Advanced gastric cancer achieving major pathologic regression after chemoimmunotherapy combined with hypofractionated radiotherapy: A case report

BACKGROUND Currently,chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy is the established firstline standard treatment for advanced gastric cancer(GC).In addition,the combination of radiotherapy and immunotherapy is considered a promising treatment *** SUMMARY In this report,we present a case of achieving nearly complete remission of highly advanced GC with comprehensive therapies.A 67-year-old male patient was referred to the hospital because he presented with dyspepsia and melena for several *** on fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography(FDG PET/CT),endoscopic examination and abdominal CT,he was diagnosed with GC with a massive lesion and two distant metastatic *** patient received mFOLFOX6 regimen chemotherapy,nivolumab and a short course of hypofractionated radiotherapy(4 Gy×6 fractions)targeting the primary *** the completion of these therapies,the tumor and the metastatic lesions showed a partial *** having this case discussed by a multidisciplinary team,the patient underwent surgery,including total gastrectomy and D2 lymph node *** pathology showed that major pathological regression of the primary lesion was *** therapy started four weeks after surgery,and examination was performed every three *** surgery,the patient has been stable and healthy with no evidence of *** The combination of radiotherapy and immunotherapy for GC is worthy of further exploration.

Dissociation cross sections ofψ(3770),ψ(4040),ψ(4160),andψ(4415)mesons with nucleons

We study the dissociation of ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), and ψ(4415) mesons in collision with nucleons, which takes place in high-energy proton-nucleus collisions. The quark interchange between a nucleon and a ■ meson leads to the dissociation of the ■ meson. We consider the reactions:■, and■, where R stands for ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), or ψ(4415). A reaction of a neutron and a ■ meson corresponds to a reaction of a proton and the ■ meson by replacing the up quark with the down quark and vice versa. Transition-amplitude formulas are derived from the S-matrix *** cross sections are calculated with the transition amplitudes for scattering in the prior form and in the post form. The cross sections relate to nodes in the radial wave functions of ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), and ψ(4415) mesons.

明清边疆地带的行政体制通常呈现卫所、土司与府厅州县等不同制度的相互嵌套与转化,甘青川交界的洮州地区便经历了卫所兼管、卫所与土司分治、抚番厅专管的转型,地方“番族”对国家的赋税义务渐从“差发马赋”过渡到“折纳钱粮”。清初,洮州卫土官在平叛中屡获清廷嘉奖并广招部落,渐成颇具影响的土司家族;洮州卫则设守备管理民事且照文员试用,卫所与土司并立,互不统属。乾隆年间清廷裁卫置厅,巩昌抚番同知分驻洮州节制土司,洮州抚番厅径以“分府”之名委任通事、总管并兼理“厅属番族”及土司番户之钱粮事务。基层“番族”既属土司管理,又向抚番厅“折纳钱粮”,“番户”则成为甘边“番族”完纳钱粮的基本赋税单位。随着卫所与土司渐归厅属,抚番厅对“番族”的治理更趋强化并延续“以番治番”的制度传统,折射出大一统中国基层治理的弹性空间与多重面相。清代甘边民族地区卫所、土司与厅州县体制的调适与整合,重塑着甘边地域社会结构与基层治理秩序,亦加速助推当地各民族交往交流及其融入中华民族共同体的历史进程。

This research aimed to examine the diagnostic accuracy and clinical significance of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)in the context of small rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms(neNs).A total of 108 patients with rectal subepithelial lesions(SELs)with a diameter ofneNs in rectal SELs was 78.7%(85/108).The sensitivity of EUS in detecting rectal neNs was 98.9%(84/85),while the specificity was 52.2%(12/23).Overall,the diagnostic accuracy of EUS in identifying rectal neNs was 88.9%(96/108).The overall accuracy rate for EUS in assessing the depth of invasion in rectal neNs was 92.9%(78/84).Therefore,EUS demonstrates reasonable diagnostic accuracy in detecting small rectal neNs,with good sensitivity but inferior *** may also assist physicians in assessing the depth of invasion in small rectal neNs before endoscopic excision.

Puerarin modulation of CENPA affects downstream PLK1 and CCNB1 expression to inhibit bladder cancer cell proliferation
