Background:The treatment alternatives for bladder cancer(BLCA),the 10th most prevalent cancer in the world,need to be further investigated,and many active substances like Puerarin in herbal medicine were found to be effective in treating *** purpose of this study was to investigate the potential treating mechanisms of Puerarin on ***:The cell counting kit 8 assay and flow cytometry were performed to confirm Puerarin’s ability to suppress *** differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)were obtained by Tandem Mass Tags technology and functional enrichment analysis performed by R *** most enriched pathways were selected for study and the DEPs were screened ***-protein interaction network maps were created using String and Cytoscape and key proteins,which will be analyzed for survival,expression,and upstream transcription factor prediction,were screened out using the cytoHubba ***3 was used to obtain upstream transcription factor validated by molecular docking and western blotting ***:Cell counting kit 8 showed that Puerarin inhibited BLCA cells,with 50%inhibitory concentration of 218μmol/L in T24 and 198μmol/L in *** cytometry reveals that Puerarin blocks T24 and 5637 cells in G1 phase.1,385 DEPs were obtained and the enrichment analysis revealed that cell cycle and DNA replication were the two main areas in which DEPs were ***-B-cyclin dependent kinase 1(CDK1),cyclin B1(CCNB1),and polo-like kinase 1(PLK1)were identified as key proteins,and their upstream transcription factor was predicted to be centromere protein A(CENPA).Puerarin’s binding energy to CENPA was determined by molecular docking to be−6.3 kcal/mol,indicating a strong binding *** blot showed that Puerarin significantly reduced the expression of ***:We hypothesize that Puerarin may inhibit the proliferation of bladder cancer cells by inhibiting CENPA expression to regulate PLK1 and CCNB1 expression,thereby a

It is urgent to develop high-performance polyimide(PI)films that simultaneously exhibit high transparency,exceptional thermal stability,mechanical robustness,and low dielectric to fulfil the requirements of flexible display ***,a series of fluorinated polyimide films(FPIs)were fabricated by the condensation of 5,5′-(perfluoropropane-2,2-diyl)bis(isobenzofuran-1,3-dione)(6FDA)and the fluorinated triphenylmethane diamine monomer(EDA,MEDA and DMEDA)with heat-crosslinkable tetrafluorostyrene side groups,which was incorporated by different numbers of methyl groups pendant in the ortho position of amino ***,the FPI films underwent heating to produce crosslinking FPIs(C-FPIs)through the self-crosslinking of double bonds in the *** transparency,solvent resistance,thermal stability,mechanical robustness and dielectric properties of FPI and C-FPI films can be tuned by the number of methyl groups and crosslinking,which were deeply investigated by virtue of molecular dynamics(MD)simulations and density functional theory(DFT).As a result,all the films exhibited exceptional optically colorless and transparent,with transmittance in the visible region of 450-700 nm exceeding 79.9%,and the cut-off wavelengths(λ_(off))were nearly 350 *** thermal decomposition temperatures at 5% weight loss(T_(d5%))for all samples exceeded 504℃.These films exhibited a wide range of tunable tensile strength(46.5-75.1 MPa).Significantly,they showed exceptional dielectric properties with the dielectric constant of 2.3-2.5 at full frequency(10^(7)-20 Hz).This study not only highlights the relationship between the polymer molecular structure and properties,but offer insights for balancing optical transparency,heat resistance and low dielectric constant in PI films.

Drug delivery systems(DDS)have recently emerged as a promising approach for the unique advantages of drug protection and targeted ***,the access of nanoparticles/drugs to the central nervous system(CNS)remains a challenge mainly due to the obstruction from brain *** cells infiltrating the CNS in the pathological state have inspired the development of strategies for CNS foundation drug ***,we outline the three major brain barriers in the CNS and the mechanisms by which immune cells migrate across the blood–brain *** subsequently review biomimetic strategies utilizing immune cell-based nanoparticles for the delivery of nanoparticles/drugs to the CNS,as well as recent progress in rationally engineering immune cell-based DDS for CNS ***,we discuss the challenges and opportunities of immune cell-based DDS in CNS diseases to promote their clinical development.

