We theoretically study the temperature dependence of the excitonic spectra of monolayer transitionmetal dichaleogenides using the O＇Donnell equation, Eg（T） = Eg（0） - S〈hω〉[coth（〈hω〉/2kBT- 1）]. We develop a theoretical model for the quantitative estimation of the Huang-Rhys factor S and averagephonon energy （hω） based on exciton coupling with longitudinal optical and acoustic phonons in the Frohlich and deformation potential mechanisms, respectively. We present reasonable explanations for the fitted values of the Huang-Rhys factor and average phonon energy adopted in experiments. Com- parison with experimental results reveals that the temperature dependence of the peak position in the excitonic spectra can be well reproduced by modulating the polarization parameter and deformation potential constant.

Due to the uneven seabed and heaving of soil during pumping,incomplete soil plugs may occur during the installation of bucket foundations,and the impacts on the bearing capacities of bucket foundations need to be *** this paper,the contact ratio(the ratio of the top diameter of the soil plug to the diameter of the bucket)and the soil plug ratio(the ratio of the soil heave height to the skirt height)are defined to describe the shape and size of the incomplete soil ***,finite element models are established to investigate the bearing capacities of bucket foundations with incomplete soil plugs and the influences of the contact ratios,and the soil plug ratios on the bearing capacities are *** results show that the vertical bearing capacity of bucket foundations in homogeneous soil continuously improves with the increase of the contact ***,in normally consolidated soil,the vertical bearing capacity barely changes when the contact ratio is smaller than 0.75,while the bearing capacity suddenly increases when the contact ratio increases to 1 due to the change of failure *** contact ratio hardly affects the horizontal bearing capacity of bucket ***,the moment bearing capacity improves with the increase of the contact ratio for small aspect ratios,but hardly varies with increasing contact ratio for aspect ratios larger than ***,the reduction coefficient method is proposed based on this analysis to calculate the bearing capacities of bucket foundations considering the influence of incomplete soil *** comparison results show that the proposed reduction coefficient method can be used to evaluate the influences of incomplete soil plug on the bearing capacities of bucket foundations.

Optical aberrations degrade the performance of fluorescence *** adaptive optics(AO)leverages specific devices,such as the Shack–Hartmann wavefront sensor and deformable mirror,to measure and correct optical ***,conventional AO requires either additional hardware or a more complicated imaging procedure,resulting in higher cost or a lower acquisition *** this study,we proposed a novel space-frequency encoding network(SFE-Net)that can directly estimate the aberrated point spread functions(PSFs)from biological images,enabling fast optical aberration estimation with high accuracy without engaging extra optics and image *** showed that with the estimated PSFs,the optical aberration can be computationally removed by the deconvolution ***,to fully exploit the benefits of SFE-Net,we incorporated the estimated PSF with neural network architecture design to devise an aberration-aware deeplearning super-resolution model,dubbed *** demonstrated that the combination of SFE-Net and SFT-DFCAN enables instant digital AO and optical aberration-aware super-resolution reconstruction for live-cell imaging.

With the rapid development of optoelectronics,electrochromic(EC)materials(ECMs)with the advan-tages of low power consumption,easy viewing,high contrast ratio,etc have attached more and more attention from the fields of smart windows,electronic billboards,emerging wearable and portable electronics,and other next-generation *** oxide(NiO)is a promising candidate for high-performance ECMs because of its neutral-colored states and low ***,NiO-based ECMs still face the problem of slow switching speed due to their low electrical conductivity and small lattice ***-organic frameworks(MOFs)are promising candidates to fabricate hollow and porous transition metal oxides(TMOs)with high ion transport efficiency,excellent specific capacitance,and electrochemical *** this work,porous yolk-shell NiO nanospheres(PYS-NiO NSs)were syn-thesized via a solvothermal and subsequent calcination process of Ni-MOF,which exhibited outstanding EC *** the large specific surface areas and hollow porous nanostructures were conducive to ionic transport,PYS-NiO NSs exhibited a fast coloring/bleaching speed(3.6/3.9 s per one coloring/bleaching cycle)and excellent cycling stability(82%of capacity retention after 3000 cycles).These superior EC properties indicated that the PYS-NiO NSs was a promising candidate for high-performance EC *** work provides a new and feasible strategy for the efficient preparation of TMOs ECMs with good EC performance,especially fast switching speed.

Vision transformer(ViT)已广泛应用于细粒度视觉分类中,针对其中存在的大数据量需求和高计算复杂度的问题,提出一种紧凑型Vi T模型.首先,使用多层卷积块生成模型输入,保留更多底层信息和归纳偏置,减少对数据量的依赖;然后,使用序列池化技术取消分类令牌的使用,减少计算复杂度;最后,使用部位选择模块和混合损失函数,进一步提升模型在细粒度视觉分类中的表现.所提出算法在公共数据集CUB-200-2011、Butterfly200、Stanford Dogs、Stanford Cars和NABirds中均进行了实验验证,在只使用少量的数据和计算资源条件下,分别获得了88.9%、87.4%、89.0%、93.4%和88.0%的准确率,训练时间平均比常用的Vi T-B_16模型下降了73.8%,同时比TransFG模型下降了93.9%,并且训练过程中的参数量只有这两种模型的1/4左右.实验结果充分表明,所提出的模型较之其他主流的方法在数据量需求和计算复杂度方面具有明显的优越性,可广泛应用于工业过程控制、设备微小故障检测与诊断中.
