Epidemic Spreading with Time Delay on Complex Networks

In this paper, we propose a susceptible-infected-susceptible （SIS） model on complex networks, small-world （WS） networks and scale-free （SF） networks, to study the epidemic spreading behavior with time delay which is added into the infected phase. Considering the uniform delay, the basic reproduction number R0 on WS networks and ~ on SF networks are obtained respectively. On WS networks, if R0 〈 1, there is a disease-free equilibrium and it is locally asymptotically stable; if R0 〉 1, there is an epidemic equilibrium and it is locally asymptotically stable. On SF networks, if R0 〈_4 1, there is a disease-free equilibrium; if -R0 〉 1, there is an epidemic equilibrium. Finally, we carry out simulations to verify the conclusions and analyze the effect of the time delay T, the effective rate A, average connectivity 〈k） and the minimum connectivity m on the epidemic spreading.

目的:探讨CT平扫图像的一阶纹理分析特征参数对腮腺多形性腺瘤和Warthin瘤的鉴别价值。方法:收集2019年7月至2021年12月经临床病理证实的腮腺多形性腺瘤和Warthin瘤患者各35例的CT平扫图像,在纹理分析软件中勾画全瘤灶的感兴趣区,得到一阶纹理特征参数。应用统计学分析以上参数在腮腺多形性腺瘤和Warthin瘤中差异有无统计学意义,并对有统计学意义的纹理特征参数制作ROC曲线,求得其诊断效能。结果:腮腺CT平扫图像的一阶纹理特征的18项参数中,以下9项参数有统计学意义(P<0.05):Percentile10(P=0.000)、Percentile90(P=0.000)、Energy(P=0.000)、Maximum(P=0.000)、Mean(P=0.000)、Median(P=0.000)、RootMeanSquared(P=0.000)、TotalEnergy(P=0.000)、Variance(P=0.046)其中Percentile90、RootMeanSquared、Mean、Median等4项参数诊断效能较好,AUC分别为94.80%、94.20%、93.80%、93.80%。结论:腮腺CT平扫一阶纹理分析在多形性腺瘤与Warthin瘤中的有一定鉴别价值。

The first practice of pre-implantation genetic testing(PGT)was reported more than 30 years ***,originally named preimplantation genetic screening(PGS)and pre-implantation genetic diagnosis(PGD),is now categorized as PGT for aneuploidies(PGT-A),PGT for monogenic/single-gene defects(PGT-M),and PGT for chromosomal structural rearrangements(PGT-SR).Patients with fertility issues caused by advanced maternal age,carrier status of chromosomal abnormalities,or harboring pathogenic variant(s)are recommended to undergo PGT to increase the possibility of successful live birth and avoid potentially affected ***-throughput techniques,such as DNA microarrays and next-generation sequencing(NGS),have enabled comprehensive screening of all 24 chromosomes,instead of few loci at a ***,as a comprehensive PGT,PGT-Plus was enabled by the rapid development of a genome-wide single-cell haplotyping technique to detect embryo aneuploidy,single-gene disorders,and chromosomal aberrations simultaneously using a single universal *** addition,non-invasive approaches enable a more intact embryo during the biopsy procedure,which may avoid potential mosaicism issues at a certain scale by testing spent culture media(SCM).As a novel PGT application,PGT-P detects genome-wide variations in polygenic diseases,which account for a large proportion of premature human deaths and affect a markedly larger population than monogenic diseases,using polygenic risk score calculation to decrease the potential of affecting complex *** to the emergence of new technologies recruited to PGTs,more couples with infertility issues have a promising chance of conceiving a healthy baby,ultimately facilitating the human species to live more prosper.

Tantalum pentoxide(Ta_(2)O_(5)) has attracted intensive attention due to their excellent physicochemical ***_(2)O_(5) films were synthesized via electron beam evaporation(EBE)and subsequently annealed at different temperatures ranging from 300 to 900℃.X-ray diffraction(XRD)results show that amorphous Ta_(2)O_(5) thin films form from 300 to 700℃ and then a phase transition to polycrystalline β-Ta_(2)O_(5) films occurs since 900℃.The surface morphology of the Ta_(2)O_(5) films is uniform and *** resulted Ta_(2)O_(5)films exhibit excellent transmittance properties for wavelengths ranging from 300 to 1100 *** bandgap of the Ta_(2)O_(5) films is broadened from 4.32 to 4.46 eV by *** 900℃ polycrystalline film electrode has improved electrochemical stability,compared to the other amorphous counterparts.