The exploration and utilization of lunar resources have become the major objectives of future lunar exploration *** classified collection and processing of lunar minerals is the basic prerequisite for the in-situ exploration and utilization of lunar *** this study,we propose a scheme for in-situ separation of magnetic minerals from lunar soils using the dry magnetic separation *** scheme can realize the purpose of separating magnetic minerals from lunar regolith by altering the motion trajectory of lunar regolith particles with different magnetic *** modeling of the dry magnetic separation device is conducted,and the three-dimensional distribution of magnetic parameters is calculated and *** on the characterization and analysis of the Chang E-5's samples,the morphologies and physical parameters of lunar regolith particles are modeled and simulated.A discrete element simulation of the motion process of lunar regolith particles under multi-physical field conditions is performed,and the influences of key parameters on the beneficiation performance of lunar magnetic minerals are *** results indicate that optimal separation and beneficiation of lunar regolith particles can be achieved under specific conditions of magnetic field strength and drum ***,we analyze the effects of lunar weak gravity conditions and the charged nature of lunar particles on the beneficiation process,showing that these factors can obviously enhance the beneficiation process of lunar *** study demonstrates the feasibility of using the dry magnetic separation method for the beneficiation of magnetic minerals from lunar regolith,providing a theoretical basis for the scientific tasks of collecting,processing,and utilizing lunar mineral resources.

The combination of photodynamic therapy（PDT） and chemodynamic therapy（CDT） in tumor treatment has attracted considerable ***,tumor hypoxia and glutathione（GSH） overproduction in the tumor tissue restricted the progress of their ***,a Mn-porphyrinic metal-organic framework（Mn-TCPP） was constructed by the one-pot method and further used for immobilizing glucose oxidase（GOx） to obtain GOx@*** would rapidly exhaust endogenous glucose into hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） and gluconic acid,thus shutting off the energy supply of tumor cells for starvation ***-TCPP catalyzed H2O2to produce oxygen,regulating the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and in turn improving1O2generation under laser ***,Mn-TCPP can reduce reactive oxygen species consumption owing to the redox reaction between Mn3+and GSH,thus greatly enhancing ***,benefiting from GOx-mediated starvation therapy,Mn2+produced by Mn3+reduction can react with sufficient intracellular H2O2to generate ·OH with high cytotoxicity through a Fenton-like *** treatment by GOx@Mn-TCPP under laser irradiation in vitro,the cell viability of 4T1 and A549 tumor cells reached to 20%,reflecting GOx@Mn-TCPP could give full play to the advantages of PDT/CDT/starvation *** results in vivo demonstrated that GOx@Mn-TCPP mediated synergistic cascade therapy could significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic effect.

The land application of livestock manure has been widely acknowledged as a beneficial approach for nutrient recycling and environmental ***,the impact of residual antibiotics,a common contaminant of manure,on the degradation of organic compounds and nutrient release in Eutric Regosol is not well ***,we studied,how oxytetracycline(OTC)and ciprofloxacin(CIP)affect the decomposition,microbial community structure,extracellular enzyme activities and nutrient release from cattle and pig manure using litterbag incubation *** showed that OTC and CIP greatly inhibited livestock manure decomposition,causing a decreased rate of carbon(28%-87%),nitrogen(15%-44%)and phosphorus(26%-43%)*** relative abundance of gramnegative(G-)bacteria was reduced by 4.0%-13%while fungi increased by 7.0%-71%during a 28-day incubation ***-occurrence network analysis showed that antibiotic exposure disrupted microbial interactions,particularly among G-bacteria,G+bacteria,and *** changes in microbial community structure and function resulted in decreased activity of urease,β-1,4-N-acetyl-glucosaminidase,alkaline protease,chitinase,and catalase,causing reduced decomposition and nutrient release in cattle and pig *** findings advance our understanding of decomposition and nutrient recycling from manure-contaminated antibiotics,which will help facilitate sustainable agricultural production and soil carbon sequestration.
