Healthy life expectancy with cardiovascular disease among Chinese rural population based on the prospective cohort study

BACKGROUND Limited research has explored the impact of cardiovascular disease(CVD) on healthy life expectancy(HLE)especially in resource-limited areas. This study aimed to investigate the association between CVD and HLE in Chinese rural *** This study included 11,994 participants aged 45 years and older from the baseline and follow-up surveys of the Henan rural cohort study. Healthy status was measured via a Visual Analogue Scale. The multistate Markov model was applied to estimate the association between CVD and transitions in health, unhealthiness and death. Gender-specific total life expectancy,HLE and unhealthy life expectancy were calculated by the multistate life table *** During a mean follow-up time of 3.85(3.84–3.86) years, there were 588 deaths recorded. For individuals with CVD,the risk of switching from health to unhealthiness status was increased by 71% [hazard ratio(HR) = 1.71, 95% CI: 1.42–2.07], the chance of recovery was reduced by 30%(HR = 0.70, 95% CI: 0.60–0.82). Men aged 45 years without CVD could gain an extra 7.08(4.15–10.01) years of HLE and lose 4.00(1.60–6.40) years of unhealthy life expectancy compared to their peers with CVD, respectively. The corresponding estimates among women were 8.62(5.55–11.68) years and 5.82(2.59–9.04) years, *** This study indicated that CVD was significantly associated with poorer health status and lower HLE among Chinese rural population. It is an important public health policy to adopt targeted measures to reduce the CVD burden and enhance the quality of life and HLE in resource-limited areas.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Genistein-derived Compound

A genistein derivative, 5-hydroxy-3-（4-hydroxyphenyl）-7-（2-（piperidin- 1-yl）ethoxy）- 4H-chromen-4-one 3, was designed, prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray structure analysis reveals that 3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca, with a = 16.238（3）, b = 10.308（2）, c = 22.987（5）A, V = 3847.6（13）A3, Z = 8,μ= 0.093 mm^-1, Dc = 1.317 g/cm^3, F（000） = 1616, R = 0.0789 and wR = 0.1554 for 1463 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）.

The historical evolution of the regulations for the Florence Nightingale Medal

Objective: This study aimed to explore the 100-year changes in regulations for the Florence Nightingale ***: We used the announcements of the Florence Nightingale Medal awards as the research object to analyze-via historical and inductive methods-the regulations for receiving the Florence Nightingale ***: In the award years, the greatest number of winners per award year was 71 and the lowest was 12. The medal was initially exclusively awarded to living people but evolved to include both living and deceased people. The recipients were balanced among all countries. The gender of the winners showed a changing trend from being limited to only females to including both males and *** was also a shift from emphasis on only dedication of the recipient to equal emphasis on both dedication and ***: The selection criteria for recipients of the Florence Nightingale Medal evolved from consideration of those showing only dedication to equal consideration of both dedication and innovation.

Dermatology nurse prescribing in China:a Delphi method

This study proposes the establishment of a knowledge-system ontology in the nursing field. It uses advanced data mining techniques,digital publishing technologies, and new media concepts to comprehensively integrate and deepen nursing knowledge and to aggregate sources of knowledge in specialized technical fields. This study applies all forms of media and transmission channels, such as personal computers and mobile devices, to establish a knowledge-transmission system that provides knowledge services such as knowledge search, update retrieval, evaluation, questions and answers(Q&As), online viewing, information subscription, expert services, push notifications, review forums, and online learning. In doing so, this study creates an authoritative and foundational knowledge service engine for the nursing field, which provides convenient, flexible, and comprehensive knowledge services to members of the nursing industry in a digital format.

A bibliometric analysis of research on nursing models in countries other than China

Objectives＂ To deepen our understanding of the status quo and to identify the hot topics and develop- mental trends of research on nursing models in countries other than China in the most recent decade. Methods： The study subjects were the publications retrieved from the PubMed database using the MeSH terms of ＂Models, Nursing＂. Bibliographic item co-occurrence mining system （BICOMS） software was used for conventional bibliometric analysis of publications during two time periods, 2005-2009 and 2010-2014. The number of published journal articles, journal distribution, authors of publications, country of origin of journals, and language of publications were analyzed to establish a high-frequency keyword profile and co-occurrence matrix. Graphical clustering toolkit （gCLUTO） software was applied for two-way clustering analysis and visualized analysis. Results： A total of 1472 journal articles with a key theme of nursing models were retrieved for final analysis, including 771 published during 2005-2009 and 701 during 2010-2014. The bibliometric analysis revealed that publications other than China concerning nursing models were mostly concentrated in the United States and the United Kingdom and that the number of relevant publications has been continuously decreasing. The two-way clustering analysis showed that there were mainly four types of research themes in the relevant publications in countries other than China during 2005-2009, i.e., nursing education and theoretical research, clinical nursing and psychological care, nursing administration, and models of nursing education, whereas there were five types during 2010-2014, i.e., nursing theories and clinical nursing practice, nursing administration models and assessments of nurses＇ knowledge and skills, community nursing administration models, nursing human resource management, and nursing education models and approaches. A study of clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China and variation trends based on word frequency analysis and visualization analysis

Objective: To analyze clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China and variation trends in order to provide reference points on the current state of development of clinical psychological nursing and future research ***: Clinical psychological nursing research literature sourced from Wanfang Data for the three periods of 2007-2009, 2010-2012, and 2013-2015 were selected as the research sample. A bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB software) was used to perform keyword word frequency analysis and generate a keyword co-occurrence matrix. In addition, Ucinet software's Netdraw tool was used to create visualized network ***: A total of 27890 articles were retrieved, and word frequency analysis revealed that the highestfrequency keywords consisted of anxiety, depression, the elderly, expectant women, coronary heart disease, diabetes, breast cancer, perioperative period, quality of life, and psychological *** hotspot analysis revealed that consistent hotspots comprised anxiety, depression, health education, and perioperative period; expectant women became a hotspot during 2010-2012, and quality of life and efficacy became hotspots during ***: In addition to the care process, clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China have increasingly included the effectiveness of psychological nursing and impact on patient quality of life. In addition, research hotspots have been influenced by the incidence of illnesses and people's health consciousness.

Optimal Energy Efficiency Based High-speed Flying Control Method for Hydraulic Quadruped Robot

Herein,a control method based on the optimal energy efficiency of a hydraulic quadruped robot was proposed,which not only realizes the optimal energy efficiency of flying trot gait but also ensures the stability of high-speed ***,the energy consumption per unit distance was adopted as the energy efficiency evaluation index based on the constant pressure oil supply characteristics of the hydraulic system,and the global optimization algorithm was adopted to solve the optimal ***,the gait parameters that affect the energy efficiency of quadruped were analyzed and the mapping relationship between each parameter and energy efficiency was captured,so as to select the optimum combination of energy efficiency parameters,which is significant to improve endurance ***,to ensure the stability of the high-speed flying trot gait motion of the hydraulic quadruped robot,the active compliance control strategy was ***,the proposed method was successfully verified by simulations and *** experimental results reveal that the flying trot gait of the hydraulic quadruped robot can be stably controlled at a speed of 2.2 m/s.
