Images and videos provide a wealth of information for people in production and *** most digital information is transmitted via optical fiber,the image acquisition and transmission processes still rely heavily on electronic *** development of all-optical transmission networks and optical computing frameworks has pointed to the direction for the next generation of data transmission and information ***,we propose a high-speed,low-cost,multiplexed parallel and one-piece all-fiber architecture for image acquisition,encoding,and transmission,called the Multicore Fiber Acquisition and Transmission Image System(MFAT).Based on different spatial and modal channels of the multicore fiber,fiber-coupled self-encoding,and digital aperture decoding technology,scenes can be observed directly from up to 1 km *** expansion of capacity provides the possibility of parallel coded transmission of multimodal high-quality *** requires no additional signal transmitting and receiving *** all-fiber processing saves the time traditionally spent on signal conversion and image pre-processing(compression,encoding,and modulation).Additionally,it provides an effective solution for 2D information acquisition and transmission tasks in extreme environments such as high temperatures and electromagnetic interference.

The carbon tradingmarket can promote“carbon peaking”and“carbon neutrality”at low cost,but carbon emission quotas face attacks such as data forgery,tampering,counterfeiting,and replay in the electricity trading *** signatures are a new cryptographic technology that can address traditional cryptography’s general essential certificate requirements and avoid the problem of crucial escrowbased on identity ***,most certificateless signatures still suffer fromvarious security *** present a secure and efficient certificateless signing scheme by examining the security of existing certificateless signature *** ensure the integrity and verifiability of electricity carbon quota trading,we propose an electricity carbon quota trading scheme based on a certificateless signature and *** scheme utilizes certificateless signatures to ensure the validity and nonrepudiation of transactions and adopts blockchain technology to achieve immutability and traceability in electricity carbon quota *** addition,validating electricity carbon quota transactions does not require time-consuming bilinear pairing *** results of the analysis indicate that our scheme meets existential unforgeability under adaptive selective message attacks,offers conditional identity privacy protection,resists replay attacks,and demonstrates high computing and communication performance.

Fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared window(NIR-II,900–1880 nm)with less scattering background in biological tissues has been combined with the confocal microscopic system for achieving deep in vivo imaging with high spatial ***,the traditional NIR-IIfluorescence confocal microscope with separate excitation focus and detection pinhole makes it possess low confocal e±ciency,as well as di±cultly to *** types of upgraded NIR-IIfluorescence confocal microscopes,sharing the same pinhole by excitation and emission focus,leading to higher confocal e±ciency,are built in this *** type is-ber-pinhole-based confocal microscope applicable to CW laser *** is constructed forfluorescence intensity imaging with large depth,high stabilization and low cost,which could replace multiphotonfluorescence microscopy in some applications(e.g.,cerebrovascular and hepatocellular imaging).The other type is air-pinhole-based confocal microscope applicable to femtosecond(fs)laser *** can be employed not only for NIR-IIfluorescence intensity imaging,but also for multi-channelfluorescence lifetime imaging to recognize different structures with similarfluorescence ***,it can be facilely combined with multiphotonfluorescence microscopy.A single fs pulsed laser is utilized to achieve up-conversion(visible multiphotonfluorescence)and down-conversion(NIR-II one-photonfluorescence)excitation simultaneously,extending imaging spectral channels,and thus facilitates multi-structure and multi-functional observation.

