Most of the current analytical methods depend largely on laboratory-based analytical techniques that require expensive and bullky equipment,potentially incur costly testing,and involve lengthy detection *** increasing requirements for point-of-care testing(POCT),more attention has been paid to miniaturized analytical *** electrochemical(MEC)sensors,including different material-based MEC sensors(such as DNA-,paper-,and screen electrode-based),have been in strong demand in analytical science due to their easy operation,portability,high sensitivity,as well as their short analysis *** have been applied for the detection of trace amounts of target through measuring changes in electrochemical signal,such as current,voltage,potential,or impedance,due to the oxidation/reduction of chemical/biological molecules with the help of electrodes and electrochemical *** sensors present great potential for the detection of targets including small organic molecules,metal ions,and *** recent years,MEC sensors have been broadly applied to POCT in various fields,including health care,food safety,and environmental monitoring,owing to the excellent advantages of electrochemical(EC)*** review summarized the state-of-the-art advancements on various types of MEC sensors and their applications in ***,the future perspectives,opportunities,and challenges in this field are also discussed.

This paper intensively explores the critical issues related to the quantitative and accurate evaluations of FCG behavior in the early stage,macro fatigue fracture toughness,and the critical crack size for damage tolerance in nuclear *** address these issues,scale-span FCG tests were carried out using two typical specimens,CT and SEM in-situ *** results indicate that the FCG threshold and the effective FCG length have a significant correlation with the modified maximum loop stress theory for a mixed I/II *** particular,the effective FCG length(a_(eq))and the applied stress threshold of polycrystalline graphite are important parameters for fatigue damage tolerance design in engineering *** influencing factors of ΔK_(th,eq) and a_(eq) were discussed in detail using the mixed I/II mode,*** addition,the scattered values of ΔK_(IC) for this graphite can be quantitatively estimated using the Weibull distribution *** predicated parameters and experimental results demonstrate a strong correlation.

Background: The objective of this study was to determine the effects of supplementing Cu on growth performance, Cu metabolism and Cu-related enzyme activities of weanling pigs fed diets with two different Cu sources, and to estimate optimal Cu requirements and relative bioavailability from these two sources for ***: Weanling pigs were allocated to 14 treatments arranged factorially, including 6 added Cu levels(5, 10,20, 40, 80, 160 mg/kg), and 2 mineral sources(tribasic Cu chloride, TBCC and copper proteinate, Cu Pro), as well as one negative control(0 mg/kg added Cu level) and one maximum allowed level treatment(200 mg/kg TBCC) for the entire 38-d experiment. Growth performance, mineral status and enzyme activities were measured at the end of this ***: Increasing levels of Cu showed linear and quadratic responses(P 80 mg/kg) and Cu Pro(> 20 mg/kg) significantly decreased(P < 0.05) diarrhea incidence of weanling pigs. There were linear and quadratic increases(P < 0.01) in bile, hepatic,and intestinal Cu concentrations, fecal Cu contents, and plasma enzyme activities(alkaline phosphatase,ceruloplasmin, Cu, Zn-Superoxide dismutase(Cu/Zn SOD), and glutathione peroxidase), whereas plasma malondialdehyde decreased(P < 0.01) linearly and quadratically as dietary Cu level increased. Similarly, pigs fed Cu Pro absorbed and retained more Cu and excreted less Cu than those fed TBCC when supplemented 80 mg/kg and above. Optimal dietary Cu requirements for pigs from 28 to 66 d of age estimated based on fitted broken-line models(P < 0.05) of bile Cu, plasma Cu/Zn SOD and growth performance were 93–140 mg/kg from TBCC, and 63–98 mg/kg from Cu Pro accordingly. According to slope ratios from multiple linear regression, the bioavailability value of Cu Pro relative to TBCC(100%) was 156–263%(P < 0.01).Conclusion: The findings indicated that Cu recommendation from current NRC(5–

Occurrence and distribution of bisphenol compounds in different categories of animal feeds used in China

Bisphenol compounds(BPs)are of concern worldwide as potential environmental contaminants,and these chemicals may migrate into animal-derived foodstuffs from animal *** this study,12 BPs were analyzed in 7 varieties of animal feed groups totaling 203 samples collected from various provinces in China.6 BPs were found in these feed samples,with a total detection frequency of 75.5%.The total concentration of all BPs(S6BPs)in each type of feed ranged from below the limit of detection to 75.3 ng g^(-1),with an overall mean value of 4.52 ng g^(-1).The frequency of BPs contamination and the S6BPs values were found to be higher in animal-based feeds(P_(frequency)>0.05,P_(concentration)<0.01)than in plantbased *** and BPS were the predominant BPs in these feed samples,accounting for(on average)63.9%and 24.6%of the total BPs,***,the mean concentrations of BPA in these animal feeds were much lower than the legal limits set by China and European Union,implying a low direct risk to both animal health and animal-derived food ***,the evident risk of the contamination of various animal-derived food items with BPs passed through the feed chain merits further investigation.

乌东煤矿由采矿活动引发的地质灾害主要有地裂缝和地面塌陷。查清矿区地质灾害类型、规模和分布,分析地质灾害成因、危害程度和发展趋势,对煤矿绿色矿山建设和可持续发展至关重要。以World View-2数据为依据,在建立遥感解译标志基础上,采用遥感解译与野外验证相结合、人机交互解译与计算机自动信息提取相结合的方法,圈定了乌东煤矿由采矿活动引发的地质灾害点及其集中发育区,测量了地质灾害体的展布方向、几何参数和影响面积。经分析,乌东煤矿地裂缝和地面塌陷的特殊形态和分布特征主要是煤层赋存状况、井田开采工艺及煤层顶板管理方式、煤层顶底板岩土工程稳定性等因素共同作用的结果,从而为乌东煤矿相关部门进行地质灾害防治决策提供了依据。

露天矿土地复垦是矿区生态治理的重要内容,也是国家煤炭行业生态文明建设的重要组成部分。研究提出露天矿土地复垦指数,用来表征露天矿土地复垦评价效果,采用层次分析法,确定各指标权重,构建了露天矿土地复垦综合评价指标体系及考核评价方法,并提出了考核级别划分标准。采用上述考评体系和方法,选取某大型煤炭央企所属的典型露天煤矿,收集整理2014年度土地复垦遥感监测、生态修复和治理等基础数据,评价各露天矿年度土地复垦效果,验证了本考核评价方法的可行性。
