This article mainly discussed bulk material lHvl^ared by powder metallurgy, and the commercial 2024 aluminum alloy powder and FeNiCrCoA13 high entropy alloy powder （both produced by argon gas atomization process） were ball-milled for different hours. The prepared powder was consolidated by hot extrusion method. The microstruetures of the milled powder and bulk alloy were examined by X - Ray Diffraction （XRD）, Scanning Electron Microscopy （SEM） and Transmission Electron Microscopy （TEM）. The thermal stability was tested by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. Mechanical properties of the extruded alloy were examined by Vickers hardness tester and mechanical testing machine. The results show that after milling, the mixed particle sizes and microstructures of the alloy powder change obviously. The compressive strength of the extruded alloy has reached 580 MPa under certain conditions of milling time and composition.

BACKGROUND The relationship between autoimmune gastritis(AIG)and gastric polyps(GPs)is not well *** To explore the clinical characteristics and risk factors of AIG with GPs in *** This double center retrospective study included 530 patients diagnosed with AIG from July 2019 to July *** collected clinical,biochemical,serological,and demographic data were of each *** regression analyses,both multivariate and univariate,were conducted to pinpoint independent risk factors for GPs in patients with AIG *** operating characteristic curves were utilized to establish the optimal cutoff values,sensitivity,and specificity of these risk factors for predicting GPs in patients with *** Patients with GPs had a higher median age than those without GPs[61(52.25-69)years vs 58(47-66)years,P=0.006].The gastrin-17 levels were significantly elevated in patients with GPs compared with those without GPs[91.9(34.2-138.9)pmol/mL vs 60.9(12.6-98.4)pmol/mL,P<0.001].Additionally,the positive rate of parietal cell antibody(PCA)antibody was higher in these patients than in those without GPs(88.6%vs 73.6%,P<0.001).Multivariate and univariate analyses revealed that PCA positivity[odds ratio(OR)=2.003,P=0.017],pepsinogen II(OR=1.053,P=0.015),and enterochromaffin like cells hyperplasia(OR=3.116,P<0.001)were significant risk factors for GPs,while pepsinogen I was identified as a protective *** PCA positivity and enterochromaffin like cells hyperplasia are significant risk factor for the development of GPs in patients with *** gastrin-17 levels may also play a role in this *** findings suggest potential targets for further research and therapeutic intervention in managing GPs in patients with AIG.

In this study,focusing on the geometry characteristics of spherical expanding flame,the turbulent premixed flames of natural gas/air mixtures were investigated in a fan-stirred turbulent *** effects of initial temperature(T=300-400 K),initial pressure(P=0.1-0.3 MPa),turbulence intensity(u'=1.0-2.7 m/s),oxygen volumetric percentage(φ(O_(2))=15%-21%)and carbon dioxide volumetric percentage(φ(CO_(2))=0-20%)were delved *** flame profile under the Cartesian coordinate system was derived from the schlieren images taken by the high-speed ***,from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,the influence of experimental conditions on the flame geometry characteristics was explored through flame front extraction,wavelet decomposition and network *** results demonstrate that for significant flame wrinkling,changes in species concentrations and turbulence intensity have more pronounced effects on the flame wrinkling *** wrinkling of the flame front maintains a certain degree of similarity,as evidenced by the locally concentrated distribution of the angles of the maximum fluctuation *** disturbance energy under large-scale(D6-D8)disturbances exhibits relatively high values with a similar trend,exerting a significant impact on the geometry characteristics of the flame *** peaks of correlation degree are scattered either with the decomposition scale or the development of flame radius,indicating no linear correlation between different detail ***,the probability distribution of node degrees in key wrinkled regions exhibits different trends with that of large-scale wrinkling and disturbance energy,especially with changes in initial *** occurs because the number of key wrinkles varies based on the perturbation's strength or the region's ***,an increase in the fluctuation frequency of the flame's local radius may not necessarily lead to an increase in the number of key folded regions.

By encapsulating nanoscale particles of goethite(α-FeO(OH)),hydrous ceric oxide(CeO_(2)·H_(2)O,HCO)and silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)in the pores of polystyrene anion exchanger D201,a novel nanocomposite FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 was prepared for the effective removal of arsenic from *** isotherm study shows that FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 has excellent adsorption performance for As(III)and As(V),with an increased adsorption capacity of As(III)to 40.12 mg/g compared to that of 22.03 mg/g by the composite adsorbent without AgNPs(FeO(OH)-HCO-D201).The adsorption kinetics data showed that the sorption rate of FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 for As(III)is less than that for As(V),and the adsorption of As(III)and As(V)were consistent with the pseudo-second-order model and the pseudofirst-order model,*** or basic conditions are favored for the adsorption of As(III/V)by FeO(OH)-*** with nitrate/chloride/bicarbonate,sulfate/silicate/phosphate showed more remarkable inhibition of arsenic removal by FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201,whereas natural organic matter showed no interference to the arsenic *** As(V)adsorption involved different interactions such as electrostatic attraction and surface complexation,while the adsorption of As(III)involved the part oxidization of As(III)to As(V)and the simultaneous adsorption of As(III)and As(V).In addition to the Ce(IV)in CeO_(2)·H_(2)O acted as an oxidant,the synergistic effect ofα-FeO(OH)and AgNPs also contributed to the oxidization of As(III)to As(V).Moreover,the reusable property suggested that this FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 nanocomposite has great potential for arsenic-contaminated water purification.

