Role of iron ore in enhancing gasification of iron coke:Structural evolution,influence mechanism and kinetic analysis

The utilization of iron coke provides a green pathway for low-carbon *** uncover the influence mechanism of iron ore on the behavior and kinetics of iron coke gasification,the effect of iron ore on the microstructure of iron coke was ***,a comparative study of the gasification reactions between iron coke and coke was conducted through non-isothermal thermogravimetric *** findings indicate that compared to coke,iron coke exhibits an augmentation in micropores and specific surface area,and the micropores further extend and *** provides more adsorption sites for CO_(2) molecules during the gasification process,resulting in a reduction in the initial gasification temperature of iron *** the heating rate in non-isothermal gasification can enhance the reactivity of iron *** metallic iron reduced from iron ore is embedded in the carbon matrix,reducing the orderliness of the carbon structure,which is primarily responsible for the heightened reactivity of the carbon *** kinetic study indicates that the random pore model can effectively represent the gasification process of iron coke due to its rich pore ***,as the proportion of iron ore increases,the activation energy for the carbon gasification gradually decreases,from 246.2 kJ/mol for coke to 192.5 kJ/mol for iron coke 15wt%.

Cross-upgrading of biomass hydrothermal carbonization and pyrolysis for high quality blast furnace injection fuel production:Physicochemical characteristics and gasification kinetics analysis

The paper proposes a biomass cross-upgrading process that combines hydrothermal carbonization and pyrolysis to produce high-quality blast furnace injection *** results showed that after upgrading,the volatile content of biochar ranged from 16.19%to 45.35%,and the alkali metal content,ash content,and specific surface area were significantly *** optimal route for biochar pro-duction is hydrothermal carbonization-pyrolysis(P-HC),resulting in biochar with a higher calorific value,C=C structure,and increased graphitization *** apparent activation energy(E)of the sample ranges from 199.1 to 324.8 kJ/mol,with P-HC having an E of 277.8 kJ/mol,lower than that of raw biomass,primary biochar,and *** makes P-HC more suitable for blast furnace injection ***,the paper proposes a path for P-HC injection in blast furnaces and calculates potential environmental benefits.P-HC of-fers the highest potential for carbon emission reduction,capable of reducing emissions by 96.04 kg/t when replacing 40wt%coal injec-tion.

The influence of different pre-oxidation temperatures and pre-oxidation degrees on the reduction and fluidization behaviors of magnetite-based iron ore was investigated in a hydrogen-induced fluidized *** raw magnetite-based iron ore was pre-oxidized at 800 and1000℃ for a certain time to reach a partly oxidation and deeply oxidation *** structure and morphology of the reduced particles were analyzed via optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The reaction kinetic mechanism was determined based on the double-logarithm *** results indicate that the materials with higher oxidation temperature and wider particle size range show better fluidization *** lower oxidation temperature is more beneficial for the reduction rate,especially in the later reduction *** pre-oxidation degree shows no obvious influence on the fluidization and reduction *** on the kinetic analysis,the reduction progress can be divided into three *** reduction mechanism was discussed combing the surface morphology and phase structure.

Calculation and Analysis the Influence on the Cooling Water Velocity and Hot Metal Circulation to the Long Life Blast Furnace

Based on the result of the blast furnace dissection and the optimization of hearth heat transfer boundary conditions, the hearth heat transfer mathematical model was established, and then the equivalent heat transfer coefficient of hot metal was proposed, which characterized the iron circulation strength. The dynamic conditions which promoted the viscous layer formation on the brick lining heat face were analyzed. Reducing smelting intensity was the most significant measure which was pointed out quantitatively. The smelting rhythm should be controlled in the condition of blast furnace intensification. The hearth reasonable requirement of critical water velocity was given, that was, the cooling water body temperature should be below the water quality stability temperature and the pipe wall temperature of the boundary layer should be under the cooling water boiling temperature. According to the given condition, the water velocity of the hearth should be greater than 1.2 m/s.

