Safe and Stable Lithium Metal Batteries Enabled by an Amide-Based Electrolyte

The formation of lithium dendrites and the safety hazards arising from flammable liquid electrolytes have seriously hindered the development of high-energy-density lithium metal ***,an emerging amide-based electrolyte is proposed,containing LiTFSI and butyrolactam in different molar ratios.1,1,2,2-Tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropylether and fluoroethylene carbonate are introduced into the amide-based electrolyte as counter solvent and *** well-designed amide-based electrolyte possesses nonflammability,high ionic conductivity,high thermal stability and electrochemical stability(>4.7 V).Besides,an inorganic/organic-rich solid electrolyte interphase with an abundance of LiF,Li3N and Li-N-C is in situ formed,leading to spherical lithium *** formation mechanism and solvation chemistry of amide-based electrolyte are further inves-tigated by molecular dynamics simulations and density functional *** applied in Li metal batteries with LiFePO4 and LiMn2O4 cathode,the amide-based electrolyte can enable stable cycling performance at room temperature and 60℃.This study provides a new insight into the development of amide-based electrolytes for lithium metal batteries.

随着锂离子电池从便携式电子设备到大规模储能系统的应用,开发具有高能量密度、功率密度和长循环寿命的锂离子电池成为研究的重点之一.而锂离子电池的性能很大程度上取决于电极材料.目前,广泛使用的无机电极材料普遍存在容量提升有限、能耗高和成本高等缺陷.因此,开发新型电极材料至关重要.与传统无机材料相比,有机电极材料具有结构可控、资源丰富、清洁环保和成本低廉等优势,近年来得到了广泛关注.其中共轭羰基化合物以羰基为活性基团,因其结构多样、理论容量高和反应动力学快而被广泛研究.本文从正极、负极、全电池三方面,综述了目前国内外已经开展的关于羰基化合物作为锂离子电池电极材料的研究工作,评述了这些化合物的电化学性能及其具备的优势和存在的不足,并指出了有机化合物作为锂离子电池电极材料需要解决的关键问题.

Metallic Fe/Cu superlattice films on glass substrates were prepared by a dc-magnetion sputtering *** modulation behaviors and the crystal structures of the films were ex- amined by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)respectively. Their magnetic properties were studied by means of ferromagnetic resonnance spectrometer and the vibrating sample *** results show that there exists a strong magnetic coupling between the neighbouring Fe layers and it is the coupling that affectes the magnetic properties of these superlattice films.

A three-level（TL） phase-shift pulse width modulation（PSPWM） dc-dc converter is proposed for electric ship medium voltage direct current（MVDC） application.A dc-ac-dc topology is adopted for the converter considering galvanic isolation between input MVDC and output low voltage direct current（LVDC）.Output voltage regulation of the converter is obtained by the use of *** order to achieve fixed frequency and zero steady-state error during steady-state conditions and fast response during transient conditions for the converter,a linear and nonlinear composite control strategy is presented in this *** proposed composite control strategy is based on the small-signal model of the *** verify the feasibility of the control strategy,detailed simulations have been *** control strategy has also been validated through the hardware-in-loop RT-LAB *** experimental and simulation results prove the proposed composite control strategy to be superior in dynamic response over that of a conventional linear control strategy.

The Grounding fault location and protection is a key technology for the DC power system and is important to the normal operation of the power system and the safety of operators. The grounding fault location protection method based on additional grounding resistance is introduced in this paper, and its controller is made. It takes high risk and cost to directly test the controller directly in the DC power system. Therefore, a hardware in loop（HIL） real-time simulation system is established on the real-time simulation platform RT-LAB to verify the function of the controller. The real-time simulation results are compared with those obtained from MATLAB/simulink off-line simulation, which shows that the grounding fault location and protection method is feasible and effective, and that the controller has successfully implemented its function.

Geometric structure of N_(2)O^(q+)(q=5,6)studied by Ne^(8+)ion-induced Coulomb explosion imaging

We report the study on the complete three-body Coulomb explosion(CE)of N_(2)O^(q+)(q=5,6)induced by 56-keV/u Ne8+ion collision with N2O gaseous *** CE channels for N_(2)O^(5+)and seven for N_(2)O^(6+)are identified by measuring three ionic fragments and the charge-changed projectile in quadruple *** the kinetic energy release(KER)and momentum correlation angle(MCA)distributions of three ionic fragments for each of the CE channels are also *** computation is presented to reconstruct the geometric structure of N_(2)O^(q+0prior to dissociation based on the measured KER and *** N–N and N–O bond lengths and the N–N–O bond angles of N_(2)O^(q+)for each of the channels are determined.
