In this paper theoretical studies were performed on artemisinin (qinghaosu) derivatives with semiempirical quantum chemical methods AM1 and PM3. The antimalarial activity -logC has an obvious correlation with the net charge of C(16) and bond orders of bonds o(1)-C(10), o(2)-C(6), o(1)-o(2) and o(5)-C(16). According to the calculation results, we derived structure-activity relationship, presented the probable pharmacophore of qinghaosu derivatives and the interaction fashion between the drugs and the plasmodium receptor.

Cyclic voltammetry method waws used to determine the cyclic voltammogram of artemisininderivatives and reduction potentials(RPs)of these compounds were obtained. Combining the determinationresults of Zhang and co-workers,QSAR analysis was performed between the activity and reductionpotentials(RPs),which illustrated the antimalarial mechanism of artemisinin analogs, The experimentalresult verified and tested our previous theoretical calculation results.

Molecular mechanical and quantum chemical methods were used to calculate the conformational and electronic structures of the template molecules of (nitro substituted an ill no)-4 - sub st nut ed -2, 6 -piperazinediones, With the calculation results we explained the acylation reactivity of title compounds satisfactorily.

The solution-treated Mg-4y-4Sm-0.5Zr alloy was extruded at temperatures from 325℃ to 500℃.Dynamic recrystallization(DRX) completely occurs when the alloy is extruded at 350℃and *** grains of the extruded alloy are obviously refined by the occurrence of *** average grain size of the extruded alloy increases with increasing the extrusion temperature,leading to a slight decrease of the ultimate tensile strength(UTS) and the yield strength(yS) .on the contrary,the UTS and yS of the extruded and aged alloy increase with increasing the extrusion *** of UTS of 400 MPa,yS larger than 300 MPa and elongation(EL) of 7%are achieved after extrusion at 400℃ and ageing at 200℃ for 16 *** grain refinement and precipitation are efficient strengthening mechanisms for the Mg-4y-4Sm-0.5Zr alloy.

We analysed histologically two Acanthamoeba keratitis(AK) eyes with anterior and posterior segment inflammation and blindness. Two enucleated eyes of 2 patients(age 45 and 51y) with AK(PCR of epithelial abrasion positive) were analysed. Histological analysis was performed using hematoxylin-eosin, periodic acid-Schiff and G?m?rimethenamine silver staining. We could not observe Acanthamoeba trophozoites or cysts neither in the cornea nor in other ocular tissues. Meanwhile, we found uveitis, retinal vasculitis and scleritis in these eyes, due to the long-standing, recalcitrant AK. So in this stage of AK, systemic immune suppression may be necessary for a longer time period.

Priorities and needs for research on urban interventions targeting vector-borne diseases: rapid review of scoping and systematic reviews

oBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to describe the benefits of the systematic management of twin ***: A prospective cohort study of perinatal complications of twin pregnancy at International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital(IPMCHH) in Shanghai, China, from 2013 to 2017. Since the mid of 2014, the specialist clinic for twin pregnancies was established and all twin pregnancies were enrolled in IPMCHH. The guidance included diet, physical activity, weight control, sleep, mentality and standardized medical support. Especialy,GDM-like diet and exercise management is the point for systematic management of *** research objects were the twin pregnancies delivered in 2015-2017. The twin pregnancies delivered in 2013-2014 were belonged to control group. Eligibility criteria included twin pregnancies delivered after 26 gestational weeks. Women with major fetal anomalies or stillbirth before labor were ***: In total, 1994 women who were twin pregnancies were recruited. 710 women in 2013-2014, and 1284 women in 2015-2017. It showed dramatic decline of prenatal weight gain in the group of Pre pregnancy BMI ≤ 29 Kg/m2(Pyperthyroidism(Pobesity & overweight complicated with premature(Postpartum hemorrhage(Py low birth weight(ELBW) infants were significantly decreased in 2015-2017(Pobserved no significant difference between two groups in the incidence of gestational hypertension(18.9% vs 18.7%), hypothyroidism(2.7% vs 4.0%), and gestational diabetes mellitus(20.1% vs 19.4%).CoNCLUSIoN: These findings highlighted the importance of systematic management,especialy, GDM-like diet and exercise management for twin pregnancy. Systematic management was helpful in reducing the perinatal complications of twin pregnancy. Regular physical activity during pregnancy did not increase the rate of premature of twins.
