Mountains exhibit a high degree of endemism and diversity,however,quantifying their biodiversity can be *** to islands,species isolation in mountainous regions results in comparable patterns of evolution and extinction,rendering their biodiversity unique and highly susceptible to anthropogenic *** topographic relief in mountains plays a crucial role in creating habitat complexity,which in turn contribute to high plant ***,we investigated plant diversity in the volcano mountaintop vegetation on the Poços de Caldas Plateau,a region situated in the ecotone between the Atlantic Forest and Cerrado,characterized by natural radiation and significant anthropogenic *** employed an automated approach through the filtering of georeferenced and non-georeferenced data to obtain a list of plant species in the ***,we statistically investigated the similarity among different high-altitude vegetations belonging to the campos de altitude from the Atlantic Forest and campos rupestres from the *** plateau exhibits high plant diversity,including 1,659 specific and infraspecific taxa,especially belonging to Asteraceae and *** analyses suggest that geographical distance is a strong predictor of dissimilarity and that the Poços de Caldas Plateau is more floristically related to the campos rupestres,despite being associated with campos de *** region possesses a unique set of biodiversity,indicating that it may be a distinct ***,we hypothesize that Pleistocene events likely influenced the conformation of the current floristic composition in the region through species interchange between the Cerrado and Atlantic *** study also highlights the few taxa assessed for conservation status and anthropogenic threats that this habitat is facing.

高精地图的“非视觉”和面向机器特性,使其与传统面向人的时空产品有明显不同,相应的描述地图主、客体及其与产品之间关系的传输模型也面临巨大变革。已有的传输模型重构了上述关系,包括新增用户个性信息及其传输,但也存在信息传递工具仍采用面向人而非机器的地图语言等不足。为此,结合自动驾驶中地图信息的传输特点,构建面向机器认知的高精地图信息传输模型,通过对已有的传输模型进行扩展:GIS语言代替地图语言,将用户个性信息整合到高精地图的用户图层中,将行动指导扩展为行动实践。研究结果表明,构建的全机器认知的高精地图信息传输模型实现了地图信息认知的主体由人到机器的扩展,适应了高精地图在感知、定位、规划、控制等传输过程中全人工智能的特性。所提出的模型一方面有助于准确把握高精地图的本质及内容结构,提升认知效果;另一方面,对驾驶服务具有重要的指导作用,包括内容选取、表达方法、系统功能框架设计等,提高传输效率。

高精地图是自动驾驶的“传感器”,为自动驾驶提供必要的先验数据以及相应的超视距感知、校验定位、动态规划和决策控制。然而,高精地图数据供给与自动驾驶知识需求仍存在鸿沟,包括数据量大导致查询困难、数据关联弱导致语义理解和智能决策困难。知识图谱是将知识以图的结构表达出来,以描述实体及其关系,涉及实体抽取和关系抽取。为此,在高精地图数据基础上,引入知识图谱,提出高精地图知识图谱的构建方法,以架起地图数据供给与驾驶知识需求之间的桥梁,支撑高精地图数据到自动驾驶知识的转化。构建的知识图谱实例,一方面将高精地图海量数据采用图进行了二次表达,建立了类似于索引的结构;另一方面显式表达了面向自动驾驶需求的语义关系。实验结果表明,知识图谱能为高精地图的语义查询、知识推理和局部决策规划提供基础。所提出的方法能实现高精地图先验数据的语义结构化,推进高精地图由数据到信息到知识的跨越,为自动驾驶的落地贡献先验知识。

