了解单个石油包裹体详细的组分信息不仅有助于微观上定量认识油气充注过程中其成熟度的演化,还对精细刻画油气成藏过程中动力演化具有重要意义.根据石油包裹体热动力学原理,利用10个成熟度依次增大的已知组分的原油在匹配其饱和压力和改进气、液相摩尔体积计算前提下,建立了捕获不同组分原油的包裹体均一温度(Thoil)与其在室温下(20℃)气泡充填度(Fv)关系的标准图版,从而通过对比实测的Thoil和其室温下Fv与标准Thoil-Fv图版,反推出油包裹体近似等效流体组分.对东营凹陷北带民丰深层油包裹体进行系统荧光分析、显微测温和包裹体体积3D重构等一系列的测定.结果表明丰8井和丰深1井各发生过两幕油气充注,其中丰8井第一幕油气充注(甲烷摩尔含量位于31%～35%之间)对其油气成藏贡献最大;而丰深1井第二幕充注的油气(甲烷摩尔含量大于60%)控制丰深1井凝析油藏成藏.从而为进一步厘定北带深层油气充注PVTxt史奠定基础.

汉语普通话中双焦点的产出及其感知

以往的研究发现双焦点句中第一个焦点后往往缺少音高压缩。这一现象是否与两个焦点间的音节数有关?实验控制了焦点词的位置和句子长度两个因素,发现双焦点句中两个焦点既相互独立又相互依存.独立性表现为每个焦点有各自的实现范围,其音高升高和时长延长都和所对应的单焦点的条件接近;依存性表现为两个焦点可以在同一个语调短语内共存。第一个焦点后因为有了韵律短语边界而缺少音高压缩,而与两个焦点间的音节数没有直接关系。感知实验的结果显示:双焦点的辨认正确率显著低于句首单焦点。这主要因为同时判别两个焦点的难度比较高。如果只要求听音人关注第一个焦点,其辨认率明显提高,且与句首单焦点的判断正确率无显著差异。可见,在双焦点句中,句首和句末焦点的判断有不对称性。音高和时长的增加可以保证句首焦点的正确感知,但不能保证句末焦点的正确感知。总体来说,两个焦点中句首焦点在感知上有更高的突显度。

Yunnan and Guizhou are two provinces in Southwest China where in recent years drought disasters have occurred due to natural and human factors. This paper reviewed literature and summarized the related achievements of water resources utilization and protection in Yunnan and Guizhou provinces. rivers, and karst ground water in the two provinces, and also This included characters and utilization of precipitation, the various explanations of drought （climate and human factors） and strategies for coping with droughts. Our concluding remarks highlight three lines of future studies： inequalities and equitable use of water distribution, better evaluation systems, and raising awareness through conservation practices.

We analysed histologically two Acanthamoeba keratitis(AK) eyes with anterior and posterior segment inflammation and blindness. Two enucleated eyes of 2 patients(age 45 and 51y) with AK(PCR of epithelial abrasion positive) were analysed. Histological analysis was performed using hematoxylin-eosin, periodic acid-Schiff and G?m?rimethenamine silver staining. We could not observe Acanthamoeba trophozoites or cysts neither in the cornea nor in other ocular tissues. Meanwhile, we found uveitis, retinal vasculitis and scleritis in these eyes, due to the long-standing, recalcitrant AK. So in this stage of AK, systemic immune suppression may be necessary.for a longer time period.

The Yellow-legged hornet, Vespa velutina , was accidentally introduced in France in 2004, and then spread rapidly through the French territory.but also to adjacent European countries (Spain, Portugal, and Belgium). During summer and autumn, V. velutina workers hunt domestic honeybees, Apis mellifera, for feeding their larvae. The impact of this alien species is mainly economic, beekeepers experiencing heavy colony losses, but also ecological, V. velutina hunting other pollinators. In their year-round life cycle, nest initiation by single queen during spring is the critical stage. In invaded areas, spring queen trapping using food baits has been promoted by apicultural unions in order to limit V. velutina population expansion. The goals of this work were 1) to evaluate the yield of this method, 2) to identify appropriate sites for trapping, 3) to identify potential optimal climatic windows of capture, and 4) to quantify the impact on local entomofauna. Our results showed that water proximity enhances trapping but not beehives proximity, and that trapping is inefficient if average week temperatures are below 10°C. Although the trapping effect on biodiversity should be studied more carefully, spring queen trapping is highly questionable unless specific attractants could be proposed.

In eukary.tes, the RNase-Ⅲ Dicer often produces length/sequence microRNA （miRNA） variants, called ＂isomiRs＂, owing to intrinsic structural/sequence determinants of the miRNA precursors （pre-miRNAs）. In this study, we combined biophysics, genetics and biochemistry.approaches to study Arabidopsis miR168, the key feedback regulator of central plant silencing effector protein ARGONAUTE1 （AGO1）. We identified a motif conserved among plant premiR168 orthologs, which enables flexible internal basepairing underlying at least three metastable structural configurations. These configurations promote alternative, accurate Dicer cleavage events generating length and structural isomiR168 variants with distinctive AGO sorting properties and modes of action. Among these isomiR168s, a duplex with a 22-nt guide strand exhibits strikingly preferential affinity for AGO10, the closest AGO1 paralog. The 22-nt miR168-AGO10 complex antagonizes AGO1 accumulation in part via ＂transitive RNAi＂, a silencing-amplification process, to maintain appropriate AGO1 cellular homeostasis. Furthermore, we found that the tombusviral P19 silencing-suppressor protein displays markedly weaker affinity for the 22-nt form among its isomiR168 cargoes, thereby promoting AGO10-directed suppression of AGOl-mediated antiviral silencing. Taken together, these findings indicate that structural flexibility, a previously overlooked property of premiRNAs, considerably increases the versatility and regulatory.potential of individual MIRNA genes, and that some pathogens might have evolved the capacity or mechanisms to usurp this property.
