Metabolic profiles and morphological characteristics of leaf tips among different sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas Lam.)varieties

Sweet potato leaf tips have high nutritional value,and exploring the differences in the metabolic profiles of leaf tips among different sweet potato varieties can provide information to improve their *** this study,a UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap/MS-based untargeted metabolomics method was used to evaluate the metabolites in leaf tips of 32 sweet potato *** varieties with distinct overall metabolic profiles(A01,A02,and A03),two varieties with distinct profiles of phenolic acids(A20 and A18),and three varieties with distinct profiles of flavonoids(A05,A12,and A16)were *** addition,a total of 163 and 29 differentially expressed metabolites correlated with the color and leaf shape of sweet potato leaf tips,respectively,were identified through morphological *** comparison analysis of the phenotypic traits and a metabolite-phenotypic trait correlation analysis indicated that the color differences of sweet potato leaf tips were markedly associated with ***,the level of polyphenols was correlated with the leaf shape of sweet potato leaf tips,with lobed leaf types having higher levels of polyphenols than the entire leaf *** findings on the metabolic profiles and differentially expressed metabolites associated with the morphology of sweet potato leaf tips can provide useful information for breeding sweet potato varieties with higher nutritional value.

This paper is concerned with inverse acoustic scattering in an inhomogeneous medium with a conductive boundary condition and the unknown buried impenetrable objects *** a variational approach,we establish the well-posedness of the direct *** the inverse problem,we shall numerically reconstruct the inhomogeneous medium from the far-field data for different kinds of *** the case when a Dirichlet boundary condition is imposed on the buried object,the classical factorization method proposed in[1]is justified as valid for reconstructing the inhomogeneous medium from the far-field *** the case when a Neumann boundary condition is imposed on the buried object,the classical factorization method of[1]cannot be applied directly,since the middle operator of the factorization of the far-field operator is only *** this case,we develop a modified factorization method to locate the inhomogeneous medium with a conductive boundary condition and the unknown buried *** numerical experiments are provided to demonstrate the practicability of the inversion algorithms developed.

[目的/意义]随着数字平台的崛起以及人类生产、生活实践的平台化迁移,平台社会成为当前技术与社会环境的精确提炼,个人数据成为其中的关键生产要素。探究应用平台之间个人数据的开放关系,能在平台社会的宏观视野中考察个人数据的开放现状及其理论意涵,揭示新型技术与社会环境下的个人数据治理新问题。[方法/过程]文章以国内用户日常使用频繁的Top80应用平台为样本,对应用平台的隐私政策和开放平台官网进行内容分析,对应用平台之间有代表性的开放场景进行参与式观察与社会网络分析。[结果/结论]在平台社会中,应用平台主要会向关联公司和授权合作伙伴开放其用户个人数据,应用平台之间形成了基于后端个人数据流的开放关系网络结构,其实质是个人数据的双向非对称流动。应用平台的普遍开放将进一步扩大个人数据的风险范围,数据聚合将增加个人可识别与再识别出来的风险,数据割据将进一步削弱个人对其数据的控制力。

典型固体废物(废电器、废电池、污泥、焚烧飞灰、废催化剂等)含有大量金属资源,回收再利用的价值极高。微生物浸出典型固体废物受多因素影响。对不同微生物浸出金属的菌种筛选、浸出规律和机理的掌握,有助于典型固体废物中金属资源的绿色高效回收,可为我国“双碳”目标作出贡献。本文综述了从典型固体废物中浸出金属的各类微生物,分析了冶金微生物的作用机制,并展望了微生物冶金的应用前景,以期为微生物冶金技术在典型固体废物中的高效应用提供理论参考。

Understanding the local structure and thermophysical behavior of Mg-La liquid alloys via machine learning potential

