Maternal dietary patterns associated with bone density in Chinese lactating women and infants at 6 months postpartum:a prospective study using data from 2018-2019

This cohort study was designed to explore the relationship between maternal dietary patterns(DPs)and bone health in Chinese lactating mothers and *** recruited 150 lactating women at 1-month *** estimated bone mineral density(eBMD)of subjects’calcanei and the information on dietary intake were *** 5-month follow-up,the eBMD of mothers and their infants were measured *** analysis was applied to determine maternal *** linear models were used to evaluate the association between maternal DPs and maternal eBMD loss or infants’*** all potential covariates adjusted,Factor 2(high intake of whole grains,tubers,mixed beans,soybeans and soybean products,seaweeds,and nuts)showed a positive association with the changes of maternal eBMD(β=0.16,95%CI:0.005,0.310).Factor 3(high intake of soft drinks,fried foods,and puffed foods)was inversely correlated with the changes of maternal eBMD(β=-0.22,95%CI:-0.44,0.00).The changes of maternal eBMD were positively associated with 6-month infants’eBMD(β=0.34,95%CI:0.017,0.652).In conclusion,Factor 2 might contribute to the maintenance of eBMD in lactating women,while Factor 3 could exacerbate maternal eBMD ***,the changes of maternal eBMD presented a positive correlation with 6-month infants’eBMD.

文章基于锯齿形碳化硅纳米带,通过将中间部分结构在空间上进行向上平移,再翻转180°形成异质结,保留碳边缘通道,形成“品”型三端异质结器件,并利用密度泛函理论和非平衡格林函数的计算方法,研究该三端器件的电子输运特性。计算结果表明:无论是在铁磁态还是反铁磁态下,一种自旋电子都能从一端电极经由异质结单边通道渡越到另一端电极,实现了100%的自旋极化电子输运;当对中心区外加栅压时,电流随着栅压增加而减小,当栅压大于0.5 V时,器件内部电子输运通道关闭,2种自旋电子均不能通过三端器件,表明通过栅极电压可以实现对器件内部电子输运能力的调控;若器件受到外力产生形变,只要形变量小于6.7%,电子输运能力几乎不改变。研究结果为基于碳化硅纳米带的纯自旋流器件的设计提供了有力的理论依据。

Microwave radiation has received extensive attention due to its significant thermal and nonthermal effects, and the development of MW-based denitrification in flue gas has become one of the most promising methods to avoid the defects of ammonia escape, high temperature and cost in traditional SCR. This review introduces the thermal and non-thermal effects of microwaves and divides MW-based denitrification methods into MW reduction and oxidation denitrification, systematically summarizes these denitrification methods, including MW discharge reduction, MW-induced catalytic reduction using active carbon, molecular sieves, metal oxides(transition metals, perovskites, etc.), MW-induced oxidation denitrification with and without additional oxidant, and discusses their removal pathway and mechanism. Finally, several research prospects and directions regarding the development of microwave-based denitrification methods are provided.

海洋保护地是海洋生态环境管理的重要措施,科学有效的海洋保护地空间规划能够加强对海洋生物多样性和生态系统健康的保护。探讨面向对象的海洋生态系统评估(Object-oriented simulator of marine ecosystem exploitation,OSMOSE)模型在海洋保护地空间规划中的应用前景,通过深入分析模型原理、关键过程和研究进展,以及结合模型特征及其功能实现,对模型在海洋保护地空间规划中能够发挥的多方面优势进行了重点探究;同时与现有海洋保护地空间规划方法的对比以及与实际海洋保护地案例结合,探讨了OSMOSE模型与现有的海洋保护地空间规划技术方法的异同及有机结合的潜在可能。结果表明,OSMOSE模型在模拟海洋生态系统动态、预测管理策略效果方面展现出的显著优势,模型对多物种相互作用以及时空分布的精准模拟,可以为海洋保护地空间规划提供丰富的数据支撑和决策依据。模型的合理应用不仅为我国海洋保护地建设提供了新视角,还有助于提升海洋保护地的空间规划合理性与管理措施有效性,对促进我国海洋生态保护具有重要作用和应用前景。

