Active-reactive power scheduling of integrated electricity-gas network with multi-microgrids

Advances in natural gas-fired technologies have deepened the coupling between electricity and gas networks,promoting the development of the integrated electricity-gas network(IEGN)and strengthening the interaction between the active-reactive power flow in the power distribution network(PDN)and the natural gas flow in the gas distribution network(GDN).This paper proposes a day-ahead active-reactive power scheduling model for the IEGN with multi-microgrids(MMGs)to minimize the total operating *** the tight coupling relationship between the subsystems of the IEGN,the potentialities of the IEGN with MMGs toward multi-energy cooperative interaction is *** component models are elaborated in the PDN,GDN,and coupled ***,motivated by the non-negligible impact of the reactive power,optimal inverter dispatch(OID)is considered to optimize the active and reactive power capabilities of the inverters of distributed ***,a second-order cone(SOC)relaxation technology is utilized to transform the proposed active-reactive power scheduling model into a convex optimization problem that the commercial solver can directly solve.A test system consisting of an IEEE-33 test system and a 7-node natural gas network is adopted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling *** results show that the proposed scheduling method can effectively reduce the power losses of the PDN in the IEGN by 9.86%,increase the flexibility of the joint operation of the subsystems of the IEGN,reduce the total operation costs by $32.20,and effectively enhance the operation economy of the IEGN.

In this letter, we propose a market-based bi-level conic optimal energy flow (OEF) model of integrated electricity and natural gas systems (IENGSs). Conic alternating current optimal power flow (ACOPF) is formulated in the upper-level model, and the generation cost of natural gas fired generation units (NGFGUs) is calculated based on natural gas locational marginal prices (NG-LMPs). The market clearing process of natural gas system is modeled in the lower-level model. The bi-level model is then transferred into a mixed-integer second-order cone programming (MISOCP) problem. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed conic OEF model.

Nowadays,transmission system operators(TSOs)encounter the challenges of securely operating power grids with high penetration of *** this context,more flexibility is needed than ever to maintain system *** rapid development of coordinated transmission and distribution technology recently,active distribution networks(ADNs)which have abundant flexible resources,have the potential to provide flexibility to the ***,an integrated transmission-distribution flexibility market is proposed in this *** the proposed framework,the energy market is first cleared to obtain baseline generation *** the baseline generation schedules are treated as inputs to the flexibility ***,the integrated flexibility market is cleared to facilitate flexibility trading between transmission and distribution *** preserve the data privacy of different market participants,an alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)based method is utilized to clear the markets in a distributed *** the energy market and flexibility market-clearing model,transmission network market clearing models are linear programming(LP)models,and distribution network market clearing models are second order cone programming(SOCP)*** the proposed method,only limited information is exchanged between TSO and *** studies are conducted on a revised IEEE 30-bus transmission network with two 33-node *** results demonstrate the proposed flexibility market framework can enhance competitiveness of generation companies in the transmission network and distributed generators(DGs)in the ***,flexibility purchasing cost is reduced by 17.7%compared to traditional flexibility supplied by generators according to the case study results,and ADNs can gain additional flexibility profit by providing flexibility.

Green energy is driving the evolutions of energy industry and carbon emission is becoming an important *** the increasing couplings among various energy sectors,this paper investigates multi-period optimal energy flow and energy pricing in carbon-emission embedded integrated energy systems,including electricity,natural gas,and district heating ***,an optimal scheduling model of integrated energy systems was proposed in this *** models of DC power flow,natural gas pipeline flow and heating network energy flow are presented and linearized for the optimization *** gas-fired generators and combined heat and power(CHP)units are modeled as coupling components of electricitygas and electricity-heating ***,based on the optimal scheduling model,the locational marginal prices(LMP)for electricity,natural gas and heating network are ***,the carbon emission caused by energy production has been taken into account in the optimal scheduling and energy pricing ***,case studies on a combined network consisting of IEEE 39-bus system,Belgium 20-node natural gas system and 6-node heating system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and the impacts of carbon emission on system scheduling and LMP.

Self-supervised learning aims to learn a universal feature representation without *** date,most existing self-supervised learning methods are designed and optimized for image *** pre-trained models can be sub-optimal for dense prediction tasks due to the discrepancy between image-level prediction and pixel-level *** fill this gap,we aim to design an effective,dense self-supervised learning framework that directly works at the level of pixels(or local features)by taking into account the correspondence between local ***,we present dense contrastive learning(DenseCL),which implements self-supervised learning by optimizing a pairwise contrastive(dis)similarity loss at the pixel level between two views of input *** to the supervised ImageNet pre-training and other self-supervised learning methods,our self-supervised DenseCL pretraining demonstrates consistently superior performance when transferring to downstream dense prediction tasks including object detection,semantic segmentation and instance ***,our approach significantly outperforms the strong MoCo-v2 by 2.0%AP on PASCAL VOC object detection,1.1%AP on COCO object detection,0.9%AP on COCO instance segmentation,3.0%mIoU on PASCAL VOC semantic segmentation and 1.8%mIoU on Cityscapes semantic *** improvements are up to 3.5%AP and 8.8%mIoU over MoCo-v2,and 6.1%AP and 6.1%mIoU over supervised counterpart with frozen-backbone evaluation protocol.

为提升冰灾下电力系统的韧性,降低系统负荷削减量,提高系统恢复速率,提出一种应对极端冰灾的电力系统多阶段韧性提升策略。对冰灾场景以及受冰灾影响的线路故障率进行建模;从线路抗冰能力、系统负荷损失、系统恢复情况、线路受损情况、维修资源充裕度多个角度构建电力系统综合韧性评估指标,以定位冰灾下系统的薄弱环节;在此基础上,通过灾前线路故障风险预测、灾中机组出力调整以及除冰线路筛选和主动停运除冰、灾后维修顺序规划等策略提升冰灾下的系统韧性。基于IEEE 39和IEEE 118节点系统进行仿真分析,结果验证了所提韧性评估方法和提升策略的有效性。

In mid-January cranes gather at the nature reserve in Linzhou Prefecture. Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is paradise for thousands of black-necked cranes. A protected species in China, the cranes roost in high altitude streams and ponds. Tibet Autonomous Region has become the largest overwintering grounds for an estimated 80% of this species, which is the world＇s only alpine crane.

工业园区微电网中动态工业生产流程与其能源供应是紧密联系的,通过灵活调控其工业生产流程的用能计划,参与到配电市场中,可进一步减少其用电成本。提出一种基于通用化生产流程模型的工业园区微电网参与配电市场的能量管理与生产流程协同优化模型与方法,并引入地源热泵进一步提高能效。首先,提出了含地源热泵的工业园区微电网的用能架构,建立了工业生产流程与用能关系的通用模型。其次,构建了基于通用化生产流程模型的工业园区微电网参与配电市场的双层优化模型,分别以工业园区微电网能量管理与生产流程调度协同优化模型为上层模型,以配电市场出清模型为下层模型,双层模型之间交换功率和电价信息。然后,基于KKT条件、对偶原理以及大M法将双层模型转化为混合整数二阶锥规划(mixed-integer second-order-cone programming,MISOCP)模型。最后,以短流程炼钢厂、水泥厂等典型工业园区为例进行算例分析。结果表明所提出方法可对工业生产流程进行有效建模,并降低工业用户的用能成本,缓解电网调峰压力。
