开展淮南煤田各类型地质体CCUS源汇潜力评估及其匹配性研究,对于CO_(2)–ECBM技术工程化推广意义深远。以淮南煤田各类型地质体(深部不可采煤层、残留煤体、采空区)为研究对象,首先,探讨了各类型地质体CO_(2)地质封存潜力评估方法;其次,分析了各类型地质体CO_(2)地质封存潜力;然后,基于成本最低目标函数及改进节约里程法,开展了CO_(2)地质封存源汇匹配研究,并优化了其管网设计;最后,基于3步走思路,提出了CCS源汇管网规划设计思路的系统建议。研究结果表明:燃煤电厂年平均CO_(2)排放量为0.588亿t,深部不可采煤层、残留煤体及采空区内CO_(2)地质封存总潜力分别为7.6200亿、0.0517亿、0.8246亿t,可分别封存CO_(2)12.97 a、0.088 a及1.40 a;10 a周期内,深部不可采煤层可封存CO_(2)5.876亿t,累计规划管道217.0960 km,需要资金373亿美元;1.45 a周期内,生产矿井及关闭矿井可封存CO_(2)0.852亿t,累计规划管道464.5161 km,需要资金73.6亿美元;基于改进节约里程法,CCS源汇匹配各地质封存汇点累计节约里程266.6127 km,累计节约成本11.21亿美元,分别占管道运输总里程、总成本的57.40%、79.95%;基于3步走思路,可分阶段、分区域实现淮南煤田各CO_(2)排放源及CO_(2)封存汇的全线贯通,可实现CO_(2)的全部运输及地质封存。

Comparative Transcriptome Analysis of Salt-Stress-Responsive Genes in Rice Roots

Soil salinity greatly impairs plant growth and crop ***(Oryza sativa L.)is a salt-sensitive *** better understand the molecular mechanisms of salt tolerance in roots,the BGISEQ-500 sequencing platform was employed to elucidate transcriptome changes in rice roots after 0,3,24,and 72 h of salt *** results showed that root K+content decreased and Na+content increased rapidly after the initial stage of salt stress,but that fresh and dry weight in root did not significantly *** to the control(no salt stress),1,292,453,and 486 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were upregulated,respectively,and 939,894,and 646 DEGs were downregulated,respectively,after 3,24,and 72 h of salt *** number of DEGs was higher during the early stage of salt stress(3 h)than in later stages(24 and 72 h).A number of DEGs involved in the response and adaptation to salt stress were related to protein kinase and calcium-binding,plant hormone signaling and metabolism,transcriptional regulation,metabolic pathways,antioxidant activity,and ion *** of these DEGs were activated during the early stage of salt stress(3 h).The present study reports candidate salt-stressresponsive genes with the potential to genetically improve salt tolerance in rice elsewhere.

传统村落旅游正在兴起,但大多数旅游型传统村落面临着功能落后与缺失问题。文章以湖南省通道侗族自治县皇都村为研究对象,借鉴有机更新理论,从民居空间、公共文化空间、经济空间与生态空间选取村落民居建筑、文化结构秩序、旅游经济业态、村落生态环境作为功能更新对象,构建“空间分类-功能分析-有机更新-空间活化”的功能有机更新路径。研究表明,旅游开发背景下皇都村空间功能存在民居保护与利用矛盾、文化原真与创新矛盾、产品供给与需求矛盾、生态维持与建设矛盾。基于有机更新原则,按照整体性、动态性、主体性制定功能有机更新策略:针对民居功能,因类施策,依据房屋类型与房屋年代进行分类更新;针对文化功能,从文化传承内容、传承技术机制、传承内外主体全面激活文化结构秩序;针对经济功能,提出以文促旅方针,实现旅游经济产业化,完成经济业态升级;针对生态功能,提出在维持生态格局完整的基础上,促进生态效益提升,加强主体保护意识,构建和谐的人地关系。

Self-Supervised Music Motion Synchronization Learning for Music-Driven Conducting Motion Generation

The correlation between music and human motion has attracted widespread research *** recent studies have successfully generated motion for singers,dancers,and musicians,few have explored motion generation for orchestral *** generation of music-driven conducting motion should consider not only the basic music beats,but also mid-level music structures,high-level music semantic expressions,and hints for different parts of orchestras(strings,woodwind,etc.).However,most existing conducting motion generation methods rely heavily on human-designed rules,which significantly limits the quality of generated ***,we propose a novel Music Motion Synchronized Generative Adversarial Network(M^(2)S-GAN),which generates motions according to the automatically learned music *** specifically,M^(2)S-GAN is a cross-modal generative network comprising four components:1)a music encoder that encodes the music signal;2)a generator that generates conducting motion from the music codes;3)a motion encoder that encodes the motion;4)a discriminator that differentiates the real and generated *** four components respectively imitate four key aspects of human conductors:understanding music,interpreting music,precision and *** music and motion encoders are first jointly trained by a self-supervised contrastive loss,and can thus help to facilitate the music motion synchronization during the following adversarial learning *** verify the effectiveness of our method,we construct a large-scale dataset,named ConductorMotion100,which consists of unprecedented 100 hours of conducting motion *** experiments on ConductorMotion100 demonstrate the effectiveness of M^(2)*** proposed approach outperforms various comparison methods both quantitatively and *** visualization,we show that our approach can generate plausible,diverse,and music-synchronized conducting motion.