Since the industrial revolution,enhancement of atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations as a result of human activities has been the primary cause of global *** monitoring and evaluation of greenhouse gases are significant prerequisites for carbon emission *** monthly data of global atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and methane(CH4)column concentrations(hereinafter XCO_(2) and XCH_(4),respectively)retrieved by the Greenhouse Gas Observation Satellite(GOSAT),we analyzed the variations in XCO_(2)and XCH_(4)in China during 2010-2022 after confirming the reliability of the ***,the influence of a strong El Niño event in 2015-2016 on XCO_(2) and XCH_(4) variations in China was further *** results show that the retrieved XCO_(2) and XCH_(4) from GOSAT have similar temporal variation trends and significant correlations with the ground observation and emission inventory data of an atmospheric background station,which could be used to assess the variations in XCO_(2) and XCH_(4) in ***_(2) is high in spring and winter while XCH_(4) is high in *** XCO_(2) and XCH_(4) gradually declined from Southeast China to Northwest and Northeast China,with variation ranges of 401-406 and 1.81-1.88 ppmv,respectively;and the high value areas are located in the middle-lower Yangtze River ***_(2) and XCH_(4) in China increased as a whole during 2010-2022,with rapid enhancement and high levels of XCO_(2) and XCH_(4) in several *** significant increases in XCO_(2) and XCH_(4) over China in 2016 might be closely related to the strong El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)event during *** a global warming background in 2015,XCO_(2) and XCH_(4) increased by 0.768%and 0.657%in 2016 in *** analysis reveals that both the XCO_(2) and XCH_(4) variations might reflect the significant impact of the ENSO event on glacier melting in the Tibetan Plateau.

miR-141-5p/ZNF705A对慢性粒细胞白血病细胞源外泌体调控骨髓间充质干细胞黏附作用的机制

目的探讨慢性粒细胞白血病(chronic myeloid leukemia,CML)细胞源外泌体(exosome,Exo)中miR-141-5p/ZNF705A对骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)黏附作用的影响。方法电镜和NTA粒径分析检测CML患者外周血和K562细胞中的Exo形态大小;qRT-PCR和Western blot检测转染前后K562细胞的Exo、BMSCs标记分子及黏附蛋白的表达情况;细胞黏附实验检测BMSCs的黏附能力;CCK-8法检测BMSCs活性、萤光素酶实验检测miR-141-5p与ZNF705A结合情况等。结果qRT-PCR结果显示,miR-141-5p表达在CML患者和K562细胞源Exo中均明显降低;qRT-PCR和Western blot等结果表明,CML患者中BMSCs的黏附蛋白CD44和CXCL12表达明显降低,且能够吞噬K562细胞源Exo。进一步发现,与CD34^(+)细胞相比,K562源性Exo能够降低Exo促进的BMSCs中CD44和CXCL12表达和黏附作用;同时,双萤光素酶基因报告等验证miR-141-5p与ZNF705A靶向结合;最后发现通过上调K562细胞源Exo中miR-141-5p的表达,靶向抑制ZNF705A,进而促进BMSCs的活性和黏附功能。结论K562细胞下调Exo中miR-141-5p表达,减少对ZNF705A的靶向抑制,进而抑制BMSCs的黏附功能,从而调控CML患者的骨髓造血功能。

Evaluation of packet loss impairment on streaming video

Video compression technologies are essential in video streaming application because they could save a great amount of network resources. However compressed videos are also extremely sensitive to packet loss which is inevitable in today's best effort IP network. Therefore we think accurate evaluation of packet loss impairment on compressed video is very important. In this work, we develop an analytic model to describe these impairments without the reference of the original video (NR) and propose an impairment metric based on the model, which takes into account both impairment length and impairment strength. To evaluate an impaired frame or video, we design a detection and evaluation algorithm (DE algorithm) to compute the above metric value. The DE algorithm has low computational complexity and is currently being implemented in the real-time monitoring module of our HDTV over IP system. The impairment metric and DE algorithm could also be used in adaptive system or be used to compare diffeient error concealment strategies.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.
