Highly dispersed Ni/MgO-mSiO_(2)catalysts with excellent activity and stability for dry reforming of methane

Highly dispersed Ni catalyst and alkaline promoters supported by mesoporous SiO_(2)nanospheres were synthesized and applied as an active and stable catalyst for dry reforming of methane(DRM).The as-prepared Ni/MgO-mSiO_(2)catalyst showed stable conversions of CH4 and CO_(2)around 82%and 85%in 120 h of DRM reaction,which was superior in performance compared to similar catalysts in literatures.Based on the transmission electron microscope(TEM)images,energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),CO-pulse adsorption,temperature programmed reduction of the oxidized catalysts by hydrogen(H_(2)-TPR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),temperature-programmed desorption of CO_(2)(CO_(2)-TPD),and thermal gravitational analysis(TGA),the promotion effect of MgO on the Ni catalyst was systematically studied.The introduction of Mg^(2+)in synthesis enhanced the interaction between Ni^(2+)and mSiO_(2),which led to a high dispersion of active centers and a strong“metal–support”interactions to inhibit the sintering and deactivation of Ni at reaction temperatures.On the other hand,Ni and MgO nanoparticles formed adjacently on mSiO_(2),where the“Ni-MgO”interface not only improved the Ni0 distribution and promoted the cracking of CH_(4)but also promoted the activation of CO_(2)and the elimination of carbon deposits.A high and stable conversion of CH4 and CO_(2)were then achieved through the synergistic effect of Ni catalyst,MgO promoter,and mSiO_(2)support.

In this paper,we consider an initial boundary value problem of m-Laplacian parabolic equation arising in various physical models.We tackle this problem at three different initial energy levels.For the sub-critical initial energy,we obtain the blow-up result and estimate the lower and upper bounds of the blow-up time.For the critical initial energy,we show the global existence,asymptotic behavior,finite time blow-up and the lower bound of the blow-up time.For the sup-critical initial energy,we prove the finite time blow-up and estimate the lower and upper bounds of the blow-up time.

Breast cancer is the most common one in women worldwide and doxorubicin(Dox)is one of the most commonly used and effective drugs for breast cancer treatment.Unfortunately,Dox-based chemotherapy faces irreversible cardiotoxicity and unsatisfactory therapy efficiency.It is desirable to devise Dox nanoformulations with less adverse effects and greater therapeutic efficacy for this cancer treatment.In this work,a multifunctional calcium phosphate nanoformulation(ICG-Dox/DNA@CaP)was developed by co-loading Dox/DNA complexes and indocyanine green(ICG)molecules for photothermal therapy(PTT)-enhanced chemotherapy.In this nanocomposite,using DNA as Dox carrier facilitated Dox loading into the CaP matrix,and significantly reduced Dox leakage as well as cytotoxicity in comparison with that of free Dox in physiological medium(pH 7.4).In specific,ICG-Dox/DNA@CaP only released Dox in a weakly acidic nuclease-containing environment,such as tumor microenvironment and endosome/lysosome.Moreover,Dox/DNA complexes exhibited synergistic interactions with ICG-based photothermal effect on tumor cell apoptosis in this ICG-Dox/DNA@CaP nanocomposite.This work has demonstrated a new strategy to combine FDA-approved therapeutics(Dox and ICG)in CaP-based nanomaterials for reduced cytotoxicity and enhanced therapeutic effect,and provided a new way to engineer CaP carriers as multifunctional delivery systems for clinical anti-cancer therapy.

Development of Flake Powder Metallurgy in Fabricating Metal Matrix Composites:A Review

Powder metallurgy （PM） is one of the most applied processes in the fabrication of metal matrix composites （MMCs）. Recently, a novel PM strategy called flake PM was developed to fabricate MMCs with nano-laminated or hierarchical architectures. The name ＂flake PM＂ was derived from the use of flake metal powders, which could benefit the uniform dispersion of reinforcements in the metal matrices and thus result in balanced strength and ductility. Flake PM has been proved to be successful in the dispersion of nano aluminum oxides, carbon nanotubes, graphene nano-sheets, and microsized B4C particles in aluminum or copper matrix. This paper reviews the technique and mechanism developments of flake PM in previous studies, and foresees the future develop of this new fabricating method.

According to formula we can simulate the driven force and acceleration of a car.The mechanical formula is used to obtain torque value and theory dynamics is used to driven force.The driven force increases when torque increases and tire diameter decreases.Torque increases when power increases and rotation decreases.Acceleration raises when torque raises and it reduces when its weight raises.It is valued that the economical efficiency about consumed fuel under different power.9 times of efficiency promotion are attained before vehicle arrives 0.5 h,on the other hand 2 times of little efficiency promotion has been attained in driving time between 0.5 h and 1 h even after 1 h.