Studied Volcanic rocks are zonally distributed between Qiangtang and Kunlun landasses, that is in the western part of Lazhulong\|Jinsajiang tectonic belt. It is bounded on the north by Yanghu\|Hohxil deep fult and on the south by Bairabu Co\|Ruolagangri deep fault. As component part of ophiolites in this belt, volcanic rocks mainly occuring within low\|grade metamorphic and thick flysch deposits of Lower Permian and Late Triassic, are associated with gabbro, diabase, ultramafites, radiolarian silicalites and limestones, consisting of basalts, dorgalites, picrites, basaltic\|andesites, andesites and a few pyroclastic rocks. This suit of volcanics\|bearing flysch deposits had been considered as Triassic or Late Triassic stratum and also called as “Ruolagangri Group” *** basalts in this belt are characterized by having lower SiO\-2, higher TiO\-2(1 74%～4 78%, average 2 94%) and K 2O+Na 2O(mostly 3 50%～5 00%) contents, and usually Na 2O>K 2O. The total REE abundances in basalts which vary from 115 68×10 -6 to 323 66×10 -6 are relatively high, and all of their distribution patterns show moderately or strongly LREE\|enriched. The LREE/HREE ratios range from 8 74 to 14 41, (La/Yb) N from 9 53 to 19 56, and showing faint positive or no Eu anomaly. Incompatible trace elements such as Sr, Rb, Ba, Th, Ta, Nd, P, Zr, Hf etc. are relatively concentrated, whose contents usually are several times to several tens of MORB, while Yb, Y, Sc, Cr are obviously depleted. The characteristics of Petrochemistry and rare elementary geochemistry indicate that the volcanic rocks belong to series of alkaline or subalkaline basalt and show the features of alkaline—transitional basalt under the setting of continental rift or ocean island, and also similar to that of Late Carboniferous basalts in Chabu\|Chasang area of central Qiangtang and that of Permian Emeishang basalts in southwest of China.

Background During approximately 10,000 years of domestication and selection,a large number of structural variations(SVs)have emerged in the genome of pig breeds,profoundly influencing their phenotypes and the ability to adapt to the local ***(≥50 bp)are widely distributed in the genome,mainly in the form of insertion(INS),mobile element insertion(MEI),deletion(DEL),duplication(DUP),inversion(INV),and translocation(TRA).While studies have investigated the SVs in pig genomes,genome-wide association studies(GWAS)-based on SVs have been rarely *** here,we obtained a high-quality SV map containing 123,151 SVs from 15 Large White and 15 Min pigs through integrating the power of several SV tools,with 53.95%of the SVs being reported for the first *** high-quality SVs were used to recover the population genetic structure,confirming the accuracy of *** functional SV loci were then identified based on positional effects and breed ***,GWAS were performed for 36 traits by genotyping the screened potential causal loci in the F2 population according to their corresponding genomic *** identified a large number of loci involved in 8 carcass traits and 6 skeletal traits on chromosome 7,with FKBP5 containing the most significant SV locus for almost all *** addition,we found several significant loci in intramuscular fat,abdominal circumference,heart weight,and liver weight,*** We constructed a high-quality SV map using high-coverage sequencing data and then analyzed them by performing GWAS for 25 carcass traits,7 skeletal traits,and 4 meat quality traits to determine that SVs may affect body size between European and Chinese pig breeds.

Genomic selection (GS) has the potential to improve selection efficiency and shorten the breeding cycle in fruit tree breeding. In this study,we evaluated the effect of prediction methods, marker density and the training population (TP) size on pear GS for improving its performance and reducing cost. We evaluated GS under two scenarios:(1) five-fold cross-validation in an interspecific pear family;(2) independent validation. Based on the cross-validation scheme, the prediction accuracy (PA) of eight fruit traits varied between 0.33 (fruit core vertical diameter)and 0.65 (stone cell content). Except for single fruit weight, a slightly better prediction accuracy (PA) was observed for the five parametrical methods compared with the two non-parametrical methods. In our TP of 310 individuals, 2 000 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were sufficient to make reasonably accurate predictions. PAs for different traits increased by 18.21%-46.98%when the TP size increased from 50to 100, but the increment was smaller (-4.13%-33.91%) when the TP size increased from 200 to 250. For independent validation, the PAs ranged from 0.11 to 0.45 using rrBLUP method. In summary, our results showed that the TP size and SNP numbers had a greater impact on the PA than prediction methods. Furthermore, relatedness among the training and validation sets, and the complexity of traits should be considered when designing a TP to predict the test panel.