Zinc ion capacitors(ZICs)have drawn increas-ing interest in energy storage devices because of their economic benefits,high safety,and long cycling ***,the lack of high-performance cathodes for ZICs remains a key ***,we fabricated B,N co-doped porous carbon(BN-C)via a salt template *** aqueous ZICs assembled from BN-C cathode delivered a high capacity of 190.2 mAh·g^(-1)and a remarkable energy density of 105.1 Wh·kg^(-1).Moreover,systematic charac-terization verifies that B/N dual-doping promotes the physical adsorption/desorption kinetics of anion and the chemical absorption/desorption kinetics of Zn^(2+),thus improving the electrochemical performance of *** addition,the quasi-solid-state pouch-type battery exhibited excellent electrochemical durability and mechanical flexi-bility,demonstrating its vast application potential as a flexible power ***,this research not only pre-sents a reasonable approach to the large-scale production of carbon cathode materials with excellent electrochemical performance but also strengthens the essential recognition of the charge storage mechanism of heteroatoms-doped carbon materials.

Performance analysis of two RDSS positioning modes of BeiDou-3 system

The BeiDou-3 global satellite navigation system(BDS-3)provides two radio determination satellite service(RDSS)positioning services for users,i.e.,the traditional RDSS(TRDSS)positioning of the BeiDou-2 regional satellite navigation system,and the comprehensive RDSS(CRDSS)positioning,which integrates the RDSS and radio navigation satellite *** published studies regarding the RDSS positioning service are few,we analyze and compare the performances of the two RDSS positioning ***,we systematically investigate the principles of the TRDSS and CRDSS positioning,and then analyze the evaluation methods in terms of their positioning accuracy,real time,and coverage ***,based on the BeiDou RDSS measured data,we evaluate the performances of the TRDSS and CRDSS *** with TRDSS positioning,CRDSS positioning exhibits the following:1)A significant increase in positioning accuracy,resulting in error improvement from 8 to 2 m and root mean square improvement from 3.13 to 0.85 m;in other words,the positioning error,constant deviation,and stability improve significantly.2)The real time reduces slightly from 1.1 to 1.8 ns,which is within the acceptable range.3)The coverage range expands from the areas of 62°E-145°E and 5°N-55°N to the areas of 50°E-170°E and 0°N-70°N,respectively.4)CRDSS positioning is not restricted by the constraints of the digital elevation database or the user elevation information and can thus solve the occlusion problem effectively.

Sulfonamide and Morpholine-Based Dual Chemosensor for Cu^2＋ and Ag^＋ in Different Solvent Media

The detection of cations has attracted considerable interest because of their importance in various physiological processes. In this study, compound 1 bearing sulfonamidc and morpholine functionalities was synthesized. Its structure was well characterized by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. UV/vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra indicated that it displayed high sensitivity and selectivity for Cu^2＋ and Ag^＋ by switching solvent media. It means that：（1） it showed selective response to Cu2＋ in acetonitrile, （2） whereas it exhibited high selectivity for Ag^＋ in water. The density functional theory calculations were used to clearly explain the different recognition behaviors in different solvent media. This research suggests that compound 1 bearing sulfonamide and morpholine functionalities could act as a multiftmctional chemosensor for monitoring multiple cations by changing solvent media and provides an alternative approach to design novel dual cations chemosensors.

Apoptosis is a form of programmed cell death that is essential for maintaining internal environmental *** apoptosis can cause a variety of diseases;therefore,sensing apoptosis can provide help in study of mechanism of the relevant diseases and drug *** is known that caspase-3 is a key enzyme involved in apoptosis and the expression of its activity is an indication of ***,we present a genetically encoded switch-on m Neon Green2-based molecular biosensor.m Neon Green2 is the brightest monomeric green fluorescent *** substrate of caspase-3,DEVD amino acid residues,is inserted in it,while cyclized by insertion of Nostoc punctiforme Dna E intein to abolish the fluorescence(inactive state).Caspase-3-catalyzed cleavage of DEVD linearizes m Neon Green2 and rebuilds the natural barrel structure to restore the fluorescence(activated state).The characterization exhibited that the Caspase-3 biosensor has shortened response time,higher sensitivity,and prolonged functional shelf life in detection of caspase-3 amongst the existing *** also used the Caspase-3 biosensor to evaluate the effect of several drugs on the induction of apoptosis of He La and MCF-7 tumor cells and inhibition of Zika virus invasion.

Direct constraint on cosmic neutrino mass using observational Hubble parameter data

In order to explore the properties of cosmic neutrinos, i.e. sum of the neutrino mass （∑mv） and the effective number of neutrino species （Neff）, which affects the Hubble expansion rate H（z） and the power of observational Hubble parameter data （OHD） in constraining cosmological parameters under the ACDM model, we utilize OHD to constrain the properties of cosmic neutrinos and apply an accurate H（z） function with ∑ mv, and Neff. First, we simulate new OHD beyond the existing 43 OHD. According to the predictions of measurements of Ho （the current H（z） value）, baryon acoustic oscillations （BAO） peaks, Sandage-Loeb （SL） test and cosmic microwave background （CMB）, we as-sume observational accuracy up to 2% and redshift 0 〈 z ~〈 5. With simulated H（z） data obtained from the fiducial model, we constrain the parameters including ∑ mv, and Neff. When all parameters are set free, ∑mv 〈 0.196eV （95%） and Neff = 2.984 ± 0.826 （68%） are obtained, and when fixing Neff as the standard baseline 3.046, we attain ∑ mv 〈 0.240 eV （95%）. These constrained results are much tighter than the ones obtained by the current OHD, which makes the prospect of OHD in constraining cosmological parameters more promising as its accuracy and quantity grow.