Background and aims:A co-transplanted liver allograft has been thought to protect other organs from rejection-mediated injury;however,detailed analyses of co-transplanted liver on intestinal allograft outcomes have not been conducted to *** aimof the study was to compare immune-mediated injury,causes of graft failure and clinical outcomes between recipients who underwent either a liver-inclusive intestinal transplant(LITx)or liver-exclusive intestinal transplant(LETx).Methods:Between May 2000 and May 2010,212 adult patients undergoing LITx(n¼76)and LETx(n¼136)were *** underwent either liver combined intestinal or full multivisceral *** underwent either isolated intestinal or modified multivisceral ***:During 44.9631.4 months of follow-up,death-censored intestinal graft survival was significantly higher for LITx than LETx(96.9%,93.2%and 89.9%vs 91.4%,69.3%and 60.0%at 1,3 and 5 years;p¼0.0001).Incidence of graft loss due to rejection was higher in LETx than in LITx(30.9%vs 6.6%;p<0.0001),while infection was the leading cause of graft loss due to patient death in LITx(25.0%vs 5.1%;p<0.0001).Despite similar immunosuppression,the average number(0.87 vs 1.42,p¼0.02)and severity of acute cellular rejection episode(severe grade:7.9%vs 21.3%;p¼0.01)were lower in LITx than in *** of acute antibody-mediated rejection was also significantly lower in LITx than in LETx(3.6%vs 15.2%;p¼0.03).Incidence of chronic rejection was reduced in LITx(3.9%vs 24.3%;p¼0.0002).Conclusions:Intestinal allografts with a liver component appear to decrease risk of rejection but increase risk of *** findings emphasize that LITx has characteristic immunologic and clinical *** immunosuppression may need to be considered for patients who undergo LITx to attenuate increased risk of infection.

Portal vein thrombosis is a common complica- tion in cirrhotic patients. When portal vein thrombectomy is not a suitable option, a large collateral vessel can be used for allograft venous inflow reconstruction. We describe an unusu- al case of successful portal revascularization using the right gastroepiploic vein. The patient underwent a cadaveric or- thotropic liver transplantation with end-to-end anastomosis of the portal vein to the right gastroepiploic vein. Six months after liver transplantation the patient is well with good liver function. The use of the right gastroepiploic vein for allograft venous reconstruction is feasible and safe, with a great advan- tage of avoiding the need of venous jump graft.

反刍动物的甲烷排放量占人为排放源的33%。现有研究的重点在于确定影响肠道甲烷(CH)排放的重要因素,例如采食量、日粮组成和消化率等。目前,日粮优化是国内外相关学者提出的有关CH减排策略中最具可行性的方案之一。本研究系统采用文献搜集、信息提取和Meta分析的方法评估了国内外不同日粮系统下肉牛的肠道甲烷排放情况,合计筛选出22篇文章中的62个实验组,分析了三种不同日粮饲草比例下的肠道甲烷排放,三种饲草比例分别为(1)饲草比例>70%(n=31),(2)饲草比例为15-70%(n=18)和(3)饲草比例70%的日粮组,平均CH排放量分别为140.0 g/头/天,171.52 g/头/天和193.40 g/头/天。针对各日粮组所包含的研究结果,其组内异质性都很高(I>95%;P0.05)。

Acute antibody-mediated rejection after intestinal transplantation

AIM To investigate the incidence, risk factors and clinical outcomes of acute antibody-mediated rejection(ABMR) after intestinal transplantation(ITx).METHODS A retrospective single-center analysis was performed to identify cases of acute ABMR after ITx, based on the presence of donor-specific antibody(DSA), acute tissue damage, C4 d deposition, and allograft *** Acute ABMR was identified in 18(10.3%) out of 175 intestinal allografts with an average occurrence of 10 d(range, 4-162) after ITx. All acute ABMR cases were presensitized to donor human leukocyte antigens class Ⅰand/or Ⅱ antigens with a detectable DSA. A positive cross-match was seen in 14(77.8%) cases and twelve of 18 patients(66.7%) produced newly-formed DSA following ITx. Histological characteristics of acute ABMR include endothelial C4 d deposits, interstitial hemorrhage, and severe congestion with focal fibrin thrombin in the lamina propria capillaries. Multivariate analysis identified a liver-free graft and high level of panel reactive antibodyas a significant independent risk factor. Despite initial improvement after therapy, eleven recipients(61.1%) lost transplant secondary to rejection. Of those, 9(50%) underwent graft removal and 4(22.2%) received second transplantation following acute ABMR. At an average follow-up of 32.3 mo(range, 13.3-76.4), 8(44.4%) recipients *** Our results indicate that acute ABMR is an important cause of intestine graft dysfunction, particularly in a liver-exclusive graft and survivors are at an increased risk of developing refractory acute rejection and chronic rejection. More effective strategies to prevent and manage acute ABMR are needed to improve outcomes.