黄芪中杀菌抑菌单体分子的筛选及差异表达基因检测

目的筛选黄芪中有效抑制金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)的单体分子,筛选有效单体分子作用SA后的差异表达基因。方法针对黄芪中6种单体分子(黄腐酚、芒柄花黄素、柚皮素、环黄芪醇、黄芪皂苷Ⅰ、黄芪甲苷),使用酶标仪检测法进行SA的体外抑菌实验(MIC),筛选出对SA有良好抑制作用的单体分子。使用梯度稀释点样法针对有良好抑制作用的单体分子进行体外杀菌实验(MBC),验证其杀灭SA的效果,并通过设置不同的浓度组确定其最佳杀菌浓度。将有效抗菌的单体分子作用后的SA与未加药的SA收样,利用RNA-seq技术进行转录组分析,比对出有效单体分子作用后的差异表达基因。结果MIC实验筛选出对SA有抑制作用的3种单体分子,其中黄腐酚抑制效果最佳,芒柄花黄素有较好的抑制效果,柚皮素有抑制作用但效果不佳,其他3种单体对SA无抑制作用。MBC实验表明黄腐酚对SA具有良好杀菌效果,且最佳杀菌浓度为12.5μg·mL^(-1)。经转录组测序,与未加黄腐酚组相比,加入黄腐酚的组别共检测到了63个显著性差异表达基因,其中有10个上调基因,53个下调基因,并且大部分基因都和核糖体蛋白合成相关。结论黄腐酚对SA具有良好的杀菌抑菌作用,通过转录组测序发现黄腐酚可能是通过抑制核糖体内的蛋白质合成,使SA的蛋白质合成过程受阻,进而导致SA死亡。

Sensitive and fast detection of neutrons and gamma rays is vital for homeland security,high-energy physics,and proton ***-neutron detectors rely on light organic scintillators,andγ-ray detectors use heavy inorganic scintillators and *** mixed-field detection using a single material is highly challenging due to their contradictory *** we report hybrid perovskites(C_(8)H_(12)N)_(2)Pb(Br_(0.95)Cl_(0.05))_(4)that combine light organic cations and heavy inorganic skeletons at a molecular level to achieve unprecedented performance for mixed-field radiation *** neutron absorption due to a high density of hydrogen,strong radiative recombination within the highly confined[PbX_(6)]^(4-)layer,and sub-nanometer distance between absorption sites and radiative centers,enable a light yield of 41000 photons/MeV,detection pulse width of 2.97 ns and extraordinary linearity response toward both fast neutrons andγ-rays,outperforming commonly used fast-neutron *** energy spectrum,time-of-flight based fast-neutron/γ-ray discrimination and neutron yield monitoring were all successfully achieved using(C_(8)H_(12)N)_(2)Pb(Br_(0.95)Cl_(0.05))_(4)*** further demonstrate the monitoring of reaction kinetics and total power of a nuclear fusion *** envision that molecular hybridized scintillators open a new avenue for mixed-field radiation detection and imaging.

SHRIMP zircon dating and LA-ICPMS Hf analysis of early Precambrian rocks from drill holes into the basement beneath the Central Hebei Basin,North China Craton

The Central Hebei Basin （CHB） is one of the largest sedimentary basins in the North China Craton, extending in a northeast-southwest direction with an area of 〉350 km2. We carried out SHRIMP zircon dating, Hf-in-zircon isotopic analysis and a whole-rock geochemical study on igneous and metasedi- mentary rocks recovered from drill holes that penetrated into the basement of the CHB, Two samples of gneissic granodiorite （XG1-1） and gneissic quartz diorite 048-1） have magmatic ages of 2500 and 2496 Ma, respectively. Their zircons also record metamorphic ages of 2.41-2.51 and ～2.5 Ga, respec- tively. Compared with the gneissic granodiorite, the gneissic quartz diorite has higher REE contents and lower Eu/Eu＊ and （La/Yb）n values. Two metasedimentary samples （MG1, H5） mainly contain ～2,5 Ga detrital zircons as well as late Paleoproterozoic metamorphic grains. The zircons of different origins have eHf （2.5 Ga） values and Hf crustal model ages ranging from 0 to 5 and 2.7 to 2,9 Ga, respectively, Therefore, ～2.5 Ga magmatic and Paleoproterozoic metasedimentary rocks and late Neoarchean to early Paleoproterozoic and late Paleoproterozoic tectono-thermal events have been identified in the basement beneath the CHB. Based on regional comparisons, we conclude that the early Precambrian basement beneath the CHB is part of the North China Craton.