With regards to the assembly line of cost control of Dechang company,the motor housing′s cost control of process will be necessarily appreciated.Though the supply quantity is large in a machine and the price of motor housing is cheaper,the cost control of automatic production line is significant in this respection.It is found that insufficiency power is main cause for production line failure.The cost control of equipment includes to structure wheel,conveyor and motor for benefit which also needs to be controlled in detail.Only in this way can we fundamentally resolve the main problem of high cost process.When the capital price L increases,Avc also increases too with nonlinear meantime,and Tc&Vc increase in proportion to K.Among them,the Tc increases the highest and then Vc increases lightly.Generally when labour quantity L and capital quantity K increase cost increases in proportion.

Influence of particle size on combustion behavior of bamboo char used for blast furnace injection

The combustion behavior of bamboo char and its relationship with particle sizes were evaluated using thermo-gravimetric analysis.The results showed that the combustion properties of bamboo char were much better than those of the anthracite used as a coal injected for blast furnace ironmaking due to its porous structure,disordered microcrystalline and higher catalytic index of ash minerals.When the particle size increased from -0.074 to 0.500-1.000 mm,the ignition temperature and burnout temperature of bamboo char increased,while the combustible index and comprehensive combustion characteristic index decreased slightly.The apparent activation energies of non-isothermal combustion of bamboo char and anthracite were calculated based on the distributed activation energy model.The results showed that the average activation energy was 162.86 kJ/mol for-0.074 mm anthracite,while it ranged from 71.01 to 89.44 kJ/mol for bamboo chars of different sizes.It revealed that the combustion reactivity of bamboo char in the largest size (0.500-1.000 mm)was much better than that of -0.074 mm,anthracite;thus,the size of biomass char could be enlarged to the maximum size specified by the injection application of blast furnace.

The Fischer-Tropsch synthesis is a significant technology for converting coal,natural gas,and biomass into synthetic fuels.In recent years,the use of microchannel reactors for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis has attracted significant attention.Fischer-Tropsch synthesis experiments were carried out in a microchannel reactor and the influences of reaction conditions on the experimental results were investigated in this study.Based on the experimental data,a dynamic multi-component pseudo-homogeneous variable-volume flow model of microchannel reactors for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis was built to determine the pressure-,velocity-,conversion-and(component-wise)concentration-distributions in reaction channels.The model takes into account the combined effects of gas volume expansion caused by the frictional pressure drop and gas volume contraction caused by reaction consumption.A novel effective method for calculating the pressure and superficial gas velocity values in microchannel reactors was proposed in the model.Besides that,two sets of experimental data were selected from references to evaluate the validity and accuracy of the model.The reaction performances in the microchannels were analyzed carefully based on the calculated results.

As solitary nymphal parasitoids of Pamtrioza sinica,the ectoparasitoid Tamarixia lyciumi and the endoparasitoid Psyllaephagus arenarius act as effective biocontrol agents.Thus,it is necessary to facilitate mass productions of both species.Despite showing an excellent parasitic ability,Ps.arenarius is often trapped fatally inside 5th-instar nymphs of Pa.sinica due to strong host immunity.To improve the emergence rate of Ps.arenarius,we evaluated whether Ps.arenarius could utilize T.lyciumi venom via multiparasitism,so the parasitism characteristics of both species were examined between separate-existence(monoparasitism only)and co-existence(mono-and multiparasitism)systems.Further,the parasitism characteristics of Ps.arenarius on venom-injected hosts with/without T.lyciumi eggs were tested to further identify the facilitator.The results showed the parasitism rate of T.lyciumi was increased while that of Ps.arenarius did not change from separate-existence to co-existence systems.The intrinsic performances of two species in monoparasitism did not differ between separate-and co-existence systems.From monoparasitism(separate-existence)to multiparasitism(co-existence),no differences were detected in the intrinsic performances of T.lyciumi,but those of Ps.arenarius were greatly improved.After T.lyciumi venom injection,the parasitism characteristics of Ps.arenarius did not differ between venom-injected hosts with T.lyciumi eggs and those without,further indicating Ps.arenarius benefited from the venom of T.lyciumi females rather than T.lyciumi egg/larval secretions.Instead of negative effects,multiparasitism with ectoparasitoids improves endoparasitoids due to ectoparasitic venom.The study increases host resource utilization and provides creative ways for mass production of endoparasitoids.
