Univariate Time Series Anomaly Detection Based on Hierarchical Attention Network

In order to support the perception and defense of the operation risk of the medium and low voltage distribution system, it is crucial to conduct data mining on the time series generated by the system to learn anomalous patterns, and carry out accurate and timely anomaly detection for timely discovery of anomalous conditions and early alerting. And edge computing has been widely used in the processing of Internet of Things (IoT) data. The key challenge of univariate time series anomaly detection is how to model complex nonlinear time dependence. However, most of the previous works only model the short-term time dependence, without considering the periodic long-term time dependence. Therefore, we propose a new Hierarchical Attention Network (HAN), which introduces seven day-level attention networks to capture fine-grained short-term time dependence, and uses a week-level attention network to model the periodic long-term time dependence. Then we combine the day-level feature learned by day-level attention network and week-level feature learned by week-level attention network to obtain the high-level time feature, according to which we can calculate the anomaly probability and further detect the anomaly. Extensive experiments on a public anomaly detection dataset, and deployment in a real-world medium and low voltage distribution system show the superiority of our proposed framework over state-of-the-arts.

Differences in vascular endothelial function and serum proteome between obese people with phlegm-dampness constitution and balanced constitution

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the extent of vascular endothelial dysfunction and preliminary identify serum protein biomarkers associated with obese individuals at risk for cardiovascular disease(CVD).METHODS:Fifteen obese volunteers with the phlegmdampness constitution or balanced constitution were recruited for this study *** clinical baseline data was collected,and the vascular endothelial function was evaluated using the EndoPAT?.Blood samples were collected for the serum proteome *** differences in the serum protein expression levels between the two groups were detected and the protein interaction network analysis,correlation analysis,receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis,and random forest model investigation were ***:There were no statistical differences found in the baseline *** vascular endothelial function,the reactive hyperemia index(RHI)of the phlegm-dampness constitution obese group was significantly lower than that of the balanced constitution obese group(1.46±0.30 vs 2.82±0.78,Phelial *** are 66 differentially expressed serum proteins between the two *** A2(Apo A2),angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE-2),interleukin-33(IL-33),and forkhead box P3(FoxP3)showed significant differences and area under curve values of their ROC curves were greater than 0.7 and correlated significantly with ***:Vascular endothelial dysfunction was present in the phlegm-dampness constitution obese ***,alterations in the expression levels of key serum proteins,including Apo A2,ACE-2,IL-33,and Fox P3 could serve as potential biomarkers in the obese population at risk of CVD.

Osteosarcoma(OS)is one of the most common malignant tumors in children and young *** chemotherapy and other therapies are limited by low therapeutic efficiency,severe side effects and single therapeutic function,it is of high value to develop innovative therapies for precise and efficient treatment of ***,natural photo-synthetic microalgae(***,CV)were utilized as carriers for the chemotherapeutic agent doxorubicin(DOX)to create a multifunctional therapeutic platform(CV@DOX)for the photo-modulation of the tumor microenvi-ronment(TME)and synergistic chemo-photodynamic therapy of ***@DOX exhibited rapid drug release behavior in the acidic TME,improving the efficiency of chemotherapy against tumors and reducing side effects on other normal *** 650 nm laser irradiation,CV@DOX demonstrated the ability to effectively generate oxygen to alleviate tumor hypoxia and utilize the photosensitizing properties of chlorophyll in CV to produce an increased amount of reactive oxygen species(ROS),thereby enhancing photodynamic therapy(PDT).CV@DOX-mediated synergistic chemo-photodynamic therapy demonstrated efficacy in halting tumor progression in an orthotopic osteosarcoma mouse model by promoting tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor proliferation and ***,chlorophyll-assisted fluorescence imaging enabled monitoring of the distribution of CV@DOX in osteosarcoma after ***,CV@DOX did not cause significant hematological and tissue toxicity,and prevented DOX-induced cardiotoxicity,showing good in vivo ***,this work presents a novel TME-responsive and TME-modulating platform for imaging-guided multimodal osteosar-coma treatment.

Image Enhancement via Associated Perturbation Removal and Texture Reconstruction Learning

Degradation under challenging conditions such as rain, haze, and low light not only diminishes content visibility, but also results in additional degradation side effects, including detail occlusion and color distortion. However, current technologies have barely explored the correlation between perturbation removal and background restoration, consequently struggling to generate high-naturalness content in challenging scenarios. In this paper, we rethink the image enhancement task from the perspective of joint optimization: Perturbation removal and texture reconstruction. To this end, we advise an efficient yet effective image enhancement model, termed the perturbation-guided texture reconstruction network(PerTeRNet). It contains two subnetworks designed for the perturbation elimination and texture reconstruction tasks, respectively. To facilitate texture recovery,we develop a novel perturbation-guided texture enhancement module(PerTEM) to connect these two tasks, where informative background features are extracted from the input with the guidance of predicted perturbation priors. To alleviate the learning burden and computational cost, we suggest performing perturbation removal in a sub-space and exploiting super-resolution to infer high-frequency background details. Our PerTeRNet has demonstrated significant superiority over typical methods in both quantitative and qualitative measures, as evidenced by extensive experimental results on popular image enhancement and joint detection tasks. 目的:通过对慢性间断低氧(CIH)大鼠动脉内膜病理改变及厚度的观察和血管炎症因子变化的检测,探讨CIH对动脉内膜的损伤及其可能的途径。方法:24只成年Sprague-Dawley雄性大鼠随机分为4组:慢性间断低氧组(CIH组),慢性间断低氧+N-乙酰半胱氨酸干预组(CIH+NAC组)、慢性间断低氧+生理盐水组(CIH+NS组)和常氧对照组(control组),每组6只。经相应处理42 d后处死大鼠取心脏血和胸主动脉。ELISA法检测低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α),氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL),正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)血清浓度,观察胸主动脉病理变化,通过计算机图像分析系统测定动脉内膜厚度。结果:CIH组及CIH+NS组大鼠胸主动脉内皮细胞部分受损脱落,少量单核细胞、巨噬细胞浸润,动脉内膜厚度与对照组比较均明显增厚(P<0.001);CIH+NAC组大鼠胸主动脉内膜厚度与CIH组及CIH+NS组比较显著减小(P<0.001)。CIH组及CIH+NS组大鼠血清HIF-1α,ox-LDL,PTX3浓度与对照组比较明显增高(P<0.001)。CIH+NAC组大鼠血清HIF-1α,ox-LDL,PTX3水平较CIH组及CIH+NS组明显降低(P<0.001)。大鼠血清HIF-1α,ox-LDL,PTX3浓度间呈正相关,ox-LDL,PTX3浓度与胸主动脉内膜厚度呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论:CIH可损伤血管内皮细胞,使动脉内膜增厚。CIH通过激活氧化应激状态,增加HIF-1α,ox-LDL,PTX3等因子的产生是导致血管内皮损伤的一个重要途径。