The local structure and thermophysical behavior of Mg-La liquid alloys were in-depth understood using deep potential molecular dynamic(DPMD) simulation driven via machine learning to promote the development of Mg-La alloys. The robustness of the trained deep potential(DP) model was thoroughly evaluated through several aspects, including root-mean-square errors(RMSEs), energy and force data, and structural information comparison results;the results indicate the carefully trained DP model is reliable. The component and temperature dependence of the local structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy was analyzed. The effect of Mg content in the system on the first coordination shell of the atomic pairs is the same as that of temperature. The pre-peak demonstrated in the structure factor indicates the presence of a medium-range ordered structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy, which is particularly pronounced in the 80at% Mg system and disappears at elevated temperatures. The density, self-diffusion coefficient, and shear viscosity for the Mg-La liquid alloy were predicted via DPMD simulation, the evolution patterns with Mg content and temperature were subsequently discussed, and a database was established accordingly. Finally, the mixing enthalpy and elemental activity of the Mg-La liquid alloy at 1200 K were reliably evaluated,which provides new guidance for related studies.

The development of an e fficacious and easily prepared no nprecious metal electrocatalyst is crucial for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).This work used a dual template method to prepare the amorphous rare earth-based catalyst PrO_(x)-NC,and optimized the calcination temperature and *** PrO_(x)-NC-900 catalyst has high durability and activity and exhibits superior ORR performance in alkaline electrolytes with an onset potential(E_(0))of 0.96 V and a half-wave potential(E_(1/2))of 0.85 *** research results indicate that the ORR performance of rare earth oxide composite carbon catalysts can be improved by adjusting oxygen vacancies(Ov).In addition,high specific surface area,N rich defect *** oxygen vacancies,and the synergistic effect of oxygen vacancies and N-doped carbon interfacial layer play a significant part in the enhancement of *** performance of the zinc air battery assembled with PrO_(x)-NC-900 is significantly improved,and rare earth oxides and carbon frameworks originating from metal organic frameworks(MOFs)contribute to the oxygen electrocatalyst and electron transfer rate of the zinc air *** catalyst provides promising information for the development of rare earth metal oxide nanostructures as potential candidate materials for ORR in alkaline media.

随着社交网络技术在政治领域的强势入侵,国际社交网络对国家政治安全带来革命性影响。国际社交网络中的政治参与能够通过线上线下联动机制、衍生机制和涌现机制对国家政权安全产生威胁;国际社交网络中的恐怖主义扩散能够通过回音室机制、群体极化机制和非对称优势机制对社会安全与稳定产生威胁;国际社交网络中的意识形态传播能够通过分化机制、削弱机制和渗透机制对国家政治制度安全产生威胁。国际社交网络中的跨境数据流动能够模糊政治安全的治理边界,削弱主权国家作为治理主体的权威性、合法性和独立性。因此,应利用国际社交网络掌握政治安全发展态势,构建多元主体协同治理结构,构建基于网络空间主权的命运共同体。

The effective construction of electromagnetic(EM)wave absorption materials with thin matching thickness,broad bandwidth,and remarkable absorption is a great solution to EM pollution,which is a hot topic in current environmental *** this study,N-doped reduced graphene oxide(N-rGO)was first prepared using a facile hydrothermal ***,high-purity 1T-MoS_(2)petals were homogeneously anchored to the wrinkled surface of N-rGO to fabricate 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO *** numerous electric di-poles and profuse heterointerfaces in 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO would induced the multiple reflection and scattering of EM waves in a distinct-ive multidimensional structure formed by two-dimensional N-rGO and 1T-MoS_(2)microspheres with plentiful thin nanosheets,remarkable conduction loss derived from the migration of massive electrons in a well-constructed conductive network formed by 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO,and abundant polarization loss(including dipolar polarization loss and interfacial polarization loss).All of these gave the 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO nanocomposites superior EM wave absorption *** effective absorption bandwidth of 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO reached 6.48 GHz with a relatively thin matching thickness of 1.84 mm,and a minimum reflection loss of-52.24 dB was achieved at 3.84 ***,the radar scattering cross-section reduction value of 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO was up to 35.42 dB·m^(2) at 0°,which further verified the huge potential of our fabricated 1T-MoS_(2)@N-rGO nanocomposites in practical applications.
