Helicobacter pylori(***)infection induces pathological changes via chronic inflammation and virulence factors,thereby increasing the risk of gastric cancer *** with invasive examination methods,***-related serum indicators are cost-effective and valuable for the early detection of gastric cancer(GC);however,large-scale clinical validation and sufficient understanding of the specific molecular mechanisms involved are ***,a comprehensive review and analysis of recent advances in this field is *** this review,we systematically analyze the relationship between *** and GC and discuss the application of new molecular biomarkers in GC *** also summarize the screening potential and application of *** immunoglobulin G and virulence factor-related serum antibodies for identifying GC *** indicators provide early warning of infection and enhance screening ***,we discuss the potential combination of multiple screening indicators for the comprehensive analysis and development of emerging testing methods to improve the accuracy and efficiency of GC *** this review may lack sufficient evidence due to limitations in existing studies,including small sample sizes,regional variations,and inconsistent testing methods,it contributes to advancing personalized precision medicine in high-risk populations and developing GC screening strategies.

As battery deployments in electric vehicles and energy storage systems grow, ensuring homogeneous performance across units is crucial. We propose a multi-derivative imaging fusion(MDIF) model, employing advanced imaging and machine learning to predict battery aging trajectories from minimal initial data, thus facilitating effective performance grouping before deployment. Utilizing a derivative strategy and Gramian Angular Difference Field for dimensional enhancement, the MDIF model uncovers subtle predictive features from discharge curve data after only ten cycles. The architecture includes a parallel convolutional neural network with lateral connections to enhance feature integration and *** on a self-developed dataset, the model achieves an average root-mean-square error of 0.047 Ah and an average mean absolute percentage error of 1.60%, demonstrating high precision and *** robustness is further validated through transfer learning on two publicly available datasets, adapting with minimal retraining. This approach significantly reduces the testing cycles required, lowering both time and costs associated with battery testing. By enabling precise battery behavior predictions with limited data, the MDIF model optimizes battery utilization and deployment strategies, enhancing system efficiency and sustainability.

The sub-continental lithosphere mantle(SCLM)represents a mechanical barrier that separate the convecting mantle from the exosphere,and possesses the ability to sequester and release volatiles,making it an integral part in deep volatile *** we explore the SCLM in modulating F and Cl cycling through a case study from the Early Cretaceous Dabeigou basalts in the North China Craton(NCC).These lavas are associated with decratonization of the NCC,a process involving significant removal and replacement of the ancient *** Dabeigou basalts,characterized by arc magma-like trace element signatures,evolved initial^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr(0.70574–0.70578),ε_(Nd)(t)(-11.2–-11.1),andε_(Hf)(t)(-13.7–-13.4)values,along with high Fe/Mn ratios,Ni contents,andδ^(18)O values(5.8‰–6.8‰)of olivine phenocrysts,are compatible with their origination from a veined,pyroxene-rich source formed through the infiltration and interaction of hydrous silicate melts from the subducting Pacific slabs with ambient ***-hosted melt inclusions of the Dabeigou basalts have compositions similar to the whole rocks,indicating that they record pre-eruptive melt compositions forming the whole *** melt inclusions exhibit high F(1371–2316 ppm)and moderate Cl(688–900 ppm)contents,with high F/Cl ratios of 2.1±0.3(1σ).The F and Cl signatures of the Dabeigou basalts are different from those of typical arc magmas,which are commonly characterized by high Cl contents(median of~1200 ppm)and low F/Cl ratios(ting and preserving F and *** is,amphibole crystallization prefers to retain F rather than Cl,making the metasomes in vein enriched in F and exhibiting elevated F/Cl ratios compared to original metasomatic *** is further suggested that the scenario inferred from the Dabeigou basalts mi

Obtaining the sulfonamides(SAs)concentrations in the water body and sediment bulk was a prerequisite to reveal their transport and partitioning behavior in sediment-water environments and accurately assess their ecological *** the present study,the influences of multifactor interactions on the performance of o-DGTs with XAD-18 binding gels were analyzed by central combination experiments and response surfaces analysis,in which the target compounds were 9 *** results indicated that dissolved organic matter(DOM),pH,and suspended particulate matter(SS)had significant effects on the o-DGT sampling,whereas this o-DGT was independent of the ionic strength(IS).Concentning the composite influence of the four factors,the interaction between DOM and SS posed the most significant effect on all 9 SAs ***,an o-DGT and DIFSmodel was applied to explore the SAs migration between the water-sediments *** difference between desorption rate(k_(b))and adsorption rates(k_(f))values suggested that the kinetics of SAs was dominated by ***,the short-term sediment-water partitioning of SAs was clarified on the basis of distribution coefficient(K_(dl))for the labile SAs,among which the sulfadiazine(SDZ)had the largest labile *** ability of sediments to release SAs to the liquid phase as a sink was determined by response time(T_(c)).Among the 9 SAs,the longterm release of soseulfamethoxypyridazine(SMP)from the solid phase of sediments would have a potential risk to the aquatic environment,to which more attention should be paid in the future.

超固结黏土的应力-应变特性随超固结程度的演变呈现出较为复杂的力学特性。开发一个实用的本构模型可为超固结黏土的数值分析提供强有力的工具。首先,分析超固结黏土的剪胀特性随超固结程度的变化,将超固结参数引入剪胀关系中,建立形式简单的超固结黏土剪胀方程,并将其积分为塑性势面。然后,在边界面理论的框架下,结合所提出的剪胀方程,采用简单实用的理论方法,建立超固结黏土的边界面本构模型。最后,采用大范围超固结度下的三轴排水压缩和拉伸、三轴不排水压缩和拉伸试验以及复杂应力路径试验对所提本构模型的性能进行全面验证。结果表明:所提出的模型可以较好地描述超固结黏土的应力-应变特性随超固结程度的变化,并且在体变和孔压模拟方面具有较大的优势。

The spatiotemporal substitution method was used to collect yellow soil and purple soil with different acidification degrees;analyze the effects of acidification on the composition and properties of soil aggregates;explore the distribution characteristics，occurrence forms，and availability of arsenic（As）in soil aggregates with different acidification degrees;and reveal the key factors restricting the availability of soil As. The results showed that the distribution of total As in each aggregate was positively affected by its mass fraction，and the larger the mass fraction，the more the total As distribution. Soil acidification destroyed the aggregate structure，reduced the mass fraction of large aggregate S1（>2 mm）by 5 to 15 percentage points，led to the increase in amorphous iron content by 2 to 7 times，and decreased the total As distribution of S1. The available As was positively regulated by non-obligate/obligate adsorptive arsenic（F1，F2）（F1+F2 correlation coefficient 0.76）and negatively affected by residual arsenic（F5）（correlation coefficient −0.89）. Soil acidification significantly reduced the ratio of F1 to F2 after exogenous As entered the soil，resulting in a decrease in ω（available As）from 6.71-15.37 mg·kg−1 to 2.36-9.26 mg·kg−1，and the highest exogenous available As content was found in S1 and microaggregate S4（ © 2025 Science Press.
