Loop-mediated isothermal amplification（LAMP） eradicates the need of thermocycler in numerous fields related to molecular amplification detection and gives result through fluorescence or turbidity after the reaction, which is common used but still need to be improved for easier, simpler and more definitive readout. On the other side, Vibrio parahaemolyticus（V. parahaemolyticus） is one of the most prevalent seafood-borne pathogen worldwide, causing acute gastroenteritis. Here, a set of six specific primers targeting the species-specific tlh gene were used to realize the accelerated LAMP reaction. Gold nanoparticles（AuNPs） was functionalized with streptavidin（Avidin-AuNPs）, and engineered to signal the LAMP reaction. As two of the loop primers for LAMP reaction were biotinylated, the produced DNA product was able to mediate the clusterization of Avidin-AuNPs based on the avidin-biotin complex formation, which leads to the apparent color change from red to blue in the reaction solution. The rapid amplification could be performed within 30 min and readily identified by naked eye. The sensitivity, specificity and practicability of the nanosensing LAMP method were investigated and validated. This approach requires no fluorescent reagent and detection instrument. The Avidin-AuNPs can be used as simplified and generalized nanoprobes that are feasible for any similar LAMP product sensing. This simple, rapid, universal amplification and nanosensing strategy promised the high suitability of the developed method for point of care detection or utilization in resource-limited regions.

In recent years, immunotherapy has demonstrated remarkable clinical success; however, its efficacy is limited by the scarcity of immune cell infiltration within tumor microenvironments. Cell pyroptosis, a gasdermin-mediated process characterized by cellular swelling,rupture, and the release of intracellular contents such as IL-1β, IL-18, ATP, HMGB1, plays a crucial role in this context[3,4].

Open plasma stealth technology excited by radionuclides is known to have several problems:(1)owing to disturbance from airflow,the plasma distribution is unstable.(2)The plasma is highly dependent on the atmosphere;therefore,it is difficult to modulate in target stealth.(3)Concerns regarding radiation harassment prevent the application of this *** avoid these problems,an enclosed plasma stealth method is *** simulation on an infinite conducting plate,this method was found to effectively solve the above concerns,which may offer a new approach for the practical application of plasma stealth technology excited by radionuclides,especially for small-satellite stealth because of its lightweight and selfprovided plasma.

Rapid and scalable preparation of highly quaternized polymer networks to achieve efficient simultaneous adsorption of iodide and pertechnetate

The efficient separation of fission products,such as TcO4-and I-,holds strategic significance for the management of radioactive wastes and environmental *** this study,we propose an ultrafast strategy for scalable preparation of a highly quaternized organic network to facilitate efficient and synchronous separation of iodide and *** network can be prepared within a few minutes at room temperature,using polyethylenimine and 1,2,4,5-tetrakis（bromomethyl）benzene as building *** chlorine replacement,the network,abundantly decorated with quaternary ammonium groups （Cl@QPN）,exhibits an ultrahigh positive charge density of 7.6 mmol/*** enables the rapid and efficient enrichment of target anions through strong electrostatic Coulomb *** a result,Cl@QPN exhibits significantly higher adsorption rate constants of 0.830 g/（mg min） for ReO4-（a nonradioactive surrogate of TcO4-） and 0.677 g/（mg min） for I-compared to other ***,it possesses high adsorption capacities,reaching 1,681 mg/g for ReO4-and 917.4 mg/g for I-.Cl@QPN also demonstrates good selectivity towards target ions and shows efficient adsorption for99TcO4-.Additionally,Cl@QPN exhibits high dynamic processing capacities,handling up to 3,100 and 7,400 kg of simulated streams per kilogram of material for I-and ReO4-,respectively.
