Precipitation is a common phenomenon that occurs during heat *** is internal stress around the precipitate owing to the lattice misfit between the precipitate and *** internal stress has a significant influence not only on the precipitation kinetics but also on the material *** misfit stress can be obtained by numerically solving the mechanical equilibrium ***,this process is complex and *** developed a new approach based on deep learning to accelerate the solution *** training data were first generated by a phase-field model coupled with elastic mechanical equilibrium equations,which were solved using the finite difference *** obtained precipitate morphologies and corresponding stress distributions were input data for training the physics-informed(PI)UNet *** well-trained PI-UNet model can then be applied to predicting stress distributions with the precipitate morphology as the *** accuracy and efficiency are discussed in this *** results showed that the PI-UNet model was an appropriate approach for quickly predicting the misfit stress between the precipitate and matrix.

The Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor(CMOS)image sensor is a critical component with the function of providing accurate positioning in many space application *** long-time operation in space environments,there are radiation related degradation and var-ious uncertainties affecting the positioning accuracy of CMOS image sensors,which further leads to a reliability reduction of CMOS image ***,the reliability of CMOS image sensors is related to their specified function,degradation,and uncertainties;however,current research has not fully described this *** this paper,a comprehensive approach to reliability modelling of CMOs image sensors is proposed based on the reliability science ***,the perfor-mance margin modelling of centroid positioning accuracy is ***,the degradation model of CMOS image sensors is derived considering the dark current increase induced by the total ionizing dose ***,various uncertainties are analyzed and quantified,and the measure-ment equation of reliability is proposed.A case study of a CMOS image sensor is conducted to apply the proposed method,and the sensitivity analysis can provide suggestions for design and use of CMOS image sensors to ensure reliability.A simulation study is conducted to present the advantages oftheproposed comprehensive approach.

mRNA and protein expression of autophagy marker molecule Beclin1 in osteosarcoma tissue and their correlation with pathological features

Objective: To discuss the mRNA and protein expression of autophagy marker molecule Beclin1 in osteosarcoma tissue and their correlation with pathological features. Methods: A total of 60 patients with osteosarcoma receiving surgical treatment in the hospital between April 2012 and January 2016 were selected, and the osteosarcoma tissue and adjacent normal tissue samples were collected during operation. Fluorescence quantitative PCR method was used to detect the expression of Beclin1 mRNA as well as proliferation and invasion gene expression in the tissue specimens, and the Beclin1 protein expression was detected by western-blot method. According to the median of Beclin1 mRNA and protein expression in osteosarcoma tissues, they were further grouped into high Beclin1 mRNA expression group (n=30) and low Beclin1 mRNA expression group (n=30) as well as high Beclin1 protein expression group (n=30) and low Beclin1 protein expression group (n=30). The differences in proliferation and invasion gene expression in osteosarcoma tissue with different Beclin1 mRNA and Beclin1 protein expression were compared. Results: Beclin1 mRNA and Beclin1 protein expression in osteosarcoma tissue were lower than those in adjacent normal tissue;proliferation gene KISS-1 mRNA expression in low Beclin1 mRNA expression group of osteosarcoma tissue was lower than that in high Beclin1 mRNA expression group while Six1, FoxM1, RIPK4 and STIM1 mRNA expression were higher than those in high Beclin1 mRNA expression group;invasion gene DLX1 mRNA expression was lower than that in high Beclin1 mRNA expression group while EFEMP1, MTA1, Notch1, HES1 and LEF-1 mRNA expression were higher than those in high Beclin1 mRNA expression group;proliferation gene KISS-1 mRNA expression in low Beclin1 protein expression group of osteosarcoma tissue was lower than that in high Beclin1 protein expression group while Six1, FoxM1, RIPK4 and STIM1 mRNA expression were higher than those in high Beclin1 protein expression gr

Battery remaining charging time(RCT)prediction can facilitate charging management and alleviate mileage anxiety for electric vehicles(EVs).Also,it is of great significance to improve EV users’***,the RCT for a lithiumion battery pack in EVs changes with temperature and other battery *** study proposes an electrothermal model-based method to accurately predict battery ***,a characteristic battery cell is adopted to represent the battery pack,thus an equivalent circuit model(ECM)of the characteristic battery cell is established to describe the electrical behaviors of a battery ***,an equivalent thermal model(ETM)of the battery pack is developed by considering the influence of ambient temperature,thermal management,and battery connectors in the battery pack to calculate the temperature which is then fed back to the ECM to realize electrothermal ***,the RCT prediction method is proposed based on the electrothermal model and validated in the wide temperature range from-20℃to 45℃.The experimental results show that the prediction error of the RCT in the whole temperature range is less than 1.5%.

Distribution and geochemical significance of alkylbenzenes for crude oil with different depositional environments and thermal maturities

A total of 45 alkylbenzenes were detected and identified in crude oils with different depositional environments and thermal maturities from the Tarim Basin,Beibuwan Basin,and Songliao Basin using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry(GC×GCTOFMS).By analyzing the distribution characteristics of C0-C5alkylbenzenes,it is found that the content of some alkylbenzenes varies greatly in crude *** on the distribution characteristics of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene(Te MB)and 1,2,3,4-Te MB,the ratio of 1,2,4,5-Te MB to 1,2,3,4-Te MB is proposed to indicate the organic matter origin and depositional environment of ancient *** samples originated mainly from lower hydrobiont,algae,bacteria and source rocks deposited under reducing/anoxic conditions have low 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values(less than 0.6),while oil samples originated mainly from terrestrial higher plants and source rocks deposited under oxic/sub-oxic conditions have higher 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values(greater than 1.0).The significant difference of 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values is controlled by 1,2,4,5-Te MB content.1,2,4,5-Te MB content in oils derived from source rocks deposited in oxidized sedimentary environment(greater than 1.0 mg/g whole oil)is higher than that in oils from source rocks deposited in reduced sedimentary environment(less than 1.0 mg/g whole oil).1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB ratio might not or slightly be affected by evaporative fractionation,biodegradation and thermal maturity.1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB ratio and 1,2,4,5-Te MB content can be used as supplementary parameter for the identification of sedimentary environment and organic matter *** should be noted that compared to the identification of organic matter sources,the 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB parameter is more effective in identifying sedimentary environments.
