A new copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(PDA)(H 2O) 2] was synthesized and its structure was determined. Cu(Ⅱ) is five coordinated in a tetragonal pyramid geometry. The two coordinating water molecules are different and the two Cu-O bond lengths differ by nearly 0.02 nm. The whole crystal is linked to form a three dimensional network by means of hydrogen bonds. The X band ESR spectrum shows three different g tensors with a well resolved hyperfine structure in the g z signal, giving the ESR parameters g x=2 05, g y =2 065 and g z =2 29. The covalency of the coordinate bonds and the deviation from tetragonal pyramid geometry for the complex are discussed based on the ESR spectra.

The basic principle and numerical technique for simulating two three-dimensional bubbles near a free surface are studied in detail by using boundary element method. The singularities of influence coefficient matrix are eliminated using coordinate transformation and so-called 4π rule. The solid angle for the open surface is treated in direct method based on its definition. Several kinds of configurations for the bubbles and free surface have been investigated. The pressure contours during the evolution of bubbles are obtained in our model and can better illuminate the mechanism underlying the motions of bubbles and free surface. The bubble dynamics and their interactions have close relation with the standoff distances, buoyancy parameters and initial sizes of bubbles. Completely different bubble shapes, free surface motions, jetting patterns and pressure distributions under different parameters can be observed in our model, as demon- strated in our calculation results.

采用光谱分析结合分子模拟技术探究了鞣花酸(EA)及其代谢产物尿石素A~D(UA~D)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用机理,有助于解析其药理毒性和药效。研究结果表明EA和UA~D能与HSA以1∶1的摩尔比例结合并通过静态方式猝灭HSA的荧光。UA和UC与HSA结合是氢键和范德华力驱动的放热过程,而EA和UD与HSA结合疏水相互作用驱动的吸热过程。三维荧光图谱分析表明UC~D和EA与UA~B分别增加了HSA色氨酸和酪氨酸微环境的亲水性和疏水性。分子模拟分析结果表明,EA和UA~D与HSA的活性氨基酸残基Lys436、Asp187、Lys432、Arg485、Leu430、Leu4、Ile388、Tyr411等形成氢键,与氨基酸残基Ala191、Val456、Lys199和Trp214之间存在疏水相互作用,证明其主要通过氢键和范德华力与HSA结合,屏蔽HSA的糖基化位点,抑制其糖基化。可为EA和UA~D作为糖基化抑制剂用于治疗糖尿病并发症奠定理论基础。

Rechargeable aqueous zinc-iodine（Zn-I2） batteries are widely regarded as a promising contender for energy-storage devices,due to their intrinsic safety,low cost,and high ***,the severe shuttle effect of polyiodides and the large volume change of I2cathode induce severe capacity loss and poor electrochemical reversibility,hindering their commercial ***,we report that the low-cost gelatinized starch（Gstarch） can be used as a bifunctional binder for Zn-I2batteries to circumvent the above problems *** on both calculation and experimental data,it is demonstrated that the double-helix structure of G-starch with both α-1,4-and α-1,6-glycosidic bonds can strongly interact with polyiodides to suppress the shuttle ***,the G-starch with multiple hydrogen-bonded cross-linking networks exhibits a much-enhanced adhesion ability and can buffer the volume expansion of active *** contrast,the traditional carboxymethyl cellulose sodium-based aqueous binder lacks these *** a result,the G-starch binder enables the aqueous Zn-I2battery to achieve a high reversible capacity of212.4 mAh·g-1at 0.2 A·g-1after 1000 cycles and ultralong-cycling life over 48,000 cycles with 135.4 mAh·g-1and 89.6% capacity retention at 2 A·*** work develops a simple yet efficient strategy to construct highperformance Zn-I2batteries.

