The dense and accurate measurement of 3D texture is helpful in evaluating the pavement *** form dense mandatory constraints and improve matching accuracy,the traditional binocular reconstruction technology was improved ***,a single moving laser line was introduced to carry out global scanning constraints on the target,which would well overcome the difficulty of installing and recognizing excessive laser ***,four kinds of improved algorithms,namely,disparity replacement,superposition synthesis,subregion segmentation,and subregion segmentation centroid enhancement,were established based on different constraint ***,the improved binocular reconstruction test device was developed to realize the dual functions of 3D texture measurement and precision *** show that compared with traditional algorithms,the introduction of a single laser line scanning constraint is helpful in improving the measurement’s *** various improved algorithms,the improvement effect of the subregion segmentation centroid enhancement method is the *** has a good effect on both overall measurement and single pointmeasurement,which can be considered to be used in pavement function evaluation.

Rare earth ion-doped fluorescent glass has become a hotspot due to its *** work shows that the prepared Dy^3+and Dy^3+/Eu^3+doped glasses have white light emission under ultraviolet *** is a higher yellow light/blue light(Y/B)value,indicating an increase in the covalentity of Dy-O,and decrease in the symmetry with the increasing concentration of dopants(Dy^3+).The correlated color temperature(CCT)can be effectively reduced by the red light emission of Eu^3+,and the order of influence of excitation wavelength on CCT is 395 nm>382 nm>365 *** delay curve demonstrates the energy transfer from Dy^3+to Eu^3+.The glass has the characteristics of anti-blue light damage and wide tunable color temperature,which illustrates that it has potential application in the field of white LED.

With the development of electrode materials in lithium ion batteries-upgrading from LiCoO_(2)and LiFePO_(4)to Ni-rich layered oxides,and the shifting of battery systems from high cost lithium ion to low cost sodium ion technology,the air sensitivity of the electrode materials has become an increasingly important issue in both production and ***,the air sensitivity of electrode materials must be carefully considered throughout nearly all stages of their life,including material design,synthesis,production,storage,packaging,transportation,and battery ***,a fundamental understanding of the air degradation mechanism of electrode materials and the exploration of new methods to enhance their air stability are of great significance for the development of batteries with better ***,we provide a review of the issues related to air exposure of electrode materials in Li/Na ion batteries,including factors related to air sensitivity,degradation mechanisms,and recent progress in improving their air *** merits and existing challenges of different strategies are presented,and a rational design perspective as well as general principles for evaluating air stability are proposed.

Power sources with strong mechanical properties and high-energy density are highly desirable for the next-generation flexible ***,the challenge arises from the current electrode structure design,which is unable to bring both satisfactory mechanical and electrochemical properties with high active materials content and ***,we reported novel flexible,highstrength,and mechanically stable TiO_(2)-based film electrodes for advanced sodium-ion batteries,achieving an ultrahigh strength(up to≈60 MPa)and commercial-level areal capacity(4.5 mAh cm^(-2)).Highly-dispersed TiO_(2) and interlaced carbon nanotube(CNT)networks are embedded in the sheet-liked cellulose to form porous,high-conductive,and high-active TiO_(2)-C nanosheets that is basic building subunits of TiO_(2)-C films,allowing the films with structural robustness and origami-level *** strategy reconciles the contradiction between mechanical properties and active material content in flexible electrodes,and the fabricated electrode with a high TiO_(2) content of>65%can be bent more than 11000 times without ***,good capacity and excellent cycle stability(0.02‰capacity-decay rate over 9000 cycles)of TiO_(2)-C film under a higher active content(75%)has well satisfied the demands of flexible energy storage devices for electrochemical *** TiO_(2)-C subunit assembly methodology demonstrates enormous potential in high-strength/toughness flexible electrode construction for flexible electronics.

A number of studies have indicated that disor- ders of consciousness result from multifocal injuries as well as from the impaired functional and anatomical connectivity between various anterior forebrain regions. However, the specific causal mechanism linking these regions remains unclear. In this study, we used spectral dynamic causal modeling to assess how the effective connections （ECs） between various regions differ between individuals. Next, we used connectome-based predictive modeling to evaluate the performance of the ECs in predicting the clinical scores of DOC patients. We found increased ECs from the striatum to the globus pallidus as well as from the globus pallidus to the posterior cingulate cortex, and decreased ECs from the globus pallidus to the thalamus and from the medial prefrontal cortex to the striatum in DOC patients as compared to healthy controls. Prediction of the patients＇ outcome was effective using the negative ECs as features. In summary, the present study highlights a key role of the thalamo-basal ganglia-cortical loop in DOCs and supports the anterior forebrain mesocircuit hypothesis. Furthermore, EC could be potentially used to assess the consciousness level.

AIM: To investigate association of the 2Gor1Gsingle nudeotide polymorphism (SNP) in matrix metalloproteinase 1 (MMP1) promoter with susceptibility to esophageal squam-ous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and gastric cardiac adenocarcinoma (GCA) in a population of North China. METHODS: MMP1 promoter SNP was genotyped by polymerase-chain reaction (PCR)-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis in 417 cancer patients (234 ESCC and 183 GCA) and 350 healthy controls. RESULTS: The genotype frequencies of the MMP1 promoter SNP in healthy controls were 55.4% (2G/2G), 30% (1G/2G) and 14.6% (1G/1G), respectively. The genotype and allelotype distribution in ESCC and GCA patients was not significantly different from that in healthy controls (all lvalues were above 0.05). Compared with the 1G/1Ggenotype, neither the 2G/2Gnor in combination with the 1G/2G genotype significantly modified the risk of developing ESCC and GCA, the adjusted odds ratio was 1.28 (95%CI = 0.78-2.09), 1.23 (95%CI = 0.38-2.05) in ESCC and 1.39 (95%CI = 0.80-2.41), 1.34 (95%CI = 0.74-2.40) in GCA, respectively. When stratified by smoking status and family history of upper gastrointestinal cancer, the 2G/2Ggenotype alone or in combination with the 1G/2G genotype also did not show any significant influence on the risk of ESCC and GCA development. In addition, influence of the MMP1 SNP on lymphatic metastasis in ESCC and GCA was also not obs-erved. CONCLUSION: The 2Gor 1GSNP in the MMP1 promoter might not modify the risk of ESCC and GCA development and might not be used as a stratification marker to predict the potential of lymphatic metastasis in these two tumor types.

AIM: To investigate the possible association of microsomal epoxide hydrolase ( mEH) Tyr113 His polymorphism with susceptibility to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) in a population of North ***: The mEH-Tyr113 His genotypes were determined by polymerase-chain reaction (PCR)-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis in 257 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and 252 healthy subjects as a control ***: The frequencies for Tyr and His alleles were 44.2 %, 55.8 % in ESCC patients, and 44.0 % and 56.0 %in healthy subjects, respectively. No statistic difference in allele distribution was observed between ESCC patients and controls (x2=0.008, P=0.929). The overall genotype distribution difference was not observed between cancer cases and controls (x2=2.116, P=-0.347). Compared with Tyr/Tyr genotype, neither His/His genotype nor in combination with Tyr/His genotype significantly modified the risk of the development of ESCC, the adjusted odds ratio was 1.076 (95 % CI=0.850-1.361) and 0.756 (95 % CI=0.493-1.157),respectively. When stratified for sex, age, smoking status and family history of upper gastrointestinal cancer, His/His genotype alone or in combination with Tyr/His genotype also did not show any significant influence on the risk of developing ***: MEH Tyr113His polymorphism may not be used as a stratification marker in screening individuals at a high risk of ESCC.