This study evaluated the effects of barley inclusion and glucanase supplementation on the productive performance and digestive function in laying *** experiment used a randomized design with a 5×2 factorial arrangement of 5 graded levels of barley(0%,15%,30%,45%and 60%)with or without 1.5 g/kgβ-1,3-1,4-glucanase(15,000 U/kg).During the experimental period of 120 d,the weight and total number of eggs within each pen were recorded daily,and egg quality was determined every 4 *** the end of the experiment,3 randomly selected ducks within each replicate were sacrificed,then duodenal digesta and jejunal mucosa was *** inclusion of barley had no effects on egg production,daily egg mass or FCR,but supplementation with glucanase improved egg production and FCR(P<0.01).Barley did not affect feed intake of laying ducks,but glucanase tended to increase feed intake(P=0.09).Neither barley norβ-glucanase had effects on the egg quality variables,except for yolk color score,which was decreased with increasing barley ***,but not barley,increased the activity of chymotrypsin and amylase in duodenal *** inclusion affected the activity of alkaline phosphatase and maltase in jejunal mucosa(P<0.05),butβ-glucanase had no effects on the activity of these brush border *** inclusion increased the glucan content in duodenal digesta,but supplementation of glucanase to barley-based diet reduced digesta glucan content and reduced total volatile fatty acids and increased the proportion of acetic acid in cecal *** results indicate that,without glucanase,the optimal dietary barley level in the diets of laying ducks is about 13%for maximal production performance;glucanase supplementation of the barley diets improved production perfor-mance,probably through enhancing digestive function.

Coal combustion is divided into two *** is the emission and combustion of volatiles and the second is the combustion of coal *** this paper,effects of Ca O on structure evolution and combustion reactivity of chars obtained from anthracite and bituminous coals were investigated by a thermo-gravimetric analyzer,SEM and XRD *** chars were obtained from pyrolysis of coals under a *** parameters such as ignition,burnout,peak rate,ignition index and combustibility index were *** results show that the ignition temperature was decreased and the TG and DTG curves removed to the low temperature *** ignition index and combustibility index of catalytic chars increased,which means the combustion characteristics of chars were improved by Ca O *** SEM images of chars indicated that catalytic pyrolysis made the chars featuring a relatively loose structure,high porosity and big specific surface area with plenty of active sites which are favorable for the absorption of *** XRD analysis of chars indicated that the order and graphitization degree were decreased by Ca O,with d002increased and L c and L a decreased.

利用高速火焰喷涂技术制备出Fe-Al/SiC复合涂层,采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、金相显微镜、能谱和X射线衍射仪对涂层的组织成分和相组成进行观察分析。研究表明,Fe-Al/SiC复合涂层基体为Fe-Al相(Fe3Al、FeAl),SiC硬质相分布于涂层之中,过渡相FeSi的存在使SiC硬质相与基体结合良好。整个涂层组织致密,呈现典型层状特征,涂层与基体结合良好,具有较高的结合强度和显微硬度,孔隙率低,抗热震性能优异。

用高速火焰喷涂方法制备出Fe-25Al/11SiC复合涂层,对涂层的结合强度、抗热震性及温度为650℃时的热腐蚀行为进行研究,并利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对腐蚀前后涂层的表面形貌和相组成进行分析。结果表明:Fe-25Al/11SiC复合涂层组织致密,与基体结合状况良好,且以机械结合为主;该涂层具有较好的抗热震性能;经过150h热腐蚀后,Fe-25Al/11SiC复合涂层腐蚀增重约为基体20钢的1/3,抗热腐蚀性能优异;Fe-25Al/11SiC复合涂层发生的是第二类低温热腐蚀。

Selenium deficiency exacerbates ROS/ER stress mediated pyroptosis and ferroptosis induced by bisphenol A in chickens thymus

Bisphenol A(BPA)is an industrial pollutant that can cause immune *** acts as an antioxidant,as selenium deficiency often accompanies oxidative stress,resulting in organ *** study is the first to demonstrate that BPA and/or selenium deficiency induce pyroptosis and ferroptosis-mediated thymic injury in chicken and chicken lymphoma cell(MDCC-MSB-1)via oxidative stress-induced endoplasmic reticulum(ER)*** established a broiler chicken model of BPA and/or selenium deficiency exposure and collected thymus samples as research subjects after 42 *** results demonstrated that BPA or selenium deficiency led to a decrease in antioxidant enzyme activities(T-AOC,CAT,and GSH-Px),accumulation of peroxides(H2O2 and MDA),significant upregulation of ER stress-relatedmarkers(GRP78,IER 1,PERK,EIF-2α,ATF4,and CHOP),a significant increase in iron ion levels,significant upregulation of pyroptosis-related gene(NLRP3,ASC,Caspase1,GSDMD,IL-18 and IL-1β),significantly increase ferroptosis-related genes(TFRC,COX2)and downregulate GPX4,HO-1,FTH,*** vitro experiments conducted in MDCC-MSB-1 cells confirmed the results,demonstrating that the addition of antioxidant(NAC),ER stress inhibitor(TUDCA)and pyroptosis inhibitor(Vx765)alleviated oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,pyroptosis,and ***,this study concludes that the combined effects of oxidative stress and ER stress mediate pyroptosis and ferroptosis in chicken thymus induced by BPA exposure and selenium deficiency.