目的探讨高频超声评价腓肠肌与慢性肾病(CKD)早期合并肌少症的相关性。方法选择2020年1月至2023年1月在昆山市第四人民医院就诊的137例早期CKD患者,其中男性98例,女性39例;年龄42~70岁,平均年龄54.36岁;身体质量指数(BMI)18.53~24.12 kg... 详细信息

目的探讨高频超声评价腓肠肌与慢性肾病(CKD)早期合并肌少症的相关性。方法选择2020年1月至2023年1月在昆山市第四人民医院就诊的137例早期CKD患者,其中男性98例,女性39例;年龄42~70岁,平均年龄54.36岁;身体质量指数(BMI)18.53~24.12 kg/m^(2),平均BMI 22.93 kg/m^(2)。根据亚洲肌少症工作组(AWGS)制定的肌少症的诊断标准,由骨骼肌质量指数(SMI)、优势手握力(HGS)及肌肉功能评估,把患者分为CKD合并肌少症组和单纯CKD组。利用常规超声测量右侧腓肠肌内侧头肌肉厚度、羽状角及肌束长度。采用单因素和多因素二元Logistic回归分析腓肠肌超声指标与CKD合并肌少症的相关性。结果单因素分析结果显示CKD合并肌少症组患者年龄大于单纯CKD组,肌酐、尿蛋白高于单纯CKD组,评估肾小球滤过率(eGFR)低于单纯CKD组,差异均有统计学意义[(57.81±8.07)岁vs(53.35±6.95)岁、(130.48±32.00)μmol/L vs(113.87±631.55)μmol/L、(2.26±0.89)μmol/L vs(1.91±0.66)μmol/L、(74.48±16.36)mL/(min·1.73 m2)vs(89.66±17.24)mL/(min·1.73 m2)。P均<0.05]。CKD合并肌少症组患者SMI、HGS和肌肉功能均低于单纯CKD组,差异均有统计学意义[(6.15±1.23)kg/m^(2)vs(9.07±2.28)kg/m^(2)、(24.56±3.54)kg vs(31.46±6.79)kg、(0.75±0.12)m/s vs(0.94±0.23)m/s]。超声测量腓肠肌结果显示,CKD合并肌少症组患者腓肠肌厚度、羽状角和肌束长度均小于单纯CKD组,差异有统计学意义[(12.64±1.54)mm vs(13.73±1.41)mm、(13.93±1.05)°vs(16.00±1.56)°、(43.44±2.05)mm vs(44.54±2.14)mm。P均<0.05]。多因素二分类Logistic回归分析结果显示腓肠肌厚度[比值比(OR)=0.589,95%可信区间(CI)0.390~0.889,P=0.012]和羽状角度(OR=0.284,95%CI0.067~0.558,P=0.000)、eGFR(OR=0.921,95%CI 0.882~0.936,P=0.000)和肌酐(OR=1.026,95%CI 1.008~1.044,P=0.004)与CKD早期合并肌少症独立相关,其受试者工作特性(ROC)曲线下面积为0.887,灵敏度为93.40%,特异度为74.19%。结论高频超声测量腓肠肌厚度和羽状角减小可能提示CKD早期患者合并肌少症,可为临床医生早期识别肌少症并进行干预和改善患者预后提供辅助信息。

Microplastics(MPs) are considered one of the main causes of male and female infertility. However, the reproductive toxicity and its related mechanisms are currently understood primarily through animal models with acute exposure to MPs. In this study, we demonstrate that lowdose exposure to polystyrene microplastics(PSMPs) leads to severely abnormal reproduction in females, manifested by oocyte meiotic maturation defect. Mechanistically, PSMPs exposure induce the overactivation of cell metabolism pathways, insufficient HDACs, and H4K16hyperacetylation in oocytes both in vivo and in vitro. When an HDAC3 inhibitor is added, the oocyte maturation defect, overactivation of cell metabolism pathways, and H4K16 hyperacetylation are recapitulated. Conversely, the overexpression of HDAC3 can rescue the defects in meiotic maturation induced by PSMPs. Our observations suggest a direct link between the maturation defects caused by PSMPs and HDAC3insufficiency. Thus, we propose potential treatments to address the meiotic maturation defect of oocytes in women highly exposed to MPs by activating or supplying HDAC3.
