The advent of pandemics such as COVID-19 significantly impacts human behaviour and lives every ***,it is essential to make medical services connected to internet,available in every remote location during these ***,the security issues in the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)used in these service,make the situation even more critical because cyberattacks on the medical devices might cause treatment delays or clinical ***,services in the healthcare ecosystem need rapid,uninterrupted,and secure *** solution provided in this research addresses security concerns and services availability for patients with critical health in remote *** research aims to develop an intelligent software Defined Networks(sDNs)enabled secure framework for IoT healthcare *** propose a hybrid of machine learning and deep learning techniques(DNN+sVM)to identify network intrusions in the sensor-based healthcare *** addition,this system can efficiently monitor connected devices and suspicious ***,we evaluate the performance of our proposed framework using various performance metrics based on the healthcare application *** experimental results show that the proposed approach effectively detects and mitigates attacks in the sDN-enabled IoT networks and performs better that other state-of-art-approaches.

The evolutionary algorithm, a subset of computational intelligence techniques, is a generic population-based stochastic optimization algorithm which uses a mechanism motivated by biological concepts. Bio-inspired computing can implement successful optimization methods and adaptation approaches, which are inspired by the natural evolution and collective behavior observed in species, respectively. Although all the meta-heuristic algorithms have different inspirational sources, their objective is to find the optimum(minimum or maximum), which is problem-specific. We propose and evaluate a novel synergistic fibroblast optimization(sFO) algorithm, which exhibits the behavior of a fibroblast cellular organism in the dermal wound-healing process. Various characteristics of benchmark suites are applied to validate the robustness, reliability, generalization, and comprehensibility of sFO in diverse and complex situations. The encouraging results suggest that the collaborative and self-adaptive behaviors of fibroblasts have intellectually found the optimum solution with several different features that can improve the effectiveness of optimization strategies for solving non-linear complicated problems.

The Morinda tinctoria (MT) plant leaves extract was prepared in aqueous and hydrochloric acid media and was used as corrosion inhibitor for mild steel in hydrochloric acid medium. MT is found to be an efficient inhibitor at room temperature and the efficiency decreases with increase in temperature. Results from colorimetric studies predict the amount of iron present in the test solution and the percentage inhibition efficiency values calculated from this data fit well with the weight loss experiments. The AC impedance studies reveal that the mild steel surface is positively charged and the process of inhibition is through charge transfer. Polarisation studies indicate the mixed nature of the inhibitor. Thermodynamic parameters obtained predict that the process of inhibition is a spontaneous one.

The effect of Morinda tinctoria(MT) leaves extract on the corrosion inhibition of Al in acid medium was studied. The inhibition studies were carried out on Al in 0.5 mol/L HCl with the extract of leaves of MT using mass loss and electrochemical techniques. Parameters, such as concentration of the inhibitor, concentration of the acid, temperature and concentration of halide ions, were varied and optimized. Increase of the temperature and concentration of acid can decrease the performance of the inhibitor. Thermodynamic parameters show that the physisorption of the inhibitor molecules on Al surface obeys Langmuir isotherm.

AIM: Considering the importance of diet in the prevention of cellular damage caused by reactive oxygen species which has been implicated for several diseases, this present study was undertaken to evaluvate the in vitro and in vivo antioxidant potential of the ethanolic extract of the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum on 7, 12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene(DMBA)-induced mammary carcinogenesis in sprague Dawley rats. METHODs: Ganoderma lucidum extract was tested for in vitro antioxidant and radical scavenging assays, such as(ABTs +) radical cation decolorization assay, DPPH radical scavenging, hydroxyl radical, and superoxide radical scavenging assays. The in vivo antioxidant potentials were analyzed by sOD, CAT, and GPx in plasma, mammary, and liver tissues. REsULTs: In all the in vitro antioxidant and radical scavenging assays the extract exhibited good scavenging activity. In vivo enzymatic antioxidant levels, such as sOD, CAT, and GPx were decreased in DMBA-induced animals. Moreover, pretreatment with G. lucidum(500 mg·kg–1bw) to DMBA-induced animals significantly(P sed the levels of sOD, CAT, and GPx in plasma, mammary, and liver tissues compared to DMBA induced animals. CONCLUsIONs: From these findings, it is suggested that G. lucidum extract could be considered as a potential source of natural antioxidants and can be used as an effective chemopreventive agent against mammary cancer.

AIM: To investigate the role of endothelial nitric oxide synthase-786 T > C promoter polymorphism in the etiology of gastric cancer(GC). METHODs: A total of 150 GC patients and 150 control subjects were included in the study. The information on demographic features was elicited with an informed consent from all the patients and control subjects using a structured questionnaire. Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infectivity status was tested in antral biopsies from all the subjects by rapid urease test following the method of Vaira et al. Genomic DNA was isolated from whole blood samples following the salting out method of Lahiri et al. Genotype analysis of the rs2070744 polymorphism was carried out by allele-specific polymerase chain reaction method. The genotypes were determined based on the appearance of bands on an agarose gel stained with ethidium bromide under ultraviolet gel documentation with the help of 100 bp ladder. Odds ratios and corresponding 95%CIs were determined using java stat online software. REsULTs: There was a significant difference in the distribution of C allele(C vs T; P = 0.000, OR = 5.038) in patient group compared to the control subjects exhibiting a fivefold increased risk for GC. When the T/T and C/C genotypes were compared, there was an enhanced GC risk for individuals with C/C genotype(T/T vs C/C; P = 0.000). Among the demographic factors, smoking and alcoholism were the common risk factors in patients compared to the control subjects(P s with smoking and alcoholism developed cancer even in heterozygous T/C condition(smoking: P = 0.020 and alcoholism: P = 0.005). Individuals with H. pylori infection showed seven fold increased risk for cancer. All the patients with C/C genotype revealed a significant association between H. pylori infection and GC. Among the patients 2.4% of them revealed familial incidence of GC. No significant difference was noticed between cases and controls with regard to consanguinity(P = 0.473).CONCLU

LTE (Long Term Evolution) is the latest technology in wireless communication. It is being used because of its peak data rate and spectral efficiency. LTE uses OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) technology for radio transmission and reception in downlink. OFDM is a multicarrier modulation and multiplexing technique to improve data rate, spectral efficiency and minimize the problem of fading and IsI (Inter symbol Interference). Many transceivers design have been designed for OFDM system to minimize error and maximize throughput of the information being transmitted and received at the system. The purpose of this article is to present a survey of the published literature which deals with various OFDM transceiver design, focusing on the merits and demerits of the corresponding OFDM transceiver design.
