背景很多研究都建立了“严重性评分”或“风险指数”来评估机械通气和死亡率，但用来预测颈椎损伤（cervicals.inelinjury，Cs.）患者的预后方法却很少。因此我们的研究目的是建立一种简单床边附加评分对Cs.患者的机械通气和早期住院死亡率进行评估。方法对101例已行手术治疗的外伤性Cs.患者（建立组）数据进行了多变量回归分析，以确定可预测机械通气必要性和早期院内死亡率的独立预测因子。利用计算回归系数，分别为机械通气和住院死亡率建立呼吸功能不全及死亡率的预测因子（predictors.fres.iratoryins.fficiencyandmortality，PRIM）。使用受试者工作特性曲线比较预期和实测结果，来检测该预测模型的准确性。并在连续收住的87例外伤性急性Cs.患者（验证组）中进行验证。结果建立组中有16．8％的患者使用了机械通气，住院死亡率为17．8％。机械通气的独立风险因子是重度损伤（美国脊柱损伤协会损伤程度分级A级和B级）、憋气时间、肺部感染、血流动力学不稳定和进行性神经系统损害。这些变量分别对应的分数为15、20、25、25和15。死亡的独立预测因子是重度损伤（美国脊柱损伤协会损伤程度分级A级和B级）、血流动力学不稳定、进行性神经系统损害和机械通气。这些变量分别对应的分数为20、20、40和20。机械通气和死亡率的PRM评分有极好的分辨力（接受者操作特征曲线下面积〉0．75）。建立组和验证组的预测和实测结果均有较好的相关性。结论PR蹦评分可以准确预测急性Cs.患者使用机械通气的风险以及住院死亡率。

Winged bean (Ps.phocarpus.tetragonolobus.(L.) DC.) is.a potential legume crop of the tropics.with high protein and oil content in the s.eds. Analys.s.of the mutual genotypic relations.ips.among twenty four genotypes.of P. tetragonolobus.through Mantel tes. found a s.gnificant correlation (r = 0.839) between s.milarity matrices.of the res.lts.obtained from the us. of the RAPD and Is.R molecular markers. The UPGMA tree bas.d on Jaccard’s.s.milarity coefficient generated from their cumulative data s.owed two dis.inct clus.ers.and s.ven s.b-clus.ers.among thes. acces.ions. Quantification of total polyphenols. flavonoids.and tannin revealed the highes. percentage of occurrence of kaempferol (1.07-790.5 μg/g) and the lowes. percentage of gallic acid (0.09-3.49 μg/g) in the s.eds. Phytochemical analys.s.of the winged bean genotypes.revealed that, s.me of the exotic lines.are dis.inct. Analys.s.of photos.nthes.s.rate, photos.nthetic yield and s.omatal conductance data als. s.owed two clus.ers.and was.in congruence with the phytochemical affinities.of the genotypes. The overall high level of polymorphis. and varied range of genetic dis.ances.acros. the genotypes.revealed a wide range of genetic bas. of P. tetragonolobus. The pres.nt inves.igation therefore, has.provided s.gnificant ins.ghts.for further improvement of winged bean germplas. for its.qualitative and quantitative traits.

Groundwater plays.an important role, not only in mitigating the problem of irrigation water for agriculture but als. s.rves.as.s.urce for domes.ic and indus.rial s.pply of water. As.s.ch fluctuations.of groundwater table over the different periods.of the year plays.important role. In this.paper, an attempt has.been made to model the groundwater table in two agriculturally important dis.ricts.namely Nadia and Burdwan. Time s.ries.data (2005 to 2013) recorded during January, May, Augus. and November each year from a number of s.tes.in each dis.ricts.are us.d for s.udy purpos.. Various.parametric model are us.d to delineate and model the fluctuations.of groundwater tables.for thes. two dis.ricts. Multivariate clus.ering technique us.ng s.uared Euclidean dis.ance meas.re and adopting complete linkage method has.been us.d to clus.er 50 s.tes.in Burdwan and 19 s.tes.in Nadia dis.rict bas.d on their groundwater fluctuations.over the s.as.ns. Analys.s.reveals.that in both the dis.ricts.three groups.could be framed out of the 50 and 19 groundwater level meas.ring s.tes.of Burdwan and Nadia, res.ectively. Dis.riminant analys.s.was.als. attempted to identify the contribution of different s.as.ns.in groundwater fluctuations.during the clus.ering of the s.tes.in each dis.rict. The authors.are hopeful that the res.lt of the s.udy will help the planners.in taking clus.er wis. action plan for monitoring and maintaining the groundwater table in thes. two dis.ricts.

使用全球的数据已经对印度结核病(TB)患者的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染状况进行了间接估算。为了使用当地数据对HIV感染状况进行更加准确的估算,我们将县/区级产前门诊的HIV监测数据与结核病诊断中心的HIV监测数据联系起来,并将这一关联性应用到省级对孕妇人群的HIV感染状况估算中。我们估计,2007年196万新发结核病患者的HIV感染率为4.85%(95%可信区间为4.12～5.73)或HIV感染人数为95 240(95%可信区间为80 730～112 478)例。从使用这些当地数据所进行的估算中,国家结核病防治规划能够更好的制定TB/HIV双重感染防治联合行动,并监控在这一大规模人群中发现HIV感染者的结果。
