In this paper, control design is investigated for hard disk drives in mobile applications with unknown external arbitrarily fast time-varying disturbances. The disturbances can be estimated with exponential accuracy using the proposed disturbance observer based on a series of integral filters. The position error signal will converge to zero with the proposed control technique for systems subjected to the unknown disturbances. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by extensive simulation studies.

Background:Components of self,completed with the perceived social support determine the individual differences in theevaluation of a stressor and the behavioral responses toward it,such as health-related *** study set as a goal theanalysis of associations between the components of self,such as self-evaluation,sense of coherence,perceived social support,and reported health-related anxiety in an adult ***:147 adults from the 18–73 age group(mean age 37.5)voluntarily completed the questionnaire through Qualtrics online platform containing the short Health Anxiety Inventory,Core self-Evaluation scale,social support Assessing scale,and one Health self-Evaluation ***:ANOVA foundrelevant differences in total scores and subscales’scores of the health anxiety scale depending on the positive *** regression shows that the analyzed variables were responsible for the prediction of a higher value on the“Perceivedprobability of becoming ill”subscale in a proportion of 45.6%and for the“Perceived consequence of illness”subscale in aproportion of 20.2%The predictive value of the linear regression model for the total score on the health anxiety scale was46.3%.Our findings show that negative Core self-Evaluation is linked with perceived health ***:selfevaluation,sense of coherence and perceived social support influence the perceived health and can explain the differences inthe reported health-related anxiety.

Total 40 natural compounds were selected to perform the molecular docking studies to screen and identify the potent antiviral agents specifically for severe Acute Respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 that causes coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).The key targets of COVID-19,protease(PDB ID:7BQY)and RNA polymerase(PDB ID:7bV2)were used to dock our target compounds by molecular Operating Environment(mOE)version *** used 3 different conformations of protease target(6m0K,6Y2F and 7BQY)and two different score functions to strengthen the probability of inhibitors *** an extensive screening analysis,20 compounds exhibit good binding affinities to one or both COVID-19 targets.7 out of 20 compounds were predicted to overcome the activity of both *** top 7 hits are,flacourticin(3),sagerinic acid(16),hordatine A(23),hordatine B(24),N-feruloyl tyramine dimer(25),bisavenanthramides B-5(29)and vulnibactins(40).According to our results,all these top hits was found to have a better binding scores than remdesivir,the native ligand in RNA polymerase target(PDB ID:7bV2).Hordatines are phenolic compounds present in barley,were found to exhibit the highest binding affinity to both protease and polymerase through forming strong hydrogen bonds with the catalytic residues,as well as significant interactions with other receptor-binding *** results probably provided an excellent lead candidate for the development of therapeutic drugs against ***,animal experiment and accurate clinical trials are needed to confirm the preventive potentials of these compounds.

Revision of bilateral self-expandable metallic stents placed using the stent-in-stent technique for malignant hilar biliary obstruction

Background: Endoscopic biliary decompression using bilateral self-expandable metallic stent(sEms) placed using the stent-in-stent(sIs) technique is considered favorable for unresectable malignant hilar biliary obstruction(mHBO). However, occlusion of the bilateral sIs placement is frequent and revision can be challenging. This study was performed to investigate the efficacy, the long-term patency and the appropriate approach for revision of occluded bilateral sIs placement in unresectable mHBO. methods: From January 2011 to July 2016, thirty-eight patients with unresectable mHBO underwent revision of occluded bilateral sIs placement. Clinical data including success rates and patency of revision, were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The technical success rate of revision was 76.3%. The clinical success rate of revision was 51.7% and mean patency of revision was 49.1 days. No significant predictive factor for clinical failure of revision was observed. The cell size of sEms was not found to have significant effects on clinical success rates or revision patency. Conclusions: Revision of occluded bilateral sIs placement for mHBO showed fair patency and clinical success rate. Revision method and cell size of sEms were not found to influence clinical outcomes.

BACKGROUND Delusional parasitosis is characterized by a false belief of being infested with parasites,insects,or *** illness is observed in patients with Parkinson’s disease and is usually related to dopaminergic *** our knowledge,no cases of delusional parasitosis have been reported as a premotor symptom or nonmotor symptom of Parkinson’s *** sUmmARY A 75-year-old woman presented with a complaint of itching that she ascribed to the presence of insects in her skin,and she had erythematous plaques on her trunk,arms,buttocks,and *** symptoms started two months before the visit to the *** took medication,including antipsychotics,with a diagnosis of delusional parasitosis,and the delusion improved after three months.A year later,antipsychotics were discontinued,and anxiety and depression were controlled with ***,she complained of bradykinesia,masked face,hand tremor,and mild rigidity,and we performed fluorinated N-3-fluoropropyl-2β-carbomethoxy-3β-(4-iodophenyl)nortropane positron emission tomography(PET),which showed mildly decreased DAT binding in the right anterior putamen and caudate ***’s disease was diagnosed on the basis of PET and clinical *** In conclusion,delusional parasitosis can be considered a non-motor sign of Parkinson’s disease along with depression,anxiety,and constipation.

space plasmas often possess non-maxwellian distribution functions which have a significant effect on the plasma waves. When a laser or electron beam passes through a dense plasma, hot low density electron populations can be generated to alter the wave damping/growth rate. In this paper, we present theoretical analysis of the nonlinear Landau damping for Langmuir waves in a plasma where two electron populations are found. The results show a marked difference between the maxwellian and non-maxwellian instantaneous damping rates when we employ a non-maxwellian distribution function called the generalized （r, q） distribution function, which is the generalized form of the kappa and maxwellian distribution functions. In the limiting case of r = 0 and q→∞, it reduces to the classical maxwellian distribution function, and when r = 0 and q→k ＋1, it reduces to the kappa distribution function.

The corrosion behavior of mg,AZ31 and AZ91 has been evaluated in 3.5%NaCl solution using weight loss,electrochemical polarization and impedance *** rate derived from the weight losses demonstrated the occurrence of steeply fast corrosion reaction on AZ91 alloy after three hours of immersion,indicating the start of galvanic *** increase of corrosion rate with immersion time was also observed for AZ31 but with lesser extent than AZ91 *** mg metals showed a decrease of corrosion rate with immersion time,suggesting the formation of a protective layer on their *** contrast,the corrosion current density(I_(corr))derived from the Tafel plots,exhibited their corrosion resistances in order of mg>AZ91>*** charge transfer resistance(R_(ct))and double layer capacitance measured by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIs),are well in accordance with the measured I_(corr).EIs measurements with time and microstructural examination of the corroded and uncorroded samples are helpful in elucidation of results measured by electrochemical polarization.
