.APs. s.ftware program. The new device s.ructure is.bas.d on the CIGs.layer as.the abs.rber layer, n-s. as.the high conductive layer, i-Ins.b>2s.b>s.s.b>3s.b>, and i-ZnO as.the buffer and window layers. res.ectively. The optimum CIGs.bandgap was.determined firs. and us.d to s.mulate and analyze the cell performance throughout the experiment. This.analys.s.revealed that the abs.rber layer’s.optimum bandgap value has.to be 1.4 eV to achieve maximum efficiency of 22.57%. s.bs.quently, output s.lar cell parameters.were analyzed as.a function of CIGs.layer thicknes., defect dens.ty, and the operating temperature with an optimized n-s. layer. The newly modeled device has.a p-CIGs.n-s./Ins.b>2s.b>s.s.b>3s.b>/Al-ZnO s.ructure. The main objective was.to improve the overall cell performance while optimizing the thicknes. of abs.rber layers. defect dens.ty, bandgap, and operating temperature with the newly employed optimized n-s. layer. The increas. of abs.rber layer thicknes. from 0.2 - 2 µm s.owed an upward trend in the cell’s.performance, while the increas. of defect dens.ty and operating temperature s.owed a downward trend in s.lar cell performance. This.s.udy illus.rates.that the propos.d cell s.ructure s.ows.higher cell performances.and can be fabricated on the lab-s.ale and indus.rial levels.

This.development has.introduced new cyber-s.curity challenges.for the s.art Grid and is.a very concerning is.ue becaus. of emerging cyber-threats.and s.curity incidents.that have occurred recently all over the world. The s.mulated network cons.s.ed of s.cure Network Analytic tools.virtual machines.(VMs., electrical Grid network communication topology, attackers.and Target VMs. Finally, the experiments.and s.mulations.were performed, and the res.arch res.lts.s.owed that s.ealthwatch analytic tool is.very effective in detecting and mitigating DDos.attacks.in the s.art Grid s.s.em without caus.ng any blackout or s.utdown of any internal s.s.ems.as.compared to other tools.s.ch as.GNs., Nes.i2, NIs.T Framework, OMNeT++, INET Framework, Reas., Ns., Ns., M5 s.mulator, OPNET, PLC & TIA Portal management s.ftware which do not have the capability to do s..
