为了在老年人跌倒之前进行预判并及时触发跌倒防护气囊,防止跌倒对老年人身心造成严重伤害,提出了基于双向长短期记忆神经网络的轻量级跌倒预测算法,采用深度学习模型自动提取加速度计数据深层特征,省去因人工提取跌倒数据特征所消耗的时间,提升了跌倒预测模型的泛化能力。首先根据跌倒落地时刻和前置时间截取数据窗口作为输入;其次设计轻量级双向长短期记忆神经网络提取加速度特征并预测跌倒;最后借助TensorFlow Lite框架对模型进行轻量化改造。实验结果表明所提算法在SisFall跌倒公开数据集中获得了96.92%的准确率,95.73%的敏感度,98.15%的特异度,跌倒前置反应时间达215 ms,足以触发跌倒防护气囊。对应的TensorFlow Lite模型所占空间大小仅为62.2 kB,算法运行时间为1.20 ms,有望部署在嵌入式可穿戴终端,进行实时跌倒预测。所提算法实现了更高的预测精度并具有较长的跌倒预警时间,更适于资源受限的嵌入式设备,为老年人跌倒预测和可穿戴式跌倒保护装置的开发提供了进一步的参考。

为适应物联网节点计算能力弱、存储空间不足和敏感数据易受攻击等特点,提出一种新的融合卷积神经网络和差分隐私的轻量级入侵检测模型,使模型更好适应物联网苛刻的资源环境。首先,使用MinMax算法对原始流量数据进行归一化预处理;其次,设计轻量级卷积神经网络提取流量特征并进行分类;最后使用差分隐私算法对模型可能遇到的成员推理攻击进行防御。新算法在UNSW_NB15等入侵检测数据集上进行了实验,所提模型准确率达到98.98%,精确率达到98.05%,模型大小控制在200 KB左右,相比于DAE-OCSVM算法准确率提高了2.81%,适用于物联网资源有限环境下要求的高精度入侵检测;同时,针对模型可能遇到的成员推理攻击进行研究,算法在融入差分隐私算法后降低了20.96%的成员推理攻击。

Dominant technology formation is the key for the hightech industry to“cross the chasm”and gain an established foothold in the market(and hence disrupt the regime).Therefore,a stimulus-response model is proposed to investigate the dominant technology by exploring its formation process and ***,based on complex adaptive system theory and the basic stimulus-response model,we use a combination of agent-based modeling and system dynamics modeling to capture the interactions between dominant technology and the socio-technical *** results indicate the following:(i)The dynamic interaction is“stimulus-reaction-selection”,which promotes the dominant technology’s formation.(ii)The dominant technology’s formation can be described as a dynamic process in which the adaptation intensity of technology standards increases continuously until it becomes the leading technology under the dual action of internal and external mechanisms.(iii)The dominant technology’s formation in the high-tech industry is influenced by learning ability,the number of adopting users and ***,a“critical scale”of learning ability exists to promote the formation of leading technology:a large number of adopting users can promote the dominant technology’s formation by influencing the adaptive response of technology standards to the socio-technical landscape and the choice of technology standards by the socio-technical *** is a minimum threshold and a maximum threshold for the role of adaptability in the dominant technology’s formation.(iv)The socio-technical landscape can promote the leading technology’s shaping in the high-tech industry,and different elements have different *** study promotes research on the formation mechanism of dominant technology in the high-tech industry,presents new perspectives and methods for researchers,and provides essential enlightenment for managers to formulate technology strategies.

Based on the elementary band representations(EBR),many topologically trivial materials are classified as unconventional ones(obstructed atomic limit),where the EBR decomposition for a set of electronic states is not consistent with atomic valenceelectron band *** the work,we identify that the unconventional nature can also exist in phonon spectra,where the EBR decomposition for a set of well-separated phonon modes is not consistent with atomic vibration band representations(ABR).The unconventionality has two types:typeⅠis on an empty site;and typeⅡis on an atom site with non-atomic vibration *** unconventionality is described by the nonzero real-space invariant at the *** detailed calculations show that the black phosphorus(BP)has the typeⅠunconventional phonon spectrum,while 1H-Mo Se_(2)has the typeⅡone,although their electronic structures are also ***,the obstructed phonon modes are obtained for two types of unconventional phonon spectra.

Hypoxia is the common characteristic of almost all solid tumors, which prevents therapeutic drugs from reaching the tumors. Therefore, the development of new targeted agents for the accurate diagnosis of hypoxia tumors is widely concerned. As carbonic anhydrase IX (CA IX) is abundantly distributed on the hypoxia tumor cells, it is considered as a potential tumor biomarker. 4-(2-Aminoethyl)benzenesulfonamide (ABS) as a CA IX inhibitor has inherent inhibitory activity and good targeting effect. In this study, Ag 2 S quantum dots (QDs) were used as the carrier to prepare a novel diagnostic and therapeutic bioprobe (Ag 2 S@polyethylene glycol (PEG)-ABS) through ligand exchange and amide condensation reaction. Ag 2 S@PEG-ABS can selectively target tumors by surface -modi fied ABS and achieve accurate tumor imaging by the near infrared -II (NIR-II) fluorescence characteristics of Ag 2 S QDs. PEG modi fication of Ag 2 S QDs greatly improves its water solubility and stability, and therefore achieves high photothermal stability and high photothermal conversion ef ficiency (PCE) of 45.17%. Under laser irradiation, Ag 2 S@PEG- ABS has powerful photothermal and inherent antitumor combinations on colon cancer cells (CT -26) in vitro . It also has been proved that Ag 2 S@PEG-ABS can realize the effective treatment of hypoxia tumors in vivo and show good biocompatibility.