The dysbiosis of oral microbiota contributes to diseases such as periodontitis and certain cancers by triggering the host inflammatory *** methods for the immediate and sensitive identification of oral microorganism is crucial for the rapid diagnosis and early interventions of associated *** methods for microbial detection primarily include the plate culturing,polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,which are either time-consuming or ***,we reported a persistent luminescence-encoded multiple-channel optical sensing array and achieved the rapid and accurate identification of oral-derived *** results demonstrate that electrostatic attractions and hydrophobic-hydrophobic interactions dominate the binding of the persistent luminescent nanoprobes to oral microorganisms and the microbial identification process can be finished within 30 ***,a total of 7 oral-derived microorganisms demonstrate their own response patterns and were differentiated by linear discriminant analysis(LDA)with the accuracy up to 100%both in the solution and artificial saliva ***,the persistent luminescence encoded array sensor could also discern the microorganism mixtures with the accuracy up to 100%.The proposed persistent luminescence encoding sensor arrays in this work might offer new ideas for rapid and accurate oralderived microorganism detection,and provide new ways for disease diagnosis associated with microbial metabolism.

Natural medicines(NMs) demonstrate distinct advantages in the clinical management of chronic diseases. Recent years have seen growing recognition of the gut microbiota's role in the efficacy and synergy of NMs, providing new impetus for elucidating the material basis and mechanisms of NMs and their path toward modernization. A fundamental question that has emerged is how NM-microbiota interactions integrate into the multi-target holistic mechanisms of NMs, the answer to which may also illuminate new avenues for drug discovery. Metabolic regulation via small-molecule metabolites has been increasingly implicated in host-microbe interaction. This review presents an integral metabolic perspective on NMs-microbiota interaction in host health and disease. It highlights the emerging understanding of gut microbiota-related metabolic signals implicated in NM components' local and systemic actions. Additionally, it discusses key issues and prospects related to drug development and the translational study of NMs.

A recent study by Wang et al,published in the World Journal of Psychiatry,provided preventative and therapeutic strategies for the comorbidity of obesity and *** gut-brain axis,which acts as a two-way communication system between the gastrointestinal tract and the central nervous system,plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of these *** suggests that metabolic byproducts,such as short-chain fatty acids,lipopolysaccharide and bile acids,which are generated by the gut microbiota,along with neurotransmitters and inflammatory mediators within the gut-brain axis,modulate the host's metabolic processes,neuronal regulation,and immune responses through diverse *** interaction between obesity and depression via the gut-brain axis involves disruptions in the gut microbiota balance,inflammatory immune responses,and alterations in the neuroendocrine *** the gut-brain axis,for example,through a ketogenic diet,the use of probiotics,and the supplementation of antioxidants,offers new remedial approaches for obesity and *** research that explores the mechanisms of the gut-brain axis is needed to provide more evidence for clinical treatment.

Understanding the ecological adaptation of tree species can not only reveal the evolutionary potential but also benefit biodiversity conservation under global climate *** is a keystone genus in Northern Hemisphere forests,and its wide distribution in diverse ecosystems and long evolutionary history make it an ideal model for studying the genomic basis of ecological *** we used a newly sequenced genome of Quercus gilva,an evergreen oak species from East Asia,with 18 published Fagales genomes to determine how Fagaceae genomes have evolved,identify genomic footprints of ecological adaptability in oaks in general,as well as between evergreen and deciduous *** found that oak species exhibited a higher degree of genomic conservation and stability,as indicated by the absence of large-scale chromosomal structural variations or additional whole-genome duplication *** addition,we identified expansion and tandem repetitions within gene families that contribute to plant physical and chemical defense(e.g.,cuticle biosynthesis and oxidosqualene cyclase genes),which may represent the foundation for the ecological adaptation of oak *** rhythm and hormone-related genes may regulate the habits of evergreen and deciduous *** study provides a comprehensive perspective on the ecological adaptations of tree species based on phylogenetic,genome evolutionary,and functional genomic analyses.
