Therefore, this.s.udy aims.to propos. a hybrid deep learningmodel to clas.ify and predict mobile app s.ftware is.ues.encountered by millions.of pilgrims.during the Hajj andUmrah periods.from the us.r pers.ective. Firs.ly, a datas.t was.cons.ructed us.ng us.r-generated comments.fromrelevant mobile apps.us.ng natural language proces.ing methods. including information extraction, the annotationproces., and pre-proces.ing s.eps. cons.dering a multi-clas. clas.ification problem. Then, s.veral experiments.ere conducted us.ng common machine learning clas.ifiers. Artificial Neural Networks.(ANN), Long s.ort-TermMemory (Ls.M), and Convolutional Neural Network Long s.ort-Term Memory (CNN-Ls.M) architectures. toexamine the performance of the propos.d model. Res.lts.s.ow 96% in F1-s.ore and accuracy, and the propos.dmodel outperformed the mentioned models.

Introduction: HIV, the human immunodeficiency virus. is.the etiological agent of acquired immunodeficiency s.ndrome (AIDs.. The aim of this.s.udy was.to as.es. the evolution of the viral load in patients.under treatment. Methodology: This.was.a s.udy carried out from July 2017 to June 2022 at the Point G Univers.ty Hos.ital laboratory. The determination of the viral load of patients.was.carried out by PCR on the ABOTT M2000s./rt platform. Res.lts. A total of 129 patients.infected with HIV-1, aged 19 to 72 years.with a mean age of 40.05 years.± 10.71;all on antiretroviral chemotherapy. The female gender predominated among our patients. The mos. common treatment regimen was.2INTI + 1INNTI with 72.9% followed by 2INTI + 1INI with 13.2%. As.for the combinations.of molecules. the combination TDF + 3TC + EFV and TDF + 3TC + DTG predominated, res.ectively 65.1% and 13.2%. 89.9% of our patients.had undetectable viremia after 12 months.of treatment (p s.ml ± 1616908.484 to M0 at 5742.36 copies./ml ± 35756.883 at M12 (p Conclus.on: Generally s.eaking, antiretroviral treatment had contributed to controlling viral loads. however the therapeutic combination TDF + 3TC + DTG had made it pos.ible to obtain more patients.with undetectable viremia ins.ead.
