Implementing a signal-switching mechanism for the selective use of integrated sensors and actuators plays a crucial role in streamlining the functionality of miniaturized ***,a liquid metal droplet(LMD)-based signal-switching mechanism is introduced to achieve such *** modulation with a 100-μm spatial resolution enabled precise control of the position of the LMDs within a *** integrating the channel with asymmetrically structured electrodes,the effect of the shuttle-like movement of LMD on the temporal changes in the overall capacitance was ***,analysis of the capacitive peaks revealed the directional movement of the LMDs,enabling estimation of the position of the LMDs without direct *** addition,we achieved successful signal extraction from the capacitive sensor that was linked to the activated electrodes,thereby enabling selective data *** proposed signal-switching mechanism method achieved a detection accuracy of~0.1 *** sensor’s ability to simultaneously detect the LMD position and generate a signal underscores its significant potential for multiplexing in multisensing systems,particularly in concealed environments,such as in vivo settings.

Hydrophobic Val derivative Schiff base copper(II) complexes and dipeptide (AlaAla, GlyGly) derivative Schiff base copper(II) complexes were introduced into egg white lysozyme. X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed amino acid derivative Schiff base copper(II) complexes were obtained. Herein we discuss primarily on the binding mode of copper(II) of the complexes obtained with egg white lysozyme. The electron density of copper(II) ions was confirmed by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The Val derivative Schiff base copper(II) complex was weakly bound at Arg114 of egg white lysozyme. In other copper(II) complexes, binding of copper(II) ions with dissociated ligands to various residues was observed. The binding sites of copper(II) ions were compared with computational scientific predictions.

In this paper,we study Tingley＇s problem on symmetric absolute normalized norms on R^*** construct new methods for Tingley＇s problem on two-dimensional spaces by using isosceles orthogonality,which does not make use of the notion of natural ***,using our methods,several sufficient conditions for Tingley＇s problem on symmetric absolute normalized norms on R2 are *** applications,we present various new examples including the two-dimensional Lorentz sequence space d^（2）（ω,q） and its dual d^（2）（ω,q）＊by simple arguments.

In this paper, the performances and the acoustic noise of the traditional type micro multi-blade fan were investi- gated experimentally and numerically, to optimize the specifications of the fan for the resident circumstances. The acoustic noise level decreases but the efficiency deteriorates slightly with the increase of the blade number of the impeller. Besides, the acoustic noise decreases with the increase of the distance between the impeller outlet and the volute tongue, in accompanying with the increase of the input and the deterioration of the fan efficiency.

Let f : S(E) → S(B) be a surjective isometry between the unit spheres of two weakly compact JB*-triples not containing direct summands of rank less than or equal to 3. Suppose E has rank greater than or equal to 5. Applying techniques developed in JB*-triple theory, we prove that f admits an extension to a surjective real linear isometry T : E → B. Among the consequences, we show that every surjective isometry between the unit spheres of two compact C*-algebras A and B, without assuming any restriction on the rank of their direct summands(and in particular when A = K(H) and B = K(H′)), extends to a surjective real linear isometry from A into B. These results provide new examples of infinite-dimensional Banach spaces where Tingley's problem admits a positive answer.

In this paper, we consider the following problem about the James constant： When does the equality J（X＊） = J（X） hold for a Banach space X ？ It is known that the James constant of a Banach space does not coincide with that of its dual space in general. In fact, we already have counterexamples of two-dimensional normed spaces that are equipped with either symmetric or absolute norms. However,we show that if the norm on a two-dimensional space X is both symmetric and absolute, then the equality J（X＊） = J（X） holds. This provides a global answer to the problem in the two-dimensional case.

Throughout the animal kingdom, Wnt-triggered signal transduction pathways play fundamental roles in embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Wnt proteins are modified as glycolipoproteins and are secreted into the extracellular environment as morphogens. Recent studies on the intraceHular trafficking of Wnt proteins demonstrate multiple layers of regulation along its secretory pathway. These findings have propelled a great deal of interest among researchers to further investigate the molecular mechanisms that control the release of Wnts and hence the level of Wnt signaling. This review is dedicated to Wntless, a putative G-protein coupled receptor that transports Wnts intracellularly for secretion. Here, we highlight the conclusions drawn from the most recent cellular, molecular and genetic studies that affirm the role of Wntless in the secretion of Wnt proteins.
