AIM： To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） and epithelial growth factor receptor （EGFr） throughout the progression of Barrett＇s esophagus （BE）. METHODS： COX-2 and EGFr protein expressions were detected by using immunohistochemical method. A detailed cytomorphological changes were determined. Areas of COX-2 and EGFr expression were quantified by using computer Imaging System. rEsuLTS： The expressions of both COX-2 and EGFr increased along with the progression from BE to esophagus adenocarcinoma （EAC）. A positive correlation was found between COX-2 expression and EGFr expression. CONCLUSION： COX-2 and EGFr may be cooperative in the stepwise progression from BE to EAC, thereby leading to carcinogenesis.

Aphis gossypii has become increasingly difficult to manage due to its strong insecticide *** the laboratory,we established sulfoxaflor-resistant and acetamiprid-resistant strains in two *** populations with different basal insecticide resistance levels,and evaluated the effects of basal insecticide resistance on the resistance development and cross-resistance,as well as differences in *** the same selection pressure,Yarkant ***(with low basal insecticide resistance)evolved resistance to sulfoxaflor and acetamiprid more quickly than Jinghe ***(with high basal insecticide resistance),and the evolution of *** resistance to sulfoxaflor developed faster than acetamiprid in both Yarkant and Jinghe,Xingjiang,*** sulfoxaflor-resistant strains selected from Yarkant and Jinghe developed significant cross-resistance to acetamiprid,imidacloprid,thiamethoxam and pymetrozine;while the acetamiprid-resistant strains developed significant cross-resistance to sulfoxaflor,imidacloprid,thiamethoxam,pymetrozine,and *** relative fitness of *** decreased as the resistance to sulfoxaflor and acetamiprid *** relative fitness levels of the sulfoxaflor-resistant strains(Yarkant-sulr and Jinghe-sulr)were lower than those of the acetamipridresistant strains(Yarkant-Acer and Jinghe-Acer).In addition,the relative fitness levels of sulfoxaflor-and acetamiprid-resistant strains were lower in Jinghe than in *** summary,basal insecticide resistance of *** and insecticide type affected the evolution of resistance to insecticides in ***,as well as cross-resistance to other *** sulfoxaflor-and acetamiprid-resistant *** strains had obvious fitness *** results of this work will contribute to the insecticide resistance management and integrated management of ***.

To effectively obtain the downforce of the gauge wheels in real time,mechanical models of the interaction among the ground,gauge wheels,gauge wheel arms,and depth adjustment lever were constructed.A measuring method was proposed for monitoring the downforce through a two-dimensional radial sensing device,and a corresponding prototype was *** simulation analysis of the sensing device with ANSYS,a 45°angle was determined to exist between the strain gauge axis and the sensing device axis,and the Wheatstone bridging circuit of r1+r3−r5−r7(r stands for resistance strain gauge,different figures represent the strain gauge number)and r2+r4−r6−r8 was *** to performance and calibration tests for the sensing device,the maximum interaction effect between the X and Y axes was 2.52%,and the output signal was stable and *** standard error of the slope of the fitting equation of the downforce calculation model is *** to the field test,the average downforce of the gauge wheels was 1148,1017,843,and 713 N,at different sowing speeds of 6,8,10,and 12 km/h,*** coefficients of variation were 0.40,0.41,0.62,and 0.71,*** results indicate that the downforce fluctuation of the gauge wheels became more severe with increasing planting *** the strain simulation analysis and field test verified that the measurement method is accurate and reliable,the performance of the sensing device is stable,the measurement method and sensing device meet the application requirements and lay a foundation for the research of accurate and stable control of downforce of no-till planter.

Phosphate tailings are usually used as backfill material in order to recycle tailings *** study considers the effect of the mix proportions of clinker-free binders on the fluidity,compressive strength and other key performances of cementitious backfill materials based on phosphate *** particular,three solid wastes,phosphogypsum(PG),semi-aqueous phosphogypsum(HPG)and calcium carbide slag(CS),were selected to activate wet ground granulated blast furnace slag(WGGBS)and three different phosphate tailings backfill materials were ***,rheology,settling ratio,compressive strength,water resistance and ion leaching behavior of backfill materials were *** to the results,when either PG or HPG is used as the sole activator,the fluidity properties of the materials are *** tailings backfill material activated with PG present the largest fluidity and the lowest yield ***,the backfill material’s compressive strength is considerably increased to 2.9 MPa at 28 days after WGGBS activation using a mix of HPG and CS,all with a settling ratio of only 1.15 ***,all the three ratios of binder have obvious solidification effects on heavy metal ions Cu and Zn,and P in phosphate tailings.

Two distinctive rearranged 19-nor-7,8-seco-labdane diterpenoids(1 and 2)with a novel tetracyclo[5.***.1.0^(2,5.)0^(4,10)]decane skeleton,a derivative of the open tetrahydrofuran ring(7),three dimeric compounds(8-10),and four revised homologs(3-6)were obtained from Chinese liverwort Pallavicinia *** structures were identified via combined analysis of their spectroscopic data,single-crystal X-ray diffraction patterns,and ECD *** light-driven conversion of compound 5 to compounds 1-4 demonstrated that photochemically induced postmodification involved in biosynthesis is an important way to diversify natural structures.A preliminary cytotoxicity assay revealed that compound 5 showed significant inhibition in the human prostate cancer(PC-3)cell line via an apoptotic pathway.

The specific heat capacity of working fluid is an important influence factor on heat transfer characteristic of the pulsating heat pipe(PHP).Due to the relatively large specific heat capacity of micro encapsulated phase change material(MEPCM) suspension,a heat transfer performance experimental facility of the PHP was *** heat transfer characteristic with MEPCM suspension of different mass concentrations(0.5% and 1.0%) and ultra-pure water were compared *** was found that when the PHP uses MEPCM suspension as its working fluid,operating stability is impoverished under lower heating power and the operating stability is better under higher heating *** the inclination angle of 90°,the temperature at heating side decreases compared to ultra-pure water and the temperature at heating side decreases with the raising of MEPCM suspension mass *** heat transfer characteristic of the PHP is positively correlated with the inclination angle and the 90° is *** unfavorable effect of the inclination angle decreases with heating power *** the inclination angle is 90°,the PHP with MEPCM suspension at 1.0% of mass concentration has the lowest thermal transfer resistance and followed by ultra-pure water and MEPCM suspension at 0.5% of mass concentration has the highest thermal transfer *** the inclination angles are 60° and30°,the effect of gravity on the flow direction is reduced to 86.6% and 50% of that on the inclination angle of 90°,respectively,and the promoting effect of gravity on the working fluid is further weakened as the inclination angle further *** to the high viscosity of MEPCM suspension,the PHP with ultra-pure water has the lowest heat transfer *** the inclination angles is 60°,the thermal resistance with MEPCM suspension at0.5% of the mass concentration is lower than that at 1.0% at the heating power below 230 *** thermal resistance of MEPCM suspension tends to be simila
