Design and experiment of high-speed straw cleaning unit with double air springs

No-tillage planters need to be equipped with row cleaners to remove post-harvest plant residue from the *** two-disc row cleaners cannot effectively remove the plant residue at high speed because the working depth is unstable,which leads to poor seeding quality of the seeder.A straw cleaning unit with double air springs was designed to achieve better straw cleaning performance at high *** analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the double air spring system showed that it enabled separate adjustment of force and stiffness.A dynamic model of the straw cleaning unit was established,and the effectiveness of the double air spring system with adjustable stiffness in stabilizing the working depth of the row cleaners was *** experiments were conducted to evaluate the straw cleaning performance and consistency of downforce against the ground of the straw cleaning unit with double air springs at different high *** results showed that the stiffness of the double air spring system for better straw cleaning performance of the straw cleaning unit was different at different working speed,and the required stiffness increased as the working speed increased;When the working speed was 8-12 km/h,the coefficient of variation of cleaned strip width was 6.9%-12.1%,the straw cleaning rate was 81.6%-92.2%and the root mean square error of downforce was 19.93-28.63 N;the coefficient of variation of cleaned strip width was moderately positively correlated with the root mean square error of downforce,and the cleaned strip width consistency was better when the root mean square error of downforce was lower than 25.00 N.

This paper investigates the interdecadal variability in the lagged relationship between the spring Victoria mode(VM)and the following-winter El Ni?o–Southern Oscillation(ENSO).It is found that the relationship is strong during high correlation(HC)periods,e.g.1957–1964 and 1981–2004,but weak during low correlation(LC)periods,e.g.1907–1924,1926–1956,1965–1980,and2005–*** surface air–sea coupling and the evolution of subsurface ocean temperature anomaliesh along the equatorial Paci?c associated with the VM are found to be strong during HC periods and weak during LC periods,which results in a stronger impact of the VM on the following-winter ENSO during HC *** interdecadal change in the relationship between the VM and ENSO is mainly due to the interdecadal change in the intensity of the VM,which is found to be in?uenced by the North Paci?c ***?ndings may improve the prediction skill for the onset of ENSO events.

Platycladus orientalis is one of the main tree species in Mount Tai, and its sustainable development is of great significance to the protection and development of the forest ecological environment of Mount Tai. In this study, a representative sample plot of Platycladus orientalis with a size of 30 m * 20 m was selected on Mount Tai. The growth and distribution of the parent trees and seedlings of Platycladus orientalis were investigated in the sample plots. The results showed that both the mother cypress trees and seedlings inside the plot present an aggregated distribution pattern within a certain scale, which conforms to the distribution of most natural communities;and the mother cypress can promote seedlings within a certain scale. Although Platycladus orientalis has good natural regeneration ability, it is difficult to succeed in understory regeneration solely relying on natural fertility, and it is not conducive to the long-term stable development of forest stands. Therefore, the thinning of Platycladus orientalis and the adjustment of the forest stand structure and artificial promotion of natural regeneration can not only reduce operating costs, but also conform to the idea of forest near-natural management and maintain sustainable forest development.

5-Demethylnobile tin(5-DMN),a hydroxylated polymethoxyflavone(OH-PMF)identified in aged citrus peels,has demonstrated health benefiting effects in previous studies.5-DMN undergoes biotransformation in vivo,yielding 5,3’-didemethylnobiletin(5,3’-DDMN),5,4’-didemethylnobiletin(5,4’-DDMN)and5,3’,4’-tridemethylnobiletin(5,3’,4’-TDMN).However,the anti-cancer effects of 5-DMN and its in vivo metabolites against HepG2 cells remain *** this study,an efficient chemical synthetic method was developed to obtain 5-DMN and its 3 metabolites,and their molecular structures were confirmed by;H NMR and ***,cell cycle arrestment,apoptosis and caspase-3 expression were investigated to evaluate the anti-liver cancer effects of these OH-PMFs on HepG2 *** results showed that all 4 compounds inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells in a concentration-dependent *** anti-proliferative activity was exerted through inducing G2/M phase arrestment,cell apoptosis and promoting expression of a key apoptotic protein called cleaved *** results indicated that 5,3’-DDMN and5,3’,4’-TDMN showed a stronger inhibitory activity on cell proliferation than 5-DMN,followed by 5,4’-*** expression of cleaved caspase-3 was the highest in cells treated with 5,4’-DDMN,implying that the apoptosis induced by other OH-PMFs might be mediated by other apoptotic execution *** research reveals the application potential and scientific evidence for the production and functionality of OH-PMFs.
