Placental site trophoblastic tumor(PSTT),a rare gestational trophoblastic neoplasm(GTN),exhibits slow growth,late-onset metastasis,and chemotherapy insensitivity[1,2].The invasive capacity of trophoblasts induces angiogenesis in PSTT,yet the specific mechanism remains unclear[3].PSTT is typically resistant to chemotherapy and hysterectomy stands as the primary therapeutic choice for patients with an overall cure rate of approximately 75%-80%[4,5].Therefore,investigating the precise emergence and progression of PSTT is crucial,aiming to identify novel targets for diagnosis and therapy.

Peatlands have obvious carbon storage capacity and are crucial in mitigating global climate *** the end-product of peatlands,coals have preserved a large amount of palaeoenvironmental *** carbon accumulation rate and the net primary productivity （NPP） of coal-forming peatlands can be used as proxies for recovering palaeoenvironments.A super-thick coal seam （42°35'N,91°25'E） was developed in the Middle Jurassic Xishanyao Formation in the Shaerhu coalfield in the southern margin of the Tuha （Turpan-Hami） Basin,northwestern *** this study,we use the time series analysis to identify the periods of Milankovitch orbital cycles in the Gamma-ray curve of this super-thick （124.85 m） coal and then use the obtained cycle periods of 405 ka,173 ka,44 ka,37.6 ka,22.5 ka to calculate the timeframe of the coalforming peatlands which ranges from 2703.44 to 2975.11 *** that the carbon content of the coal seam is 78.32%and the carbon loss during the coalification is about 25.80%,the carbon accumulation rate of the targeted coal seam is estimated to be 58.47-64.34 g C/m2·a,and the NPP is estimated to be252.28-277.63 g C/m2·*** main palaeoenvironmental factors controlling the NPP of peatlands are CO2content,palaeolatitude and *** reduced NPP values of the palaeo-peatlands in the Shaerhu coalfield can be attributed to the mid-palaeolatitude and/or too low atmospheric *** a certain extent,the NPP of palaeo-peatlands reflects the changes in atmospheric CO2,which can further reveal the dynamic response of the global carbon cycle to climate ***,predicting the level of NPP in the Middle Jurassic and studying the final destination of carbon in the ecosystem are beneficial to understanding the coal-forming process and palaeoenvironment.

Introduction:In the first half of 2023,a global shift was observed towards the predominance of XBB *** faced a significant epidemic between late 2022 and early 2023 due to Omicron subvariants BA.5.2 and *** study aims to depict the evolving variant distribution among provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)in China and explore the factors driving the predominance of XBB ***:Sequences from local and imported coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)cases recorded between January 1 and June 30,2023,were *** study analyzed the changing distribution of viral variants and assessed how the prior dominance of specific variants,XBB subvariants,and imported cases influenced the prevalence of the XBB replacement ***:A total of 56,486 sequences were obtained from local cases,and 8,669 sequences were from imported *** in April,there was a shift in the prevalence of XBB from imported to local cases,with varying dominance among *** PLADs previously high in BF.7,the rise of XBB was delayed.A positive correlation was found between XBB proportions in imported cases from January to March and local cases in *** distribution pattern of XBB subvariants differed between local and imported cases within the same *** significant differences were noted in the replacement rates of XBB ***:The timing of XBB dominance differed among various PLADs in China in the first half of 2023,correlating closely with the prevalence of XBB variants among imported cases.

Due to the strong magneto-elastic coupling in ferromagnetic/ferroelectric heterostructures and the potential applications in lowpower magnetoelectric nanodevices,ferroelastic domains and the corresponding dynamic evolution under external stimuli have attracted intense research *** pulsed laser deposition method,we have successfully grown layered-perovskite Bi_(2)WO_(6)thin films on SrTiO_(3)(001)***,for the as-grown thin films with step-flow morphology,the relationship between ferroelastic domain number and size shows a normal distribution,which is similar to the Boltzman distribution for confined gas molecules at *** addition,with post-annealing,the thin films with as-grown island-like morphology can be optimized for layered morphology,and the initial small ferroelastic domains can grow into large *** study provides an effective strategy for ferroelastic domain engineering,which can be applied for the design of multiferroic heterostructures and low-power nanodevices.
